1便雅憫 人哪，你們要逃出 耶路撒冷 ， 在 提哥亞 吹角， 在 伯‧哈基琳 立號旗； 因為有災禍與大毀滅從北方張望。
1Put yourselves under covert, ye children of Benjamin, away from the midst of Jerusalem, and blow the horn in Tekoa, and set up a signal on Beth-cherem; for evil looketh forth from the north, and a great destruction.
2那秀美嬌嫩的 錫安 女子， 我必剪除。
2The comely and delicate one, the daughter of Zion, will I cut off.
3牧人必引他們的羊群到她那裏， 在她周圍支搭帳棚， 各在自己 所佔 之地 使羊 吃草。
3Shepherds with their flocks come unto her; they pitch their tents against her round about; they feed bare every one what is nigh at hand.
4你們要準備攻擊她。 起來吧，我們可以趁午時上去。 哀哉！日已漸斜， 晚影拖長了。
4'Prepare ye war against her; arise, and let us go up at noon!' 'Woe unto us! for the day declineth, for the shadows of the evening are stretched out!'
5起來吧，我們夜間上去， 毀壞她的宮殿。
5'Arise, and let us go up by night, and let us destroy her palaces.'
6因為萬軍之耶和華如此說： 你們要砍伐樹木， 築壘攻打 耶路撒冷 。 這就是那該罰的城， 其中盡是欺壓。
6For thus hath the LORD of hosts said: hew ye down her trees, and cast up a mound against Jerusalem; this is the city to be punished; everywhere there is oppression in the midst of her.
7井怎樣湧出水來， 這城也照樣湧出惡來； 在其間常聽見有強暴毀滅的事， 病患損傷也常在我面前。
7As a cistern welleth with her waters, so she welleth with her wickedness; violence and spoil is heard in her; before Me continually is sickness and wounds.
8耶路撒冷 啊，你當受教， 免得我心與你生疏， 免得我使你荒涼， 成為無人居住之地。
8Be thou corrected, O Jerusalem, lest My soul be alienated from thee, lest I make thee desolate, a land not inhabited.
9萬軍之耶和華曾如此說： 敵人必擄盡 以色列 剩下的民， 如同摘淨葡萄一樣。 你要像摘葡萄的人摘了又摘，回手放在筐子裏。
9Thus saith the LORD of hosts: They shall thoroughly glean as a vine the remnant of Israel; turn again thy hand as a grape-gatherer upon the shoots.
10現在我可以向誰說話作見證，使他們聽呢？ 他們的耳朵未受割禮，不能聽見。 看哪，耶和華的話他們以為羞辱， 不以為喜悅。
10To whom shall I speak and give warning, that they may hear? Behold, their ear is dull, and they cannot attend; behold, the word of the LORD is become unto them a reproach, they have no delight in it.
11因此我被耶和華的忿怒充滿，難以含忍。 我要傾在街中的孩童和聚會的少年人身上， 連夫帶妻， 並年老的與日子滿足的都必被擒拿。
11Therefore I am full of the fury of the LORD, I am weary with holding in: pour it out upon the babes in the street, and upon the assembly of young men together; for even the husband with the wife shall be taken, the aged with him that is full of days.
12他們的房屋、田地， 和妻子都必轉歸別人； 我要伸手攻擊這地的居民。 這是耶和華說的。
12And their houses shall be turned unto others, their fields and their wives together; for I will stretch out My hand upon the inhabitants of the land, saith the LORD.
13因為他們從最小的到至大的都一味地貪婪， 從先知到祭司都行事虛謊。
13For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is greedy for gain; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.
14他們輕輕忽忽地醫治我百姓的損傷， 說：平安了！平安了！ 其實沒有平安。
14They have healed also the hurt of My people lightly, saying: 'Peace, peace', when there is no peace.
15他們行可憎的事知道慚愧嗎？ 不然，他們毫不慚愧， 也不知羞恥。 因此，他們必在仆倒的人中仆倒； 我向他們討罪的時候， 他們必致跌倒。 這是耶和華說的。
15They shall be put to shame because they have committed abomination; yea, they are not at all ashamed, neither know they how to blush; therefore they shall fall among them that fall, at the time that I punish them they shall stumble, saith the LORD.
16耶和華如此說： 你們當站在路上察看， 訪問古道， 哪是善道，便行在其間； 這樣，你們心裏必得安息。 他們卻說：我們不行 在其間 。
16Thus saith the LORD: Stand ye in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said: 'We will not walk therein.'
17我設立守望的人照管你們， 說 ：要聽角聲。 他們卻說：我們不聽。
17And I set watchmen over you: 'Attend to the sound of the horn', but they said: 'We will not attend.'
18列國啊，因此你們當聽！ 會眾啊，要知道他們必遭遇的事。
18Therefore hear, ye nations, and know, O congregation, what is against them.
19地啊，當聽！ 我必使災禍臨到這百姓， 就是他們意念所結的果子； 因為他們不聽從我的言語， 至於我的訓誨，他們也厭棄了。
19Hear, O earth: Behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not attended unto My words, and as for My teaching, they have rejected it.
20從 示巴 出的乳香， 從遠方出的菖蒲 奉來給我有何益呢？ 你們的燔祭不蒙悅納； 你們的 平安 祭，我也不喜悅。
20To what purpose is to Me the frankincense that cometh from Sheba, and the sweet cane, from a far country? Your burnt-offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifices pleasing unto Me.
21所以耶和華如此說： 我要將絆腳石放在這百姓前面。 父親和兒子要一同跌在其上； 鄰舍與朋友也都滅亡。
21Therefore thus saith the LORD: Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall stumble against them, the neighbour and his friend, and they shall perish.
22耶和華如此說： 看哪，有一種民從北方而來， 並有一大國被激動，從地極來到。
22Thus saith the LORD: Behold, a people cometh from the north country, and a great nation shall be roused from the uttermost parts of the earth.
23他們拿弓和槍， 性情殘忍，不施憐憫； 他們的聲音像海浪匉訇。 錫安 城啊， 他們騎馬都擺隊伍， 如上戰場的人要攻擊你。
23They lay hold on bow and spear, they are cruel, and have no compassion; their voice is like the roaring sea, and they ride upon horses; set in array, as a man for war, against thee, O daughter of Zion.
24我們聽見他們的風聲，手就發軟； 痛苦將我們抓住， 疼痛彷彿產難的婦人。
24'We have heard the fame thereof, our hands wax feeble, anguish hath taken hold of us, and pain, as of a woman in travail.'
25你們不要往田野去， 也不要行在路上， 因四圍有仇敵的刀劍和驚嚇。
25Go not forth into the field, nor walk by the way; for there is the sword of the enemy, and terror on every side.
26我民哪，應當腰束麻布，滾在灰中。 你要悲傷，如喪獨生子痛痛哭號， 因為滅命的要忽然臨到我們。
26O daughter of my people, gird thee with sackcloth, and wallow thyself in ashes; make thee mourning, as for an only son, most bitter lamentation; for the spoiler shall suddenly come upon us.
27我使你在我民中為高臺，為保障， 使你知道試驗他們的行動。
27I have made thee a tower and a fortress among My people; that thou mayest know and try their way.
28他們都是極悖逆的， 往來讒謗人。 他們是銅是鐵， 都行壞事。
28They are all grievous revolters, going about with slanders; they are brass and iron; they all of them deal corruptly.
29風箱吹火，鉛被燒毀； 他們煉而又煉，終是徒然； 因為惡劣的還未除掉。
29The bellows blow fiercely, the lead is consumed of the fire; in vain doth the founder refine, for the wicked are not separated.
30人必稱他們為被棄的銀渣， 因為耶和華已經棄掉他們。
30Refuse silver shall men call them, because the LORD hath rejected them.
