1Paul, an apostle, not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead,
1作使徒的 保羅 （不是由於人，也不是藉着人，乃是藉着耶穌基督，與叫他從死裏復活的父上帝）
2And all the brethren who are with me, to the churches of Galatia.
2和一切與我同在的眾弟兄，寫信給 加拉太 的各教會。
3Grace be to you, and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,
3願恩惠、平安從父上帝與我們的主耶穌基督歸與你們！
4Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present wicked world, according to the will of God and our Father:
4基督照我們父上帝的旨意，為我們的罪捨己，要救我們脫離這罪惡的世代。
5To whom is glory for ever and ever. Amen.
5但願榮耀歸於上帝，直到永永遠遠。阿們！
6I wonder that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ, unto another gospel.
6我希奇你們這麼快離開那藉着基督之恩召你們的，去從別的福音。
7Which is not another, only there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
7那並不是 福音 ，不過有些人攪擾你們，要把基督的福音更改了。
8But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema.
8但無論是我們，是天上來的使者，若傳福音給你們，與我們所傳給你們的不同，他就應當被咒詛。
9As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema.
9我們已經說了，現在又說，若有人傳福音給你們，與你們所領受的不同，他就應當被咒詛。
10For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? If I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
10我現在是要得人的心呢？還是要得上帝的心呢？我豈是討人的喜歡嗎？若仍舊討人的喜歡，我就不是基督的僕人了。
11For I give you to understand, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man.
11弟兄們，我告訴你們，我素來所傳的福音不是出於人的意思。
12For neither did I receive it of man, nor did I learn it; but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
12因為我不是從人領受的，也不是人教導我的，乃是從耶穌基督啟示來的。
13For you have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews’ religion: how that, beyond measure, I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it.
13你們聽見我從前在 猶太 教中所行的事，怎樣極力逼迫殘害上帝的教會。
14And I made progress in the Jews’ religion above many of my equals in my own nation, being more abundantly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
14我又在 猶太 教中，比我本國許多同歲的人更有長進，為我祖宗的遺傳更加熱心。
15But when it pleased him, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,
15然而，那把我從母腹裏分別出來、又施恩召我的上帝，
16To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the Gentiles, immediately I condescended not to flesh and blood.
16既然樂意將他兒子啟示在我心裏，叫我把他傳在外邦人中，我就沒有與屬血氣的人商量，
17Neither went I to Jerusalem, to the apostles who were before me: but I went into Arabia, and again I returned to Damascus.
17也沒有上 耶路撒冷 去見那些比我先作使徒的，惟獨往 阿拉伯 去，後又回到 大馬士革 。
18Then, after three years, I went to Jerusalem, to see Peter, and I tarried with him fifteen days.
18過了三年，才上 耶路撒冷 去見 磯法 ，和他同住了十五天。
19But other of the apostles I saw none, saving James the brother of the Lord.
19至於別的使徒，除了主的兄弟 雅各 ，我都沒有看見。
20Now the things which I write to you, behold, before God, I lie not.
20我寫給你們的不是謊話，這是我在上帝面前說的。
21Afterwards I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia.
21以後我到了 敘利亞 和 基利家 境內。
22And I was unknown by face to the churches of Judea, which were in Christ:
22那時， 猶太 信基督的各教會都沒有見過我的面。
23But they had heard only: He, who persecuted us in times past, doth now preach the faith which once he impugned:
23不過聽說那從前逼迫我們的，現在傳揚他原先所殘害的真道。
24And they glorified God in me.
24他們就為我的緣故，歸榮耀給上帝。
