1အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် စိတ် မ မြင့် ပါ။ မျက်နှာ လည်း မ မော် ပါ။ ကိုယ်နှင့်မတန်၊ ကြီးမြင့် သော အမှု တို့၌ မ ကျင်လည် ပါ။
1LORD , my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.
2အကယ် စင်စစ်အကျွန်ုပ် သည် အမိ နို့ နှင့် ကွာ သော သူငယ်ကဲ့သို့ ၊ ကိုယ် စိတ် ကို ဖြေ ၍ ငြိမ်း စေပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ် နှလုံးသည် နို့ ကွာသော သူငယ်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ပါ ၏။
2Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
3ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် ယခု မှစ၍ ၊ ကာလ အစဉ်မပြတ်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မြော်လင့် ပါစေ။
