1And the LORD spoke unto Moses, after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they drew near before the LORD, and died;
1พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสกับโมเสสหลังจากบุตรชายสองคนของอาโรนเข้ามาใกล้ต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์และเสียชีวิต
2and the LORD said unto Moses: 'Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the veil, before the ark-cover which is upon the ark; that he die not; for I appear in the cloud upon the ark-cover.
2พระยาห์เวห์ตรัสกับโมเสสว่า “จงบอกอาโรนพี่ชายของเจ้าว่า อย่าเข้าไปในสถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์ที่สุดหลังม่าน ต่อหน้าฝาปิดหีบแห่งพระกรุณาซึ่งอยู่เหนือหีบ ได้ตามใจ มิฉะนั้นเขาจะตาย เพราะเราจะปรากฏในเมฆเหนือฝาปิดหีบแห่งพระกรุณา
3Herewith shall Aaron come into the holy place: with a young bullock for a sin-offering, and a ram for a burnt-offering.
3“อาโรนต้องเข้าไปในสถานบริสุทธิ์พร้อมวัวหนุ่มหนึ่งตัวสำหรับเครื่องบูชาบาป และแกะผู้หนึ่งตัวสำหรับเครื่องเผาบูชา
4He shall put on the holy linen tunic, and he shall have the linen breeches upon his flesh, and shall be girded with the linen girdle, and with the linen mitre shall he be attired; they are the holy garments; and he shall bathe his flesh in water, and put them on.
4เขาต้องสวมเสื้อผ้าลินินศักดิ์สิทธิ์ สวมกางเกงลินินไว้กับตัว คาดผ้าคาดเอวลินิน และสวมผ้าโพกศีรษะลินิน สิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นเครื่องแต่งกายศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เขาต้องอาบน้ำชำระร่างกายแล้วจึงสวมเครื่องแต่งกายเหล่านี้
5And he shall take of the congregation of the children of Israel two he-goats for a sin-offering, and one ram for a burnt-offering.

6And Aaron shall present the bullock of the sin-offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself, and for his house.
6“อาโรนต้องถวายวัวสำหรับเครื่องบูชาบาปซึ่งเป็นของเขาเอง และประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่ตนเองและครอบครัวของเขา
7And he shall take the two goats, and set them before the LORD at the door of the tent of meeting.
7เขาต้องนำแพะสองตัวมาตั้งไว้ต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์ที่ทางเข้าเต็นท์นัดพบ
8And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats: one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for Azazel.
8อาโรนต้องจับสลากสำหรับแพะสองตัว สลากหนึ่งสำหรับพระยาห์เวห์ และอีกสลากหนึ่งสำหรับแพะสำหรับปล่อยไป
9And Aaron shall present the goat upon which the lot fell for the LORD, and offer him for a sin-offering.
9อาโรนต้องนำแพะตัวที่สลากสำหรับพระยาห์เวห์ตกแก่ตัวมันมาถวาย และถวายมันเป็นเครื่องบูชาบาป
10But the goat, on which the lot fell for Azazel, shall be set alive before the LORD, to make atonement over him, to send him away for Azazel into the wilderness.

11And Aaron shall present the bullock of the sin-offering, which is for himself, and shall make atonement for himself, and for his house, and shall kill the bullock of the sin-offering which is for himself.
11“อาโรนต้องนำวัวสำหรับเครื่องบูชาบาปซึ่งเป็นของเขาเองมาถวาย และประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่ตนเองและครอบครัว จากนั้นเขาต้องฆ่าวัวสำหรับเครื่องบูชาบาปของตน
12And he shall take a censer full of coals of fire from off the altar before the LORD, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the veil.
12เขาต้องนำกระถางไฟที่เต็มด้วยถ่านไฟจากแท่นบูชาต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์ พร้อมเครื่องหอมกลิ่นหอมที่บดละเอียดสองกำมือ เข้าไปหลังม่าน
13And he shall put the incense upon the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of the incense may cover the ark-cover that is upon the testimony, that he die not.
13เขาต้องใส่เครื่องหอมลงบนไฟต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์ เพื่อให้เมฆจากเครื่องหอมคลุมฝาปิดหีบแห่งพระกรุณาซึ่งอยู่เหนือหีบพันธสัญญา แล้วเขาจะไม่ตาย
14And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the ark-cover on the east; and before the ark-cover shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times.
14เขาต้องเอาเลือดวัวบางส่วนใช้นิ้วประพรมบนฝาปิดหีบแห่งพระกรุณาทางด้านตะวันออก และใช้นิ้วประพรมเลือดบางส่วนต่อหน้าฝาปิดหีบแห่งพระกรุณาเจ็ดครั้ง
15Then shall he kill the goat of the sin-offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the veil, and do with his blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the ark-cover, and before the ark-cover.
15“จากนั้นเขาต้องฆ่าแพะสำหรับเครื่องบูชาบาปของประชาชน นำเลือดของมันเข้าไปหลังม่าน และทำกับเลือดนั้นเหมือนที่ทำกับเลือดวัว คือประพรมบนฝาปิดหีบแห่งพระกรุณาและต่อหน้าฝาปิดนั้น
16And he shall make atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleannesses of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions, even all their sins; and so shall he do for the tent of meeting, that dwelleth with them in the midst of their uncleannesses.
16เขาต้องประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่สถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เพราะภาวะไม่สะอาดตามพิธีของชาวอิสราเอล รวมทั้งการล่วงละเมิดและบาปทั้งหมดของพวกเขา เขาต้องทำอย่างเดียวกันกับเต็นท์นัดพบซึ่งตั้งอยู่ท่ามกลางพวกเขา ในท่ามกลางภาวะไม่สะอาดตามพิธีของพวกเขา
17And there shall be no man in the tent of meeting when he goeth in to make atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the assembly of Israel.
17ห้ามมีผู้ใดอยู่ในเต็นท์นัดพบตั้งแต่เวลาที่เขาเข้าไปประกอบพิธีลบล้างในสถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์จนกว่าเขาจะออกมา หลังจากประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่ตนเอง ครอบครัว และชุมนุมอิสราเอลทั้งหมดแล้ว
18And he shall go out unto the altar that is before the LORD, and make atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about.
18“แล้วเขาต้องออกไปยังแท่นบูชาซึ่งอยู่ต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์และประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่แท่นนั้น เขาต้องเอาเลือดวัวและเลือดแพะบางส่วนทารอบเชิงงอนของแท่นบูชา
19And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleannesses of the children of Israel.
19แล้วใช้นิ้วประพรมเลือดบนแท่นเจ็ดครั้ง เพื่อชำระแท่นให้สะอาดและแยกไว้ให้ศักดิ์สิทธิ์จากภาวะไม่สะอาดตามพิธีของชาวอิสราเอล
20And when he hath made an end of atoning for the holy place, and the tent of meeting, and the altar, he shall present the live goat.
20“เมื่อเขาประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่สถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เต็นท์นัดพบ และแท่นบูชาเสร็จแล้ว เขาต้องนำแพะที่ยังมีชีวิตมาถวาย
21And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, even all their sins; and he shall put them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of an appointed man into the wilderness.
21อาโรนต้องวางมือทั้งสองข้างบนศีรษะแพะที่ยังมีชีวิต และสารภาพเหนือแพะนั้นถึงความชั่วช้าทั้งหมดของชาวอิสราเอล การล่วงละเมิดทั้งหมด และบาปทั้งหมดของพวกเขา เขาต้องวางสิ่งเหล่านั้นไว้บนศีรษะแพะ แล้วให้ชายที่เตรียมพร้อมนำแพะออกไปในถิ่นทุรกันดาร
22And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land which is cut off; and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.

23And Aaron shall come into the tent of meeting, and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the holy place, and shall leave them there.
23“อาโรนต้องเข้าไปในเต็นท์นัดพบ ถอดเครื่องแต่งกายลินินที่สวมเมื่อเข้าไปในสถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์ และทิ้งไว้ที่นั่น
24And he shall bathe his flesh in water in a holy place and put on his other vestments, and come forth, and offer his burnt-offering and the burnt-offering of the people, and make atonement for himself and for the people.
24แล้วเขาต้องอาบน้ำชำระร่างกายในสถานที่ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ สวมเครื่องแต่งกายของตน ออกมาและถวายเครื่องเผาบูชาของตนกับเครื่องเผาบูชาของประชาชน และประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่ตนเองและประชาชน
25And the fat of the sin-offering shall he make smoke upon the altar.
25เขาต้องเผาไขมันของเครื่องบูชาบาปบนแท่นบูชา
26And he that letteth go the goat for Azazel shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he may come into the camp.
26“ผู้ที่ปล่อยแพะสำหรับปล่อยไปต้องซักเสื้อผ้าและอาบน้ำชำระร่างกาย หลังจากนั้นจึงเข้าไปในค่ายได้
27And the bullock of the sin-offering, and the goat of the sin-offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy place, shall be carried forth without the camp; and they shall burn in the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.
27วัวสำหรับเครื่องบูชาบาปและแพะสำหรับเครื่องบูชาบาป ซึ่งเลือดของมันถูกนำเข้าไปประกอบพิธีลบล้างในสถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ต้องนำออกไปนอกค่าย แล้วเผาหนัง เนื้อ และมูลของมันด้วยไฟ
28And he that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he may come into the camp.
28ผู้ที่เผาสิ่งเหล่านั้นต้องซักเสื้อผ้าและอาบน้ำชำระร่างกาย หลังจากนั้นจึงเข้าไปในค่ายได้
29And it shall be a statute for ever unto you: in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and shall do no manner of work, the home-born, or the stranger that sojourneth among you.
29“นี่จะเป็นกฎเกณฑ์ถาวรสำหรับพวกเจ้า ในวันที่สิบของเดือนที่เจ็ด พวกเจ้าต้องข่มใจตนเองและห้ามทำงานใด ๆ ทั้งคนที่เกิดในแผ่นดินและคนต่างถิ่นที่อาศัยอยู่ท่ามกลางพวกเจ้า
30For on this day shall atonement be made for you, to cleanse you; from all your sins shall ye be clean before the LORD.
30เพราะในวันนี้จะมีการประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่พวกเจ้า เพื่อชำระพวกเจ้า พวกเจ้าจะสะอาดจากบาปทั้งหมดต่อหน้าพระยาห์เวห์
31It is a sabbath of solemn rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls; it is a statute for ever.
31วันนั้นเป็นวันสะบาโตแห่งการหยุดพักอย่างเคร่งครัดสำหรับพวกเจ้า และพวกเจ้าต้องข่มใจตนเอง นี่เป็นกฎเกณฑ์ถาวร
32And the priest, who shall be anointed and who shall be consecrated to be priest in his father's stead, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen garments, even the holy garments.

33And he shall make atonement for the most holy place, and he shall make atonement for the tent of meeting and for the altar; and he shall make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the assembly.
33เขาต้องประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่สถานบริสุทธิ์อันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่เต็นท์นัดพบและแท่นบูชา และประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่ปุโรหิตกับประชาชนทั้งหมดในชุมนุม
34And this shall be an everlasting statute unto you, to make atonement for the children of Israel because of all their sins once in the year.' And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.
34“นี่จะเป็นกฎเกณฑ์ถาวรสำหรับพวกเจ้า ให้ประกอบพิธีลบล้างให้แก่ชาวอิสราเอลปีละครั้ง เพราะบาปทั้งหมดของพวกเขา” ทุกอย่างก็เป็นไปตามที่พระยาห์เวห์บัญชาโมเสส
