Pjalm 42
Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
Berean Standard Bible
1Duen tia amen ino n io n pil iduen n en i kin ino n io n komui o Kot.
1As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul longs after You, O God.
2N en i ino n io n Kot, o n Kot ieiaij. Iad I pan lel waja o, me I pan ariri jila n en Kot.
2My soul thirsts for God, the living God. When shall I come and appear in God’s presence?
3Pil en maj ai, iei kan ai ma n a ni ran o ni po n , pwe irail kin inda n ia ran karoj: ia om Kot?
3My tears have been my food both day and night, while men ask me all day long, “Where is your God?”
4Ma i madamadaua duen mepukat, i ap wudokila audepan mo n io n i o n pein n ai, pwe i ino n io n ia n pokon o kokodala n tanpaj en Kot, o i men ia n pokon, me kin wiada a ran, pereperen o kapikapina.
4These things come to mind as I pour out my soul: how I walked with the multitude, leading the procession to the house of God with shouts of joy and praise.
5N en i, da me koe injenjuedeki o jota moleileiki? Auiaui Kot! I pan puro n kapi n a i. Pwe a kotin jauaja kin ia jila n i.
5Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why the unease within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him for the salvation of His presence.
6Ai Kot, n en i me injenjued; I ap madamadaua duen komui nan jap en kailan Iordan o Ermonin, pon dol Mijar.
6O my God, my soul despairs within me. Therefore I remember You from the land of Jordan and the peaks of Hermon— even from Mount Mizar.
7Japwilim omui pil akan n iri n irjok, pil laud akan n iri n irjok; japwilim omui iluk kan karoj kadupal ia di.
7Deep calls to deep in the roar of Your waterfalls; all Your breakers and waves have rolled over me.
8Ieowa kotin inaukidar a kalanan ni ran, a ni po n i kin kauli o n i, o i kapakap o n Kot en maur i.
8The LORD decrees His loving devotion by day, and at night His song is with me as a prayer to the God of my life.
9I kin inda n Kot ai paip: Da me kom kotin likidmalie kin ia la? Da me i en weweideki ni injenjued pweki ai imwintiti kelail o n ia?
9I say to God my Rock, “Why have You forgotten me? Why must I walk in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?”
10Likamata kokon ai kan mut paja n er, ni ai imwintiti lalaue ia. Pwe re kin inda n ia ran karoj: Ia om Kot?
10Like the crushing of my bones, my enemies taunt me, while they say to me all day long, “Where is your God?”
11N en i, da me koe injenjuedeki o jota moleileiki? Auiaui Kot! Pwe i pan danke i, pwe i jauaj pan maj ai o ai Kot.
11Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why the unease within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.
