1เมื่อพวกคุณเข้าไปในแผ่นดินที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณประทานให้เป็นมรดก เข้าครอบครองและอาศัยอยู่ที่นั่น
1And it shall be, when thou art come in unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and dost possess it, and dwell therein;
2จงนำผลแรกส่วนหนึ่งจากผลผลิตทั้งหมดที่เก็บได้ในแผ่นดินซึ่งพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณประทานให้ ใส่ตะกร้า แล้วไปยังสถานที่ที่พระองค์จะทรงเลือกให้พระนามของพระองค์อยู่ที่นั่น
2that thou shalt take of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which thou shalt bring in from thy land that the LORD thy God giveth thee; and thou shalt put it in a basket and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to cause His name to dwell there.
3จงไปหาปุโรหิตที่ทำหน้าที่ในเวลานั้นและกล่าวว่า “วันนี้ขอประกาศต่อพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของท่านว่า ข้าพเจ้าได้เข้ามาในแผ่นดินที่พระยาห์เวห์ทรงปฏิญาณต่อบรรพบุรุษของเราว่าจะประทานแก่เรา”
3And thou shalt come unto the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him: 'I profess this day unto the LORD thy God, that I am come unto the land which the LORD swore unto our fathers to give us.'
4ปุโรหิตจะรับตะกร้าจากมือและวางไว้หน้าแท่นบูชาของพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณ
4And the priest shall take the basket out of thy hand, and set it down before the altar of the LORD thy God.
5แล้วจงกล่าวต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณว่า “พ่อของข้าพเจ้า เป็นชาวซีเรียที่ใกล้จะพินาศ เขาลงไปอียิปต์และอาศัยอยู่ที่นั่น มีคนเพียงไม่กี่คน แล้วที่นั่นเขากลายเป็นชนชาติใหญ่ แข็งแกร่ง และมีประชากรมาก
5And thou shalt speak and say before the LORD thy God: 'A wandering Aramean was my father, and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there, few in number; and he became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous.
6ชาวอียิปต์ปฏิบัติต่อเราอย่างโหดร้าย กดขี่เรา และบังคับให้ทำงานหนัก
6And the Egyptians dealt ill with us, and afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage.
7เราจึงร้องต่อพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าแห่งบรรพบุรุษของเรา พระยาห์เวห์ทรงได้ยินเสียงของเรา และทรงเห็นความทุกข์ ความเหน็ดเหนื่อย และการถูกกดขี่ของเรา
7And we cried unto the LORD, the God of our fathers, and the LORD heard our voice, and saw our affliction, and our toil, and our oppression.
8พระยาห์เวห์ทรงพาเราออกจากอียิปต์ด้วยมืออันทรงพลังและแขนที่เหยียดออก ด้วยความน่าสะพรึงกลัวอย่างยิ่ง ด้วยหมายสำคัญและการอัศจรรย์
8And the LORD brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders.
9พระองค์ทรงนำเรามายังที่แห่งนี้ และประทานแผ่นดินนี้แก่เรา เป็นแผ่นดินที่อุดมด้วยน้ำนมและน้ำผึ้ง
9And He hath brought us into this place, and hath given us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey.
10บัดนี้ ข้าพเจ้าได้นำผลแรกจากผลผลิตของแผ่นดินที่พระยาห์เวห์ประทานแก่ข้าพเจ้ามาแล้ว” จงวางตะกร้านั้นลงต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณ และกราบนมัสการต่อหน้าพระองค์
10And now, behold, I have brought the first of the fruit of the land, which Thou, O LORD, hast given me.' And thou shalt set it down before the LORD thy God, and worship before the LORD thy God.
11แล้วจงชื่นชมยินดีกับสิ่งดีทั้งปวงที่พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณประทานแก่พวกคุณและครอบครัว ทั้งพวกคุณ คนเลวี และคนต่างถิ่นที่อยู่ท่ามกลางพวกคุณ
11And thou shalt rejoice in all the good which the LORD thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thy house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is in the midst of thee.
12เมื่อถวายส่วนสิบจากผลผลิตทั้งหมดเสร็จในปีที่สาม ซึ่งเป็นปีถวายส่วนสิบ จงมอบส่วนสิบนั้นแก่คนเลวี คนต่างถิ่น เด็กกำพร้า และหญิงม่าย เพื่อพวกเขาจะได้กินในเมืองของพวกคุณจนอิ่ม
12When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithe of thine increase in the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, to the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be satisfied,
13แล้วจงกล่าวต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณว่า “ข้าพเจ้าได้นำของบริสุทธิ์ออกจากบ้าน และมอบให้คนเลวี คนต่างถิ่น เด็กกำพร้า และหญิงม่าย ตามพระบัญชาทุกข้อที่พระองค์ทรงบัญชาข้าพเจ้า ข้าพเจ้าไม่ได้ละเมิดหรือหลงลืมพระบัญชาข้อใด
13then thou shalt say before the LORD thy God: 'I have put away the hallowed things out of my house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all Thy commandment which Thou hast commanded me; I have not transgressed any of Thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them.
14ข้าพเจ้าไม่ได้กินส่วนใดขณะไว้ทุกข์ ไม่ได้เอาส่วนใดออกไปขณะที่เป็นมลทิน และไม่ได้มอบส่วนใดเพื่อคนตาย ข้าพเจ้าได้ฟังเสียงของพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของข้าพเจ้า และทำตามทุกอย่างที่พระองค์ทรงบัญชา
14I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I put away thereof, being unclean, nor given thereof for the dead; I have hearkened to the voice of the LORD my God, I have done according to all that Thou hast commanded me.
15โปรดมองลงมาจากที่ประทับอันบริสุทธิ์ของพระองค์ในสวรรค์ และอวยพรอิสราเอลประชากรของพระองค์กับแผ่นดินที่พระองค์ประทานแก่เรา ตามที่ทรงปฏิญาณไว้กับบรรพบุรุษของเรา เป็นแผ่นดินที่อุดมด้วยน้ำนมและน้ำผึ้ง”
15Look forth from Thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless Thy people Israel, and the land which Thou hast given us, as Thou didst swear unto our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.'
16วันนี้พระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณทรงบัญชาให้ทำตามข้อกำหนดและกฎเกณฑ์เหล่านี้ จงรักษาและทำตามด้วยสุดใจและสุดชีวิต
16This day the LORD thy God commandeth thee to do these statutes and ordinances; thou shalt therefore observe and do them with all thy heart, and with all thy soul.
17วันนี้พวกคุณได้ประกาศยอมรับว่าพระยาห์เวห์ทรงเป็นพระเจ้าของพวกคุณ และจะดำเนินตามทางของพระองค์ รักษาข้อกำหนด พระบัญชา และกฎเกณฑ์ของพระองค์ และฟังเสียงของพระองค์
17Thou hast avouched the LORD this day to be thy God, and that thou wouldest walk in His ways, and keep His statutes, and His commandments, and His ordinances, and hearken unto His voice.
18วันนี้พระยาห์เวห์ทรงประกาศว่าพวกคุณเป็นประชากรที่เป็นของพระองค์โดยเฉพาะ ตามที่พระองค์ทรงสัญญาไว้ และพวกคุณต้องรักษาพระบัญชาทั้งหมดของพระองค์
18And the LORD hath avouched thee this day to be His own treasure, as He hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all His commandments;
19พระองค์จะทรงยกพวกคุณให้สูงเหนือชนชาติทั้งปวงที่พระองค์ทรงสร้าง ให้ได้รับคำสรรเสริญ ชื่อเสียง และเกียรติ และให้พวกคุณเป็นประชากรบริสุทธิ์ของพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของพวกคุณ ตามที่พระองค์ตรัสไว้
19and to make thee high above all nations that He hath made, in praise, and in name, and in glory; and that thou mayest be a holy people unto the LORD thy God, as He hath spoken.
