1“‘ถ้าคนใดทำบาปเพราะเขาได้ยินคำประกาศเรียกผู้รู้เห็นให้เป็นพยาน และเขาเองเป็นพยานรู้เห็นเหตุการณ์ ไม่ว่าจะได้เห็นหรือได้รู้เรื่อง แต่ไม่ยอมบอก เขาต้องรับผลแห่งความผิดของตน
1And if any one sin, in that he heareth the voice of adjuration, he being a witness, whether he hath seen or known, if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity;
2“‘หรือถ้าคนใดแตะต้องสิ่งที่ไม่สะอาดตามพิธี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นซากสัตว์ป่าที่ไม่สะอาดตามพิธี ซากสัตว์เลี้ยงที่ไม่สะอาดตามพิธี หรือซากสัตว์เลื้อยคลานที่ไม่สะอาดตามพิธี โดยที่เขาไม่รู้ตัว เขาก็กลายเป็นผู้ไม่สะอาดตามพิธีและมีความผิด
2or if any one touch any unclean thing, whether it be the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean cattle, or the carcass of unclean swarming things, and be guilty, it being hidden from him that he is unclean;
3“‘หรือถ้าเขาแตะต้องสิ่งที่ทำให้คนไม่สะอาดตามพิธี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความไม่สะอาดชนิดใด โดยที่เขาไม่รู้ตัว เมื่อเขารู้เรื่องนั้นแล้ว เขาก็มีความผิด
3or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever his uncleanness be wherewith he is unclean, and it be hid from him; and, when he knoweth of it, be guilty;
4“‘หรือถ้าคนใดพูดคำสาบานโดยไม่ยั้งคิดว่าจะทำชั่วหรือทำดี ไม่ว่าเขาจะผลีผลามสาบานเรื่องใด โดยที่เขาไม่รู้ตัว เมื่อเขารู้เรื่องนั้นแล้ว เขาก็มีความผิดในเรื่องหนึ่งเรื่องใดเหล่านี้
4or if any one swear clearly with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall utter clearly with an oath, and it be hid from him; and, when he knoweth of it, be guilty in one of these things;
5เมื่อเขามีความผิดในเรื่องหนึ่งเรื่องใดเหล่านี้ เขาต้องสารภาพบาปที่ตนได้ทำ
5and it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that wherein he hath sinned;
6และนำเครื่องบูชาชดใช้ความผิดมาถวายแด่พระยาห์เวห์เพราะบาปที่เขาทำ คือสัตว์ตัวเมียจากฝูงแกะหรือแพะ จะเป็นลูกแกะหรือแพะก็ได้ เป็นเครื่องบูชาบาป แล้วปุโรหิตจะประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้เขาเพราะบาปของเขา
6and he shall bring his forfeit unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin-offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him as concerning his sin.
7“‘ถ้าเขาไม่มีฐานะพอจะถวายลูกแกะ ให้เขานำนกเขาสองตัวหรือลูกนกพิราบสองตัวมาถวายแด่พระยาห์เวห์เป็นเครื่องบูชาชดใช้ความผิดเพราะบาปที่เขาทำ ตัวหนึ่งเป็นเครื่องบูชาบาป อีกตัวหนึ่งเป็นเครื่องบูชาเผาทั้งตัว
7And if his means suffice not for a lamb, then he shall bring his forfeit for that wherein he hath sinned, two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD: one for a sin-offering, and the other for a burnt-offering.
8ให้เขานำนกเหล่านั้นไปให้ปุโรหิต ปุโรหิตจะถวายตัวที่เป็นเครื่องบูชาบาปก่อน โดยบิดคอนกแต่ไม่ให้หัวขาดออกจากตัว
8And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin-offering first, and pinch off its head close by its neck, but shall not divide it asunder.
9ปุโรหิตจะประพรมเลือดของเครื่องบูชาบาปบางส่วนที่ข้างแท่นบูชา ส่วนเลือดที่เหลือให้ปล่อยไหลลงที่ฐานแท่นบูชา นี่เป็นเครื่องบูชาบาป
9And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin-offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar; it is a sin-offering.
10จากนั้นเขาจะถวายตัวที่สองเป็นเครื่องบูชาเผาทั้งตัวตามข้อกำหนด ปุโรหิตจะประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้เขาเพราะบาปที่เขาทำ แล้วเขาจะได้รับการอภัย
10And he shall prepare the second for a burnt-offering, according to the ordinance; and the priest shall make atonement for him as concerning his sin which he hath sinned, and he shall be forgiven.
11“‘แต่ถ้าเขาไม่มีฐานะพอแม้จะถวายนกเขาสองตัวหรือลูกนกพิราบสองตัว ให้เขานำแป้งเนื้อละเอียดหนึ่งในสิบเอฟาห์ มาเป็นของถวายเพราะบาปที่เขาทำ เป็นเครื่องบูชาบาป ห้ามใส่น้ำมันหรือกำยานลงไป เพราะเป็นเครื่องบูชาบาป
11But if his means suffice not for two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he shall bring his offering for that wherein he hath sinned, the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin-offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon; for it is a sin-offering.
12ให้เขานำแป้งนั้นไปให้ปุโรหิต ปุโรหิตจะหยิบหนึ่งกำมือเป็นส่วนที่เป็นเครื่องรำลึก แล้วเผาบนแท่นบูชาเหนือของถวายที่เผาด้วยไฟแด่พระยาห์เวห์ นี่เป็นเครื่องบูชาบาป
12And he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as the memorial-part thereof, and make it smoke on the altar, upon the offerings of the LORD made by fire; it is a sin-offering.
13ปุโรหิตจะประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้เขาเพราะบาปที่เขาทำในเรื่องหนึ่งเรื่องใดเหล่านี้ แล้วเขาจะได้รับการอภัย ส่วนที่เหลือเป็นของปุโรหิตเช่นเดียวกับเครื่องบูชาจากธัญพืช’”
13And the priest shall make atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in any of these things, and he shall be forgiven; and the remnant shall be the priest's, as the meal-offering.
14พระยาห์เวห์กล่าวกับโมเสสว่า
14And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
15“ถ้าคนใดละเมิดและทำบาปโดยไม่เจตนาในเรื่องสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของพระยาห์เวห์ ให้เขานำแกะตัวผู้ที่ไม่มีตำหนิจากฝูงมาถวายแด่พระยาห์เวห์เป็นเครื่องบูชาชดใช้ความผิด แกะนั้นต้องมีมูลค่าเป็นเงินเชเขลตามที่เจ้าประเมิน โดยใช้มาตราเชเขล ของสถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เพื่อเป็นเครื่องบูชาชดใช้ความผิด
15If any one commit a trespass, and sin through error, in the holy things of the LORD, then he shall bring his forfeit unto the LORD, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy valuation in silver by shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt-offering.
16เขาต้องชดใช้สิ่งที่ตนทำผิดต่อของศักดิ์สิทธิ์นั้นเต็มจำนวน และเพิ่มอีกหนึ่งในห้าแล้วมอบให้ปุโรหิต ปุโรหิตจะใช้แกะตัวผู้สำหรับเครื่องบูชาชดใช้ความผิดประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้เขา แล้วเขาจะได้รับการอภัย
16And he shall make restitution for that which he hath done amiss in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt-offering, and he shall be forgiven.
17“ถ้าคนใดทำบาป คือทำสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งที่พระยาห์เวห์บัญชาไม่ให้ทำ แม้เขาไม่รู้ตัว เขาก็ยังมีความผิดและต้องรับผลแห่งความผิดของตน
17And if any one sin, and do any of the things which the LORD hath commanded not to be done, though he know it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.
18ให้เขานำแกะตัวผู้ที่ไม่มีตำหนิจากฝูงซึ่งมีมูลค่าตามที่เจ้าประเมิน ไปให้ปุโรหิตเป็นเครื่องบูชาชดใช้ความผิด ปุโรหิตจะประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้เขาในเรื่องที่เขาทำบาปโดยไม่รู้ตัว แล้วเขาจะได้รับการอภัย
18And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy valuation, for a guilt-offering, unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the error which he committed, though he knew it not, and he shall be forgiven.
19นี่เป็นเครื่องบูชาชดใช้ความผิด เขามีความผิดต่อพระยาห์เวห์อย่างแน่นอน”
19It is a guilt-offering — he is certainly guilty before the LORD.
