1Hallelujah! Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.
1ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကောင်းမြတ် တော်မူ၍၊ ကရုဏာ တော် အစဉ် အမြဲတည်သောကြောင့် ၊ ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလော့။
2Who can describe the mighty acts of the LORD or fully proclaim His praise?
2ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ တန်ခိုး ကြီးခြင်း အရာတော် တို့ကို အဘယ်သူ ပြော နိုင်သနည်း။ ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို အဘယ်သူသည် အကုန်အစင် ဘော်ပြ နိုင်သနည်း။
3Blessed are those who uphold justice, who practice righteousness at all times.
3ခပ်သိမ်း သော အခါ တို့၌ တရား ကို စောင့်ရှောက် ၍၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာကျင့် သောသူတို့သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိကြ၏။
4Remember me, O LORD, in Your favor to Your people; visit me with Your salvation,
4အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ရွေးကောက် တော်မူသောသူတို့၏ကောင်းကျိုး ကို မြင် စေခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏လူမျိုး ဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်း၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏အမွေ ဖြစ်သောသူတို့နှင့်အတူ ဝါကြွား ရွှင်လန်းစေခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊
5that I may see the prosperity of Your chosen ones, and rejoice in the gladness of Your nation, and give glory with Your inheritance.
5ကိုယ်တော် ၏လူ တို့ခံရသောစေတနာ တော်နှင့်တကွ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုအောက်မေ့ တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုအကြည့်အရှု ကြွလာ၍ ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။
6We have sinned like our fathers; we have done wrong and acted wickedly.
6အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် ဘိုးဘေး တို့နှင့်အတူ ပြစ်မှား ကြပါပြီ။ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြုကြပါပြီ။ မ တရားသောအမှုကို ပြုကြပါပြီ။
7Our fathers in Egypt did not grasp Your wonders or remember Your abundant kindness; but they rebelled by the sea, there at the Red Sea.
7အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်၌ ပြု တော်မူသောအံ့ဩဘွယ်တို့ကို ဘိုးဘေး တို့သည် နား မ လည်ကြ။ များစွာ သော ကရုဏာ တော်ကို မ အောက်မေ့ ကြ။ ပင်လယ် နား ၊ ဧဒုံ ပင်လယ် နား မှာ ပုန်ကန် ကြပါ၏။
8Yet He saved them for the sake of His name, to make His power known.
8သို့သော်လည်း ၊ မဟာတန်ခိုး တော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ နာမ တော်၏အကြောင်း ကြောင့် သူ တို့ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။
9He rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up; He led them through the depths as through a desert.
9ဧဒုံ ပင်လယ် ကို ဆုံးမ တော်မူ၍ ၊ ပင်လယ်ရေ သည် ခန်းခြောက် လေ၏။ တော ၌ ပို့ဆောင်သကဲ့သို့ နက်နဲ ရာအရပ်၌ သူ တို့ကို ပို့ဆောင် တော်မူ၏။
10He saved them from the hand that hated them; He redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.
10မုန်း သောသူ၏လက် မှ သူ တို့ကို ကယ်တင် ၍ ၊ ရန်သူ ၏လက် မှ ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူ၏။
11The waters covered their foes; not one of them remained.
11ရန်သူ တစုံ တယောက်ကိုမျှ မ ကျန် ရစ်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ ရေ သည် လွှမ်းမိုး လေ၏။
12Then they believed His promises and sang His praise.
12ထိုအခါ စကား တော်ကို ယုံ ၍ ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို သီချင်း ဆိုကြ၏။
13Yet they soon forgot His works and failed to wait for His counsel.
13သို့သော်လည်း၊ အမှုတော် ကို အလျင် အမြန်မေ့လျော့ သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အကြံအစည် တော်ကို မ ဆိုင်း မလင့်ဘဲ၊
14They craved intensely in the wilderness and tested God in the desert.
14တော ၌ အလွန်တပ်မက် ၍ ၊ လူ ဆိတ်ညံရာအရပ် ၌ ဘုရား သခင်ကို စုံစမ်း ကြ၏။
15So He granted their request, but sent a wasting disease upon them.
15သူ တို့တောင်း သော ဆုကို ပေး တော်မူ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ၊ သူ တို့၌ ပိန်ကြုံ ခြင်းကို သွင်း ပေး တော်မူ၏။
16In the camp they envied Moses, as well as Aaron, the holy one of the LORD.
16ထိုသူတို့သည်လည်း၊ တပ် ထဲ မှာ မောရှေ ကို ၎င်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ သန့်ရှင်း သူအာရုန် ကို၎င်းငြူစူ ကြ၏။
17The earth opened up and swallowed Dathan; it covered the assembly of Abiram.
17မြေကြီး သည် ကွဲ လျက် ဒါသန် ကိုမျို ၍ ၊ အဘိရံ ၏ အသင်း အဝင်ကို ဖုံးအုပ်လေ၏။
18Then fire blazed through their company; flames consumed the wicked.
18သူ တို့အသင်း အဝင်ထဲမှာ မီး ရှို့ ၍ ၊ မ တရားသောသူတို့ ကို လောင် လေ၏။
19At Horeb they made a calf and worshiped a molten image.
19သူတို့သည် ဟောရပ် တောင်နား မှာ နွားသငယ် ကို လုပ် ၍ ၊ အရည် သွန်းသော ရုပ်တုကို ပြပ်ဝပ်ကိုးကွယ် ကြ၏။
20They exchanged their Glory for the image of a grass-eating ox.
20သူ တို့၏ဘုန်း ကိုလဲ ၍ မြက် ကိုစား သော နွား ၏ ပုံ သဏ္ဍာန်ကို ယူကြ၏။
21They forgot God their Savior, who did great things in Egypt,
21အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်၌ ကြီး သော အမှုတို့ကို၎င်း၊
22wondrous works in the land of Ham, and awesome deeds by the Red Sea.
22ဟာမ အမျိုးနေရာပြည် ၌ အံ့ဘွယ် သောအမှုတို့ကို၎င်း၊ ဧဒုံ ပင်လယ် နား မှာ ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သော အမှုတို့ ကို၎င်းပြု ၍၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူသောအရှင်ဘုရား သခင်ကို မေ့လျော့ ကြ၏။
23So He said He would destroy them— had not Moses His chosen one stood before Him in the breach to divert His wrath from destroying them.
23ထိုအခါ ရွေးကောက် တော်မူသောမောရှေ သည် အမျက် တော်ကို လွှဲ ၍၊ ထိုသူတို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး တော်မမူစေခြင်းငှါ ၊ ဖျက်ဆီး ရာအရပ်၊ ရှေ့ တော်၌ မ ရပ် လျှင်၊ သူ တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး မည်ဟု အကြံ ရှိတော်မူ၏။
24They despised the pleasant land; they did not believe His promise.
24ထိုသူတို့သည်လည်း စကား တော်ကို မ ယုံ ၊ သာယာ သောပြည် ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုကြ၏။
25They grumbled in their tents and did not listen to the voice of the LORD.
25မိမိ တို့တဲ များ၌ ဆန့်ကျင် ဘက်ပြု၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို နား မ ထောင်ဘဲနေကြ၏။
26So He raised His hand and swore to cast them down in the wilderness,
26ထိုကြောင့် သူ တို့ကို တော ၌ လှဲ ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊
27to disperse their offspring among the nations and scatter them throughout the lands.
27သူ တို့အမျိုးအနွယ် ကို တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့တွင် လှဲ ၍ ၊ အပြည်ပြည် အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား စေခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ သူ တို့တဘက်၌ ကျိန်ဆိုတော်မူ၏။
28They yoked themselves to Baal of Peor and ate sacrifices offered to lifeless gods.
28ထိုသူတို့သည် ဗာလပေဂုရ ဘုရား၌ မှီဝဲ ၍ လူသေ ရှေ့မှာ ပူဇော်သောယဇ် ကောင်ကို စား ကြ၏။
29So they provoked the LORD to anger with their deeds, and a plague broke out among them.
29ထိုသို့မိမိ တို့အမှု များအားဖြင့် အမျက် တော်ကို နှိုးဆော်၍ ၊ ကာလနာ သည် သူ တို့ကို လုယက် လေ၏။
30But Phinehas stood and intervened, and the plague was restrained.
30ထိုအခါ ဖိနဟတ် သည် ထ ၍ တရား စီရင်သဖြင့် ၊ ကာလနာ သည် ငြိမ်း လေ၏။
31It was credited to him as righteousness for endless generations to come.
31ထိုအမှုကို သူ၏ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကဲ့သို့ လူမျိုး အဆက်ဆက်တည်သော ကာလ အစဉ်မပြတ် မှတ် ရ သတည်း။
32At the waters of Meribah they angered the LORD, and trouble came to Moses because of them.
32တဖန် မေရိဘ ရေ အနား မှာ အမျက် တော်ကို နှိုးဆော်ကြသဖြင့် ၊ သူ တို့အတွက် ကြောင့် မောရှေ ၌ အ မင်္ဂလာဖြစ်လေ၏။
33For they rebelled against His Spirit, and Moses spoke rashly with his lips.
33သူ ၏စိတ် ကို ချုပ်ချယ် နှောင့်ရှက်ကြသဖြင့် ၊ သူသည် အမှတ်တမဲ့မြွက်ဆို ၏။
34They did not destroy the peoples as the LORD had commanded them,
34ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည် အတိုင်း မပြု၊ တပါး အမျိုးသားတို့ကို မ ဖျက်ဆီး ဘဲ နေကြ၏။
35but they mingled with the nations and adopted their customs.
35သူ တို့နှင့် ရောနှော ၍ သူ တို့၏ ဘာသာ ဓလေ့ကို သင် ကြ၏။
36They worshiped their idols, which became a snare to them.
36သူ တို့၏ရုပ်တု များကို ဝတ်ပြု ၍ ကျော့ကွင်း ၌ ကျော့မိ ကြ၏။
37They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons.
37ကိုယ် သား သမီး တို့ကို နတ်ဆိုး တို့အား ယဇ် ပူဇော်ကြ၏။
38They shed innocent blood— the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was polluted with blood.
38ထိုသို့ အပြစ် မရှိသောသူတို့ ၏ အသွေး ၊ ခါနာန် ရုပ်တု တို့ရှေ့မှာ ယဇ် ပူဇော်သော ကိုယ် သား သမီး တို့၏ အသွေး ကို သွန် ကြ၍ ၊ ထိုမြေ သည် အသွေး နှင့် ညစ်ညူး လေ၏။
39They defiled themselves by their actions and prostituted themselves by their deeds.
39သူတို့သည် ကိုယ် အကျင့် အားဖြင့် ကိုယ်ကို ညစ်ညူး စေ၍ ၊ ကိုယ် အမှု တို့တွင် မှားယွင်း ကြ၏။
40So the anger of the LORD burned against His people, and He abhorred His own inheritance.
40ထိုကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မိမိ လူ တို့ကို အမျက် တော်ထွက် ၍ ၊ မိမိ အမွေ တော်ကို ရွံရှာ တော်မူ၏။
41He delivered them into the hand of the nations, and those who hated them ruled over them.
41သူ တို့ကို တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့လက် သို့ အပ် တော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ မုန်း သောသူတို့သည် အုပ်စိုး ရကြ၏။
42Their enemies oppressed them, and subdued them under their hand.
42ရန်သူ တို့သည် ညှဉ်းဆဲ ၍ ၊ သူ တို့သည် ရန်သူတို့ အောက် မှာ နှိမ့်ချ ခြင်းကိုခံရကြ၏။
43Many times He rescued them, but they were bent on rebellion and sank down in their iniquity.
43သူ တို့ကို ကြိမ်ဖန် များစွာ ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူသော်လည်း ၊ ပုန်ကန် သော အကြံ ကိုသာ ကြံ၍ ၊ မိမိ တို့ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကြောင့် နှိပ်စက် ခြင်းကိုခံရကြ၏။
44Nevertheless He heard their cry; He took note of their distress.
44တဖန်သူ တို့ အော်ဟစ် ခြင်းကို ကြား တော်မူလျှင် ၊ သူ တို့၌ ဆင်းရဲ ဒုက္ခကို ကြည့်ရှု သဖြင့်၊
45And He remembered His covenant with them, and relented by the abundance of His loving devotion.
45ဝန်ခံ ခြင်းဂတိတော်ကို သူ တို့အဘို့ အောက်မေ့ ၍ ၊ ကရုဏာ တော် များပြား သည်အတိုင်း နောင်တ ရတော်မူ ၏။
46He made them objects of compassion to all who held them captive.
46သူ တို့ကို ချုပ်ထား သိမ်းသွားသော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် သနား ရကြမည်အကြောင်း ပြု တော်မူ၏။
47Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may glory in Your praise.
47အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ သန့်ရှင်း သော နာမ တော်၏ ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူးသည် ကြီးလှပါ ၏ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဝန်ခံ ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ခြင်း၌ ဝါကြွား ဝမ်းမြောက်မည်အကြောင်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ကို ကယ်တင် လျက် ၊ တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့အထဲ က နှုတ်ယူ၍ စုသိမ်း တော်မူပါ။
48Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Let all the people say, “Amen!” Hallelujah!
48ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကမ္ဘာ အဆက်ဆက်မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ လူ ခပ်သိမ်း တို့သည် အာမင် ဟု ဝန်ခံ ကြစေ။ ဟာလေလုယ။
