1Now Joshua was old and well stricken in years; and the LORD said unto him: 'Thou art old and well stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed.
1โยชูวาชรามากแล้ว พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสกับเขาว่า “เจ้าชรามากแล้ว แต่ยังมีดินแดนอีกมากที่ต้องยึดครอง
2This is the land that yet remaineth: all the regions of the Philistines, and all the Geshurites;
2“ต่อไปนี้คือดินแดนที่ยังเหลืออยู่ ได้แก่ดินแดนทั้งหมดของชาวฟีลิสเตียและชาวเกชูร์
3from the Shihor, which is before Egypt, even unto the border of Ekron northward — which is counted to the Canaanites; the five lords of the Philistines: the Gazite, and the Ashdodite, the Ashkelonite, the Gittite, and the Ekronite; also the Avvim
3ตั้งแต่ชีโฮร์ซึ่งอยู่ทางตะวันออกของอียิปต์ ไปจนถึงเขตแดนเอโครนทางเหนือ ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นดินแดนคานาอัน รวมทั้งผู้ครองนครทั้งห้าของชาวฟีลิสเตีย คือผู้ครองกาซา อัชโดด อัชเคโลน กัท และเอโครน รวมทั้งชาวอัฟวิม
4on the south; all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that belongeth to the Zidonians, unto Aphek, to the border of the Amorites;
4ทางใต้ ดินแดนทั้งหมดของชาวคานาอัน และเมอาราห์ซึ่งเป็นของชาวไซดอน ไปจนถึงอาเฟกและเขตแดนของชาวอาโมไรต์
5and the land of the Gebalites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Baal-gad under mount Hermon unto the entrance of Hamath;
5ดินแดนของชาวเกบาล และทั่วเลบานอนทางตะวันออก ตั้งแต่บาลกาดใต้ภูเขาเฮอร์โมนไปจนถึงทางเข้าฮามัท
6all the inhabitants of the hill-country from Lebanon unto Misrephoth-maim, even all the Zidonians; them will I drive out from before the children of Israel; only allot thou it unto Israel for an inheritance, as I have commanded thee.
6รวมทั้งผู้คนทั้งหมดที่อาศัยอยู่ตามเขตภูเขาตั้งแต่เลบานอนไปจนถึงมิสเรโฟทมาอิม คือชาวไซดอนทั้งหมด เราจะขับไล่พวกเขาออกไปให้พ้นหน้าชาวอิสราเอล เพียงแต่จงจัดสรรดินแดนนี้ให้อิสราเอลเป็นมรดกตามที่เราได้บัญชาเจ้าไว้
7Now therefore divide this land for an inheritance unto the nine tribes, and the half-tribe of Manasseh.'
7บัดนี้จงแบ่งดินแดนนี้เป็นมรดกแก่เก้าเผ่ากับมนัสเสห์ครึ่งเผ่า”
8With him the Reubenites and the Gadites received their inheritance, which Moses gave them, beyond the Jordan eastward, even as Moses the servant of the LORD gave them;
8ชาวรูเบน ชาวกาด และมนัสเสห์อีกครึ่งเผ่าได้รับมรดกซึ่งโมเสสมอบแก่พวกเขาทางฟากตะวันออกของแม่น้ำจอร์แดน ตามที่โมเสสผู้รับใช้ของพระยาห์เวห์ได้มอบให้ ได้แก่
9from Aroer, that is on the edge of the valley of Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the table-land from Medeba unto Dibon;
9ตั้งแต่อาโรเออร์ซึ่งอยู่ริมขอบหุบเขาอาร์โนน เมืองที่อยู่กลางหุบเขานั้น และที่ราบทั้งหมดของเมเดบาไปจนถึงดีโบน
10and all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, unto the border of the children of Ammon;
10เมืองทั้งหมดของสิโหนกษัตริย์ชาวอาโมไรต์ ผู้ปกครองในเฮชโบน ไปจนถึงเขตแดนของชาวอัมโมน
11and Gilead, and the border of the Geshurites and Maacathites, and all mount Hermon, and all Bashan unto Salcah;
11กิเลอาด เขตแดนของชาวเกชูร์และชาวมาอาคาห์ ภูเขาเฮอร์โมนทั้งหมด และทั่วบาชานไปจนถึงสาเลคาห์
12all the kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei — the same was left of the remnant of the Rephaim — for these did Moses smite, and drove them out.
12รวมทั้งอาณาจักรทั้งหมดของโอกในบาชาน ผู้ปกครองในอัชทาโรทและเอเดรอี ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในชาวเรฟาอิมที่ยังเหลืออยู่ โมเสสได้โจมตีคนเหล่านี้และขับไล่พวกเขาออกไป
13Nevertheless the children of Israel drove not out the Geshurites, nor the Maacathites; but Geshur and Maacath dwelt in the midst of Israel unto this day.
13แต่ชาวอิสราเอลไม่ได้ขับไล่ชาวเกชูร์หรือชาวมาอาคาห์ เกชูร์และมาอาคาห์จึงอาศัยอยู่ท่ามกลางอิสราเอลจนถึงทุกวันนี้
14Only unto the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance; the offerings of the LORD, the God of Israel, made by fire are his inheritance, as He spoke unto him.
14โมเสสไม่ได้มอบมรดกแก่เผ่าเลวี มีเพียงเครื่องบูชาที่เผาด้วยไฟแด่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของอิสราเอลที่เป็นมรดกของเผ่านี้ ตามที่พระองค์ตรัสแก่คนเลวี
15And Moses gave unto the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their families.
15โมเสสมอบมรดกแก่เผ่าลูกหลานของรูเบนตามตระกูลของพวกเขา
16And their border was from Aroer, that is on the edge of the valley of Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the table-land by Medeba;

18and Jahaz, and Kedemoth, and Mephaath;

19and Kiriathaim, and Sibmah, and Zerethshahar in the mount of the valley;

20and Beth-peor, and the slopes of Pisgah, and Beth-jeshimoth;

21and all the cities of the table-land, and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses smote with the chiefs of Midian, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, the princes of Sihon, that dwelt in the land.
21เมืองทั้งหมดในที่ราบ และอาณาจักรทั้งหมดของสิโหนกษัตริย์ชาวอาโมไรต์ผู้ปกครองในเฮชโบน โมเสสโจมตีสิโหนพร้อมกับหัวหน้าชาวมีเดียน คือเอวี เรเคม ศูร์ เฮอร์ และเรบา ซึ่งเป็นเจ้านายของสิโหนและอาศัยอยู่ในดินแดนนั้น
22Balaam also the son of Beor, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel slay with the sword among the rest of their slain.
22ชาวอิสราเอลยังใช้ดาบฆ่าบาลาอัมบุตรเบโอร์ผู้เป็นหมอดู รวมกับคนอื่น ๆ ที่พวกเขาฆ่า
23And as for the border of the children of Reuben, the Jordan was their border. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben according to their families, the cities and the villages thereof.
23เขตแดนของลูกหลานรูเบนคือริมฝั่งแม่น้ำจอร์แดน นี่คือมรดกของลูกหลานรูเบนตามตระกูลของพวกเขา พร้อมเมืองต่าง ๆ และหมู่บ้านโดยรอบ
24And Moses gave unto the tribe of Gad, unto the children of Gad, according to their families.

25And their border was Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead, and half the land of the children of Ammon, unto Aroer that is before Rabbah;

27and in the valley, Beth-haram, and Beth-nimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, the Jordan being the border thereof, unto the uttermost part of the sea of Chinnereth beyond the Jordan eastward.
27ส่วนในหุบเขา ได้แก่เบธฮาราม เบธนิมราห์ สุคคท และศาโฟน ซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่เหลือของอาณาจักรสิโหนกษัตริย์แห่งเฮชโบน รวมทั้งริมฝั่งแม่น้ำจอร์แดนไปจนถึงปลายสุดของทะเลคินเนเรท ทางฟากตะวันออกของแม่น้ำจอร์แดน
28This is the inheritance of the children of Gad according to their families, the cities and the villages thereof.
28นี่คือมรดกของลูกหลานกาดตามตระกูลของพวกเขา พร้อมเมืองต่าง ๆ และหมู่บ้านโดยรอบ
29And Moses gave inheritance unto the half-tribe of Manasseh; and it was for the half-tribe of the children of Manasseh according to their families.
29โมเสสมอบมรดกแก่มนัสเสห์ครึ่งเผ่า คือแก่ลูกหลานมนัสเสห์ครึ่งเผ่าตามตระกูลของพวกเขา
30And their border was from Mahanaim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, and all the villages of Jair, which are in Bashan, threescore cities;

31and half Gilead, and Ashtaroth, and Edrei, the cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were for the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, even for the half of the children of Machir according to their families.
31กิเลอาดครึ่งหนึ่ง อัชทาโรท และเอเดรอี ซึ่งเป็นเมืองในอาณาจักรของโอกแห่งบาชาน เป็นของลูกหลานมาคีร์บุตรมนัสเสห์ คือเป็นของลูกหลานมาคีร์ครึ่งหนึ่งตามตระกูลของพวกเขา
32These are the inheritances which Moses distributed in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan at Jericho, eastward.
32เหล่านี้คือมรดกที่โมเสสแบ่งสรรในที่ราบโมอับ ทางฟากตะวันออกของแม่น้ำจอร์แดนตรงข้ามเยรีโค
33But unto the tribe of Levi Moses gave no inheritance; the LORD, the God of Israel, is their inheritance, as He spoke unto them.
33แต่โมเสสไม่ได้มอบมรดกแก่เผ่าเลวี พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของอิสราเอลทรงเป็นมรดกของพวกเขา ตามที่พระองค์ตรัสแก่พวกเขา
