1(76-1) For the Leader; with string-music. A Psalm of Asaph, a Song. (76-2) In Judah is God known; His name is great in Israel.
1Judah prae ah Sithaw to panoek o; Anih ih ahmin loe Israel prae ah amthang parai.
2(76-3) In Salem also is set His tabernacle, and His dwelling-place in Zion.
2Ani ih kahni im loe Salem ah oh, anih oh ohhaih ahmuen loe Zion mae ah oh.
3(76-4) There He broke the fiery shafts of the bow; the shield, and the sword, and the battle. Selah
3To ahmuen ah kalii, palaanawk, angvaenghaih sumsen, misatukhaih hmuennawk to na paro pae boih boeh. Selah .
4(76-5) Glorious art Thou and excellent, coming down from the mountains of prey.
4Nang loe moinawk prathaih maenawk pongah doeh na len moe, na hoih kue.
5(76-6) The stout-hearted are bereft of sense, they sleep their sleep; and none of the men of might have found their hands.
5Misahoih kaminawk to lomh o boeh; iih angmuethaih mah nihcae to muek boeh; thacak kaminawk mi mah doeh nihcae ih ban to hnu o ai.
6(76-7) At Thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, they are cast into a dead sleep, the riders also and the horses.
6Aw Jakob Sithaw, na thuitaekhaih rang hoiah hrang lakok hoi hrangnawk to na iihsak muen boeh.
7(76-8) Thou, even Thou, art terrible; and who may stand in Thy sight when once Thou art angry?
7Zit han koi kaom loe nang khue ni; palung na phui naah mi maw na hmaa ah angdoe thai tih?
8(76-9) Thou didst cause sentence to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
8Na lokcaekhaih to van hoiah na taphong;
9(76-10) When God arose to judgment, to save all the humble of the earth. Selah
9long nui ih poeknaem kaminawk to pahlong boih hanah, Sithaw mah lokcaek han angdoet tahang naah, long loe zit moe, angam sut. Selah .
10(76-11) Surely the wrath of man shall praise Thee; the residue of wrath shalt Thou gird upon Thee.
10Tangtang ni palungphui kaminawk mah nang to saphaw o tih; kadip thai ai palungphuihaih mah nang to zaeng tih.
11(76-12) Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God; let all that are round about Him bring presents unto Him that is to be feared;
11Na Angraeng Sithaw khaeah na lokkamhaih to akoepsak ah; ataeng ah kaom kaminawk boih mah zit kaom anih khaeah, tangqumnawk to sin o nasoe.
12(76-13) He minisheth the spirit of princes; He is terrible to the kings of the earth.
12Anih mah angraengnawk ih poekhaih to pahnaem pae tih; anih loe long siangpahrangnawk hanah zit thoh.
