1Mluvil také Hospodin k Mojžíšovi, řka:
1And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
2Přikaž synům Izraelským a rci jim: Když vejdete do země Kanán, (tať jest země, kteráž se dostane vám v dědictví, země Kananejská s pomezími svými),
2'Command the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye come into the land of Canaan, this shall be the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan according to the borders thereof.
3Strana polední vaše bude poušť Tsin vedlé pomezí Edomských; a bude vaše pomezí polední od břehu moře slaného k východu.
3Thus your south side shall be from the wilderness of Zin close by the side of Edom, and your south border shall begin at the end of the Salt Sea eastward;
4A zatočí se to pomezí polední k Maleakrabim, a půjde až k Tsin, a potáhne se od poledne přes Kádesbarne; a odtud vyjde ke vsi Addar, a vztáhne se až k Asmon.
4and your border shall turn about southward of the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass along to Zin; and the goings out thereof shall be southward of Kadesh-barnea; and it shall go forth to Hazar-addar, and pass along to Azmon;
5Od Asmon zatočí se pomezí to vůkol až ku potoku Egyptskému, a tu se skonávati bude k západu.
5and the border shall turn about from Azmon unto the Brook of Egypt, and the goings out thereof shall be at the Sea.
6Pomezí pak západní budete míti moře veliké; to bude vaše pomezí západní.
6And for the western border, ye shall have the Great Sea for a border; this shall be your west border.
7A pomezí půlnoční toto míti budete: Od moře velikého vyměříte sobě k hoře řečené Hor.
7And this shall be your north border: from the Great Sea ye shall mark out your line unto mount Hor;
8Od hory Hor vyměříte sobě, až kde se vchází do Emat, a skonávati se bude pomezí to u Sedad.
8from mount Hor ye shall mark out a line unto the entrance to Hamath; and the goings out of the border shall be at Zedad;
9A odtud půjde pomezí to k Zefronu, a konec jeho u vsi Enan; to bude pomezí vaše k straně půlnoční.
9and the border shall go forth to Ziphron, and the goings out thereof shall be at Hazar-enan; this shall be your north border.
10Vyměříte sobě také pomezí k východu od vsi Enan až do Sefama.
10And ye shall mark out your line for the east border from Hazar-enan to Shepham;
11A od Sefama schýlí se to pomezí až k Reblata, od východu maje Ain; a schýlí se pomezí to, a přijde k straně moře Ceneret k východu.
11and the border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall go down, and shall strike upon the slope of the sea of Chinnereth eastward;
12A vztáhne se to pomezí k Jordánu, a bude konec jeho u slaného moře. Ta země vaše bude po svých pomezích vůkol.
12and the border shall go down to the Jordan, and the goings out thereof shall be at the Salt Sea; this shall be your land according to the borders thereof round about.'
13Tedy oznámil to Mojžíš synům Izraelským, řka: Ta jest země, kterouž dědičně obdržíte losem, jakož přikázal Hospodin, abych ji dal devateru pokolení a polovici pokolení Manassesova.
13And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying: 'This is the land wherein ye shall receive inheritance by lot, which the LORD hath commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half-tribe;
14Nebo vzalo pokolení synů Ruben po domích otců svých, a pokolení synů Gád po domích otců svých, a polovice pokolení Manassesova vzali dědictví své.
14for the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their fathers' houses, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to their fathers' houses, have received, and the half-tribe of Manasseh have received, their inheritance;
15Půl třetího pokolení vzali dědictví své před Jordánem proti Jerichu, k straně na východ slunce.
15the two tribes and the half-tribe have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan at Jericho eastward, toward the sun-rising.'
16Mluvil opět Hospodin k Mojžíšovi, řka:
16And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
17Tato jsou jména mužů, kteříž v dědictví rozdělí vám zemi: Eleazar kněz, a Jozue, syn Nun.
17'These are the names of the men that shall take possession of the land for you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
18Kníže také jedno z každého pokolení vezmete k rozdělování dědictví země.
18And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to take possession of the land.
19A tato jsou jména mužů: Z pokolení Juda Kálef, syn Jefonův;
19And these are the names of the men: of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
20Z pokolení synů Simeon Samuel, syn Amiudův;
20And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud.
21Z pokolení Beniaminova Helidad, syn Chaselonův;
21Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon.
22Z pokolení synů Dan kníže Bukci, syn Jogli;
22And of the tribe of the children of Dan a prince, Bukki the son of Jogli.
23Z synů Jozefových z pokolení synů Manasses kníže Haniel, syn Efodův;
23Of the children of Joseph: of the tribe of the children of Manasseh a prince, Hanniel the son of Ephod;
24Z pokolení synů Efraim kníže Kamuel, syn Seftanův;
24and of the tribe of the children of Ephraim a prince, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan.
25A z pokolení synů Zabulon kníže Elizafan, syn Farnachův;
25And of the tribe of the children of Zebulun a prince, Eli-zaphan the son of Parnach.
26Z pokolení synů Izachar kníže Faltiel, syn Ozanův;
26And of the tribe of the children of Issachar a prince, Paltiel the son of Azzan.
27A z pokolení synů Asser kníže Ahiud, syn Salonův;
27And of the tribe of the children of Asher a prince, Ahihud the son of Shelomi.
28A z pokolení synů Neftalím kníže Fedael, syn Amiudův.
28And of the tribe of the children of Naphtali a prince, Pedahel the son of Ammihud.
29Ti jsou, jimž přikázal Hospodin, aby rozdělili země k dědictví synům Izraelským v zemi Kananejské.
29These are they whom the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.'
