1And it came to pass the same year, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fourth year, and in the fifth month, that Hananiah the son of Azur the prophet, which was of Gibeon, spake unto me in the house of the LORD , in the presence of the priests and of all the people, saying,
1ในปีเดียวกัน ช่วงต้นรัชกาลเศเดคียาห์ กษัตริย์ยูดาห์ ในปีที่สี่ เดือนที่ห้า ฮานันยาห์ บุตรอัสซูร์ ผู้เผยพระวจนะจากกิเบโอน กล่าวกับข้าพเจ้าในพระนิเวศของพระยาห์เวห์ ต่อหน้าปุโรหิตและประชาชนทั้งหมดว่า
2Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saying, I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.
2“พระยาห์เวห์แห่งกองทัพ พระเจ้าของอิสราเอล กล่าวดังนี้ ‘เราหักแอกของกษัตริย์บาบิโลนแล้ว
3Within two full years will I bring again into this place all the vessels of the LORD’s house, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took away from this place, and carried them to Babylon:
3ภายในสองปีเต็ม เราจะนำภาชนะเครื่องใช้ทั้งหมดในพระนิเวศของพระยาห์เวห์ ซึ่งเนบูคัดเนสซาร์ กษัตริย์บาบิโลน นำไปจากที่นี่ถึงบาบิโลน กลับมายังที่นี่อีก
4And I will bring again to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah, that went into Babylon, saith the LORD : for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.
4เราจะนำเยโคนิยาห์ บุตรเยโฮยาคิม กษัตริย์ยูดาห์ กลับมาที่นี่ พร้อมกับชาวยูดาห์ทั้งหมดที่ถูกกวาดต้อนไปเป็นเชลยในบาบิโลน’ พระยาห์เวห์กล่าว ‘เพราะเราจะหักแอกของกษัตริย์บาบิโลน’”
5¶ Then the prophet Jeremiah said unto the prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests, and in the presence of all the people that stood in the house of the LORD ,
5เยเรมีย์ผู้เผยพระวจนะจึงกล่าวกับฮานันยาห์ผู้เผยพระวจนะ ต่อหน้าปุโรหิตและประชาชนทั้งหมดที่ยืนอยู่ในพระนิเวศของพระยาห์เวห์
6Even the prophet Jeremiah said, Amen: the LORD do so: the LORD perform thy words which thou hast prophesied, to bring again the vessels of the LORD’s house, and all that is carried away captive, from Babylon into this place.
6เยเรมีย์ผู้เผยพระวจนะกล่าวว่า “อาเมน! ขอให้พระยาห์เวห์ทำเช่นนั้น ขอให้พระยาห์เวห์ทำให้ถ้อยคำที่ท่านเผยพระวจนะเป็นจริง โดยนำภาชนะเครื่องใช้ในพระนิเวศของพระยาห์เวห์และทุกคนที่เป็นเชลยกลับจากบาบิโลนมาที่นี่
7Nevertheless hear thou now this word that I speak in thine ears, and in the ears of all the people;
7แต่บัดนี้จงฟังคำที่ข้าพเจ้าจะพูดให้ท่านและประชาชนทั้งหมดได้ยิน
8The prophets that have been before me and before thee of old prophesied both against many countries, and against great kingdoms, of war, and of evil, and of pestilence.
8ผู้เผยพระวจนะที่มาก่อนข้าพเจ้าและท่านตั้งแต่ครั้งโบราณ พยากรณ์ต่อหลายดินแดนและต่ออาณาจักรใหญ่ ๆ เรื่องสงคราม ภัยร้าย และโรคระบาด
9The prophet which prophesieth of peace, when the word of the prophet shall come to pass, then shall the prophet be known, that the LORD hath truly sent him.
9ส่วนผู้เผยพระวจนะที่เผยพระวจนะเรื่องความสงบสุข เมื่อคำของผู้เผยพระวจนะนั้นเกิดขึ้นจริง จึงจะรู้ได้ว่าเป็นผู้เผยพระวจนะที่พระยาห์เวห์ส่งมาจริง”
10¶ Then Hananiah the prophet took the yoke from off the prophet Jeremiah’s neck, and brake it.
10ฮานันยาห์ผู้เผยพระวจนะจึงเอาคานแอกออกจากคอเยเรมีย์ผู้เผยพระวจนะและหักมัน
11And Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the LORD ; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way.
11ฮานันยาห์กล่าวต่อหน้าประชาชนทั้งหมดว่า “พระยาห์เวห์กล่าวดังนี้ ‘เราจะหักแอกของเนบูคัดเนสซาร์ กษัตริย์บาบิโลน ออกจากคอทุกชนชาติภายในสองปีเต็มเช่นเดียวกัน’” แล้วเยเรมีย์ผู้เผยพระวจนะก็เดินจากไป
12¶ Then the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the prophet , after that Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from off the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying,
12หลังจากฮานันยาห์ผู้เผยพระวจนะหักคานแอกออกจากคอเยเรมีย์ผู้เผยพระวจนะแล้ว คำจากพระยาห์เวห์ก็มาถึงเยเรมีย์ว่า
13Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD ; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron.
13“จงไปบอกฮานันยาห์ว่า ‘พระยาห์เวห์กล่าวดังนี้ “เจ้าหักคานแอกไม้ แต่เจ้าทำให้มีคานแอกเหล็กขึ้นแทน”
14For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also.
14เพราะพระยาห์เวห์แห่งกองทัพ พระเจ้าของอิสราเอล กล่าวดังนี้ “เราเอาแอกเหล็กไว้บนคอชนชาติเหล่านี้ทั้งหมด เพื่อให้รับใช้เนบูคัดเนสซาร์ กษัตริย์บาบิโลน และพวกเขาจะรับใช้เขา เรามอบสัตว์ในทุ่งให้เขาด้วย”’”
15¶ Then said the prophet Jeremiah unto Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah; The LORD hath not sent thee; but thou makest this people to trust in a lie.
15เยเรมีย์ผู้เผยพระวจนะจึงกล่าวกับฮานันยาห์ผู้เผยพระวจนะว่า “ฟังนะ ฮานันยาห์! พระยาห์เวห์ไม่ได้ส่งท่านมา แต่ท่านทำให้ประชาชนนี้เชื่อคำโกหก
16Therefore thus saith the LORD ; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt die, because thou hast taught rebellion against the LORD .
16ดังนั้นพระยาห์เวห์จึงกล่าวว่า ‘จงฟัง เราจะส่งเจ้าออกไปจากพื้นแผ่นดิน ปีนี้เจ้าจะตาย เพราะเจ้าพูดยุยงให้กบฏต่อพระยาห์เวห์’”
17So Hananiah the prophet died the same year in the seventh month.
17ฮานันยาห์ผู้เผยพระวจนะจึงตายในปีเดียวกันนั้น เดือนที่เจ็ด
