1我的心灵消耗，我的日子灭尽； 坟墓为我 预备 好了。
1My spirit is consumed, my days are extinct, the grave is ready for me.
2真有戏笑我的在我这里， 我眼常见他们惹动我。
2Surely there are mockers with me, and mine eye abideth in their provocation.
3愿主拿凭据给我，自己为我作保。 在你以外 谁肯与我击掌呢？
3Give now a pledge, be surety for me with Thyself; who else is there that will strike hands with me?
4因你使他们心不明理， 所以你必不高举他们。
4For Thou hast hid their heart from understanding; therefore shalt Thou not exalt them.
5控告他的朋友、以朋友为可抢夺的， 连他儿女的眼睛也要失明。
5He that denounceth his friends for the sake of flattery, even the eyes of his children shall fail.
6神使我作了民中的笑谈； 他们也吐唾沫在我脸上。
6He hath made me also a byword of the people; and I am become one in whose face they spit.
7我的眼睛因忧愁昏花； 我的百体好像影儿。
7Mine eye also is dimmed by reason of vexation, and all my members are as a shadow.
8正直人因此必惊奇； 无辜的人要兴起攻击不敬虔之辈。
8Upright men are astonished at this, and the innocent stirreth up himself against the godless.
9然而，义人要持守所行的道； 手洁的人要力上加力。
9Yet the righteous holdeth on his way, and he that hath clean hands waxeth stronger and stronger.
10至于你们众人，可以再来 辩论 吧！ 你们中间，我找不着一个智慧人。
10But as for you all, do ye return, and come now; and I shall not find a wise man among you.
11我的日子已经过了； 我的谋算、我心所想望的已经断绝。
11My days are past, my purposes are broken off, even the thoughts of my heart.
12他们以黑夜为白昼， 说 ：亮光近乎黑暗。
12They change the night into day; the light is short because of darkness.
13我若盼望阴间为我的房屋， 若下榻在黑暗中，
13If I look for the nether-world as my house; if I have spread my couch in the darkness;
14若对朽坏说：你是我的父； 对虫说：你是我的母亲姊妹；
14If I have said to corruption: 'Thou art my father', to the worm: 'Thou art my mother, and my sister';
15这样，我的指望在哪里呢？ 我所指望的谁能看见呢？
15Where then is my hope? And as for my hope, who shall see it?
16等到安息在尘土中， 这指望必下到阴间的门闩那里了。
16They shall go down to the bars of the nether-world, when we are at rest together in the dust.
