1အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ် ပါ၏။ အလျင်အမြန်ကြွလာ တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အော်ဟစ် သောအခါ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ စကား သံကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။
1LORD , I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee.
2အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ပဌနာ သည်မီးရှို့သော နံ့သာပေါင်း ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ လက် ကိုချီ ခြင်းသည် ညဦးယံ ပူဇော် သက္ကာ ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ရှေ့ တော်၌ပြင်ဆင် လျက် ရှိပါစေသော။
2Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
3အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နှုတ် ရှေ့ မှာ ကင်း ကို ထား တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နှုတ်ခမ်း တံခါး ကို စောင့် တော်မူပါ။
3Set a watch, O LORD , before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
4ဒုစရိုက် ကိုပြု သောသူ တို့နှင့်အတူ အကျွန်ုပ်ပါ၍၊ မ တရားသောအမှု ၊ ဒုစရိုက်အမျိုးမျိုး၌ ကျင်လည်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏စိတ် နှလုံးကို မ ကောင်းသောအမှု အရာသို့ သွေးဆောင် တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ ထိုသူ တို့၏ ခဲဘွယ် စားဘွယ်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်မ စား ပါစေနှင့်။
4Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.
5ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူသည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဒဏ်ခတ် ပါစေသော၊ ကျေးဇူး ရှိပါလိမ့်မည်။ ဆုံးမ ပါစေသော၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဦးခေါင်း ကိုလိမ်းသောဆီ ဖြစ်ပါလိမ့်မည်။ ထပ်၍ ပြုသော်လည်း အကျွန်ုပ် မ ငြင်း ပါ။ ယခု မူကား၊ သူတပါး ပြုသောအဓမ္မ အမှုတဘက် ၌ ဆုတောင်း ရပါ၏။
5Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.
6သူ တို့၏အကဲ အမှုးတို့သည် ကျောက် တွင်း နားမှ လွတ် ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏စကား ကို ကြား ရကြပါ၏။ ထို စကား လည်း ချို ပါ၏။
6When their judges are overthrown in stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet.
7မြေ ပေါ် မှာထင်းကိုခုတ် ၍ ခွဲ သကဲ့သို့ ၊ မရဏာ နိုင်ငံတံခါး ဝမှာ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ အရိုး များတို့သည် ကွဲပြား လျက်ရှိကြပါ၏။
7Our bones are scattered at the grave’s mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth.
8အိုဘုရား ရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မျှော်ကြည့် ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၌ခိုလှုံ ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏အသက် ကို သွန်ပစ် စေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
8But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute.
9အကျွန်ုပ် ဘို့ ထောင် ထားကြသောကျော့ကွင်း မှ ၎င်း၊ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြု သောသူတို့၏ညွှတ် မှ၎င်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို လွတ် စေတော်မူပါ။
9Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity.
10ထိုသို့အကျွန်ုပ် သည်လွန် သွားသောအခါ ၊ မ တရားသော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် မိမိ တို့ကျော့ကွင်း ထဲသို့ ကျ ကြပါစေသော။
10Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape.
