1พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า
1And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
2“จงบอกชาวอิสราเอลว่า ‘เมื่อพวกเจ้าเข้าไปในแผ่นดินที่อยู่อาศัยซึ่งเราจะมอบให้
2Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye are come into the land of your habitations, which I give unto you,
3และพวกเจ้าจะนำสัตว์จากฝูงโคหรือฝูงแพะและแกะมาทำเป็นเครื่องถวายด้วยไฟแด่พระยาห์เวห์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเครื่องเผาบูชาหรือเครื่องบูชาเพื่อทำตามคำปฏิญาณ หรือเป็นเครื่องถวายด้วยความสมัครใจ หรือถวายในเทศกาลตามกำหนด เพื่อให้เกิดกลิ่นหอมที่ทำให้พระยาห์เวห์พอใจ
3and will make an offering by fire unto the LORD, a burnt-offering, or a sacrifice, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or as a freewill-offering, or in your appointed seasons, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock;
4ผู้ถวายเครื่องถวายต้องถวายเครื่องธัญบูชาแด่พระยาห์เวห์ด้วย คือแป้งละเอียด 1 ใน 10 เอฟาห์ เคล้าน้ำมัน 1 ใน 4 ฮิน
4then shall he that bringeth his offering present unto the LORD a meal-offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mingled with the fourth part of a hin of oil;
5สำหรับลูกแกะแต่ละตัว จงเตรียมเหล้าองุ่น 1 ใน 4 ฮินเป็นเครื่องดื่มบูชา คู่กับเครื่องเผาบูชาหรือเครื่องบูชา
5and wine for the drink-offering, the fourth part of a hin, shalt thou prepare with the burnt-offering or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.
6“‘สำหรับแกะตัวผู้ จงเตรียมแป้งละเอียด 2 ใน 10 เอฟาห์ เคล้าน้ำมัน 1 ใน 3 ฮินเป็นเครื่องธัญบูชา
6Or for a ram, thou shalt prepare for a meal-offering two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with the third part of a hin of oil;
7และถวายเหล้าองุ่น 1 ใน 3 ฮินเป็นเครื่องดื่มบูชา เพื่อให้เกิดกลิ่นหอมที่ทำให้พระยาห์เวห์พอใจ
7and for the drink-offering thou shalt present the third part of a hin of wine, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
8เมื่อเจ้าเตรียมโคตัวผู้เป็นเครื่องเผาบูชาหรือเครื่องบูชา เพื่อทำตามคำปฏิญาณ หรือเป็นเครื่องสันติบูชาแด่พระยาห์เวห์
8And when thou preparest a bullock for a burnt-offering, or for a sacrifice, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or for peace-offerings unto the LORD;
9ให้ถวายแป้งละเอียด 3 ใน 10 เอฟาห์ เคล้าน้ำมันครึ่งฮินเป็นเครื่องธัญบูชาคู่กับโคตัวนั้น
9then shall there be presented with the bullock a meal-offering of three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with half a hin of oil.
10และถวายเหล้าองุ่นครึ่งฮินเป็นเครื่องดื่มบูชา เป็นเครื่องถวายด้วยไฟที่มีกลิ่นหอมซึ่งทำให้พระยาห์เวห์พอใจ
10And thou shalt present for the drink-offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
11ต้องทำเช่นนี้สำหรับโคตัวผู้แต่ละตัว แกะตัวผู้แต่ละตัว ลูกแกะตัวผู้แต่ละตัว หรือลูกแพะแต่ละตัว
11Thus shall it be done for each bullock, or for each ram, or for each of the he-lambs, or of the kids.
12ไม่ว่าพวกเจ้าจะเตรียมสัตว์กี่ตัว ก็ต้องทำเช่นนี้กับแต่ละตัวตามจำนวนนั้น
12According to the number that ye may prepare, so shall ye do for every one according to their number.
13“‘ทุกคนที่เกิดในแผ่นดินต้องทำสิ่งเหล่านี้ตามวิธีนี้ เมื่อนำเครื่องถวายด้วยไฟที่มีกลิ่นหอมซึ่งทำให้พระยาห์เวห์พอใจมาถวาย
13All that are home-born shall do these things after this manner, in presenting an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
14ถ้าคนต่างด้าวมาอาศัยอยู่กับพวกเจ้า หรือมีใครอยู่ท่ามกลางพวกเจ้าตลอดทุกชั่วอายุ และต้องการถวายเครื่องถวายด้วยไฟที่มีกลิ่นหอมซึ่งทำให้พระยาห์เวห์พอใจ เขาต้องทำเช่นเดียวกับพวกเจ้า
14And if a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever may be among you, throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; as ye do, so he shall do.
15สำหรับที่ประชุม ต้องมีข้อกำหนดเดียวกันสำหรับพวกเจ้าและคนต่างด้าวที่มาอาศัยอยู่ด้วย เป็นข้อกำหนดถาวรตลอดทุกชั่วอายุ พวกเจ้าเป็นอย่างไร คนต่างด้าวก็เป็นอย่างนั้นต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์
15As for the congregation, there shall be one statute both for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you, a statute for ever throughout your generations; as ye are, so shall the stranger be before the LORD.
16ต้องมีกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบเดียวกันสำหรับพวกเจ้าและคนต่างด้าวที่มาอาศัยอยู่ด้วย’”
16One law and one ordinance shall be both for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you.
17พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า
17And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
18“จงบอกชาวอิสราเอลว่า ‘เมื่อพวกเจ้าเข้าไปในแผ่นดินที่เรากำลังนำพวกเจ้าไป
18Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye come into the land whither I bring you,
19เมื่อใดที่พวกเจ้ากินขนมปังจากผลผลิตของแผ่นดินนั้น จงถวายเครื่องถวายโบกแด่พระยาห์เวห์
19then it shall be, that, when ye eat of the bread of the land, ye shall set apart a portion for a gift unto the LORD.
20จงนำแป้งส่วนแรกมาทำเป็นขนมก้อนแล้วถวายเป็นเครื่องถวายโบก เช่นเดียวกับเครื่องถวายโบกจากลานนวดข้าว พวกเจ้าจงยกขนมนั้นถวาย
20Of the first of your dough ye shall set apart a cake for a gift; as that which is set apart of the threshing-floor, so shall ye set it apart.
21ตลอดทุกชั่วอายุ พวกเจ้าต้องถวายแป้งส่วนแรกแด่พระยาห์เวห์เป็นเครื่องถวายโบก
21Of the first of your dough ye shall give unto the LORD a portion for a gift throughout your generations.
22“‘ถ้าพวกเจ้าทำผิดโดยไม่ปฏิบัติตามพระบัญชาทั้งหมดที่พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสแก่โมเสส
22And when ye shall err, and not observe all these commandments, which the LORD hath spoken unto Moses,
23คือทุกสิ่งที่พระยาห์เวห์ทรงบัญชาพวกเจ้าผ่านโมเสส ตั้งแต่วันที่พระยาห์เวห์ประทานพระบัญชาเป็นต้นมาและตลอดทุกชั่วอายุ
23even all that the LORD hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations;
24และถ้าชุมนุมชนทำสิ่งนั้นโดยไม่เจตนาและไม่รู้ตัว ให้ชุมนุมชนทั้งหมดถวายโคหนุ่ม 1 ตัวเป็นเครื่องเผาบูชาที่มีกลิ่นหอมซึ่งทำให้พระยาห์เวห์พอใจ พร้อมกับเครื่องธัญบูชาและเครื่องดื่มบูชาที่คู่กันตามกฎระเบียบ และถวายแพะตัวผู้ 1 ตัวเป็นเครื่องบูชาชำระบาป
24then it shall be, if it be done in error by the congregation, it being hid from their eyes, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt-offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD — with the meal-offering thereof, and the drink-offering thereof, according to the ordinance — and one he-goat for a sin-offering.
25ปุโรหิตต้องทำพิธีลบมลทินบาปให้ชุมนุมชนอิสราเอลทั้งหมด แล้วพวกเขาจะได้รับการอภัย เพราะเป็นความผิดพลาดที่ไม่ได้เจตนา และพวกเขาได้นำเครื่องถวายของตน คือเครื่องถวายด้วยไฟแด่พระยาห์เวห์และเครื่องบูชาชำระบาป มาถวายต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์สำหรับความผิดพลาดนั้น
25And the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire unto the LORD, and their sin-offering before the LORD, for their error.
26ชุมนุมชนอิสราเอลทั้งหมดและคนต่างด้าวที่มาอาศัยอยู่ท่ามกลางพวกเขาจะได้รับการอภัย เพราะประชาชนทั้งหมดทำสิ่งนั้นโดยไม่เจตนา
26And all the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger that sojourneth among them; for in respect of all the people it was done in error.
27“‘ถ้าคนหนึ่งคนใดทำบาปโดยไม่เจตนา เขาต้องถวายแพะตัวเมียอายุ 1 ปีเป็นเครื่องบูชาชำระบาป
27And if one person sin through error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a sin-offering.
28ปุโรหิตต้องทำพิธีลบมลทินบาปต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์ให้คนที่ทำผิดเมื่อเขาทำบาปโดยไม่เจตนา ปุโรหิตต้องทำพิธีลบมลทินบาปให้เขา แล้วเขาจะได้รับการอภัย
28And the priest shall make atonement for the soul that erreth, when he sinneth through error, before the LORD, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven,
29พวกเจ้าต้องใช้กฎหมายเดียวกันกับผู้ที่ทำสิ่งใดโดยไม่เจตนา ทั้งคนที่เกิดในหมู่ชาวอิสราเอลและคนต่างด้าวที่มาอาศัยอยู่ท่ามกลางพวกเขา
29both he that is home-born among the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourneth among them: ye shall have one law for him that doeth aught in error.
30“‘แต่คนที่ทำสิ่งใดโดยจงใจท้าทาย ไม่ว่าเป็นคนที่เกิดในแผ่นดินหรือคนต่างด้าว ก็กำลังลบหลู่พระยาห์เวห์ คนนั้นต้องถูกตัดขาดจากประชาชนของตน
30But the soul that doeth aught with a high hand, whether he be home-born or a stranger, the same blasphemeth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
31เพราะเขาดูหมิ่นถ้อยคำของพระยาห์เวห์และฝ่าฝืนพระบัญชาของพระองค์ คนนั้นต้องถูกตัดขาดโดยสิ้นเชิง และต้องรับโทษความผิดของตน’”
31Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken His commandment; that soul shall utterly be cut off, his iniquity shall be upon him.
32ขณะที่ชาวอิสราเอลอยู่ในถิ่นทุรกันดาร พวกเขาพบชายคนหนึ่งกำลังเก็บฟืนในวันสะบาโต
32And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks upon the sabbath day.
33คนที่พบเขากำลังเก็บฟืนพาตัวเขามาหาโมเสส อาโรน และชุมนุมชนทั้งหมด
33And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.
34พวกเขาควบคุมตัวชายคนนั้นไว้ เพราะยังไม่มีคำตัดสินว่าควรทำอย่างไรกับเขา
34And they put him in ward, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.
35พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า “ชายคนนี้ต้องถูกประหารชีวิตอย่างแน่นอน ให้ชุมนุมชนทั้งหมดเอาหินขว้างเขานอกค่าย”
35And the LORD said unto Moses: 'The man shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.'
36ชุมนุมชนทั้งหมดจึงพาเขาออกไปนอกค่าย และเอาหินขว้างจนตาย ตามที่พระยาห์เวห์ทรงบัญชาโมเสส
36And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died, as the LORD commanded Moses.
37พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า
37And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
38“จงบอกชาวอิสราเอลให้ทำชายพู่ ที่ริมเสื้อผ้าของตนตลอดทุกชั่วอายุ และผูกเชือกสีฟ้าไว้ที่ชายพู่ แต่ละมุม
38'Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them throughout their generations fringes in the corners of their garments, and that they put with the fringe of each corner a thread of blue.
39ชายพู่นั้น จะมีไว้ให้พวกเจ้าเห็นและระลึกถึงพระบัญชาทั้งหมดของพระยาห์เวห์ แล้วปฏิบัติตาม เพื่อพวกเจ้าจะไม่หลงตามใจและสายตาของตน ซึ่งเคยชักนำให้พวกเจ้านอกใจ
39And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye go not about after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go astray;
40แล้วพวกเจ้าจะระลึกถึงและปฏิบัติตามพระบัญชาทั้งหมดของเรา และเป็นผู้บริสุทธิ์แด่พระเจ้าของพวกเจ้า
40that ye may remember and do all My commandments, and be holy unto your God.
41เราคือพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกเจ้า ผู้พาพวกเจ้าออกจากดินแดนอียิปต์เพื่อเป็นพระเจ้าของพวกเจ้า เราคือพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกเจ้า”
41I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.'
