1Kamthu mah loe a palung thungah, Sithaw om ai, tiah thuih. Nihcae loe anghmaa angtaa kami, panuet thok zaehaih sah kami ah oh o: kahoih hmuen sah kami maeto doeh om ai.
1The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.
2Panoek thoemhaih tawn, Sithaw pakrong kami oh khoe maw, tiah Sithaw mah van hoiah kami capanawk to khet tathuk.
2God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
3Kaminawk loe loklam amkhraeng o boih; nihcae loe amro o boih boeh; hmuen kahoih sah kami maeto doeh om o ai, om roe om ai, maeto doeh om ai.
3Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
4Takaw caak baktiah nihcae mah kai ih kaminawk to caak o, Sithaw doeh kawk o vai ai: kahoih ai hmuen sah kaminawk loe panoekhaih tawn o ai boeh maw?
4Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.
5Sithaw mah nang takui khoep kaminawk ih ahuhnawk to haeh pae phaeng boeh pongah, zit han om ai to mah paroeai a zit o; Sithaw mah nihcae to patoek pongah, azathaih tongsak boeh.
5There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them.
6Aw, Israel kaminawk pahlonghaih loe, Zion mae hoiah angzo nasoe! Sithaw mah angmah ih kaminawk misong angtanghaih thung hoiah hoih let naah, Jakob loe anghoe ueloe, Israel loe poeknawm tih.
6Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
