1The sons of Levi were Gerson, Caath, and Merari.
2Synové pak Kahat: Amram, Izar, Hebron a Uziel.
2The sons of Caath: Amram, Isaar, Hebron, and Oziel.
3Synové pak Amramovi: Aron, Mojžíš, a Maria. Synové pak Aronovi: Nádab, Abiu, Eleazar a Itamar.

4Eleazar zplodil Fínesa, Fínes zplodil Abisua.
4Eleazar beget Phinees, and Phinees beget Abisue,

6Uzi pak zplodil Zerachiáše, Zerachiáš pak zplodil Meraiota.

7And Maraioth beget Amarias, and Amarias beget Achitob.
8Achitob pak zplodil Sádocha, Sádoch pak zplodil Achimaasa.
8Achitob beget Sadoc, and Sadoc begot Achimaas.
9Achimaas pak zplodil Azariáše, Azariáš pak zplodil Jochanana.
9Achimaas beget Azarias, Azarias begot Johanan,
10Jochanan pak zplodil Azariáše. Onť jest užíval kněžství v domě, jejž ustavěl Šalomoun v Jeruzalémě.
10Johanan beget Azarias. This is he that executed the priestly office in the house which Solomon built in Jerusalem.
11Zplodil pak Azariáš Amariáše, Amariáš pak zplodil Achitoba.
11And Azarias beget Amarias, and Amarias beget Achitob.
12Achitob zplodil Sádocha, Sádoch pak zplodil Salluma.
12And Achitob beget Sadoc, and Sadoc beget Sellum,
13Sallum pak zplodil Helkiáše, Helkiáš pak zplodil Azariáše.
13Sellum beget Helcias, and Helcias beget Azarias,
14Azariáš pak zplodil Saraiáše, Saraiáš pak zplodil Jozadaka.
14Azarias beget Saraias, and Saraias beget Josedec.
15Jozadak pak odšel, když převedl Hospodin Judu a Jeruzalém skrze Nabuchodonozora.
15Now Josedec went out, when the Lord carried away Juda, and Jerusalem, by the hands of Nabuchodonosor.
16Synové Léví: Gersom, Kahat a Merari.
16So the sons of Levi were Gerson, Caath, and Merari.
17Tato pak jsou jména synů Gersomových: Lebni a Semei.
17And these are the names of the sons of Gerson: Lobni and Semei.
18Synové pak Kahat: Amram, Izar, Hebron a Uziel.
18The sons of Caath: Amram, and Isaar, and Hebron, and Oziel.
19Synové Merari: Moholi a Musi. A tak ty jsou čeledi Levítů po otcích jejich.
19The sons of Merari: Moholi and Musi. And these are the kindreds of Levi according to their families.
20Gersomovi: Lebni syn jeho, Jachat syn jeho, Zimma syn jeho,
20Of Gerson: Lobni his son, Jahath his son, Zamma his son,
21Joach syn jeho, Iddo syn jeho, Zára syn jeho, Jetrai syn jeho.
21Joah his son, Addo his son, Zara his son, Jethrai his son.
22Synové Kahat: Aminadab syn jeho, Chóre syn jeho, Assir syn jeho,
22The sons of Caath, Aminadab his son, Core his son, Asir his son,
23Elkána syn jeho, a Abiazaf syn jeho, Assir syn jeho,

28Synové pak Samuelovi: Prvorozený Vasni a Abia.
28The sons of Samuel: the firstborn Vasseni, and Abia.
29Synové Merari: Moholi, Lebni syn jeho, Semei syn jeho, Uza syn jeho,
29And the sons of Merari, Moholi: Lobni his son, Semei his son, Oza his son,
30Sima syn jeho, Aggia syn jeho, Azaiáš syn jeho.
30Sammaa his son, Haggia his son, Asaia his son.
31Tito jsou pak, kteréž ustanovil David k zpívání v domě Hospodinově, když tam postavena truhla,
31These are they, whom David set over the singing men of the house of the Lord, after that the ark was placed:
32Kteříž přisluhovali před příbytkem stánku úmluvy zpíváním, dokudž neustavěl Šalomoun domu Hospodinova v Jeruzalémě, a stáli podlé pořádku svého v přisluhování svém.
32And they ministered before the tabernacle of the testimony, with singing, until Solomon built the house of the Lord in Jerusalem, and they stood according to their order in the ministry.
33Tito jsou pak, kteříž stáli, i synové jejich, z synů Kahat: Héman kantor, syn Joele, syna Samuelova,
33And these are they that stood with their sons, of the sons of Caath, Hemam a singer, the son of Joel, the son of Sammuel,
34Syna Elkánova, syna Jerochamova, syna Elielova, syna Tohu,
34The son of Elcana, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Thohu,
35Syna Sufova, syna Elkánova, syna Machatova, syna Amasai,
35The son of Suph, the son of Elcana, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,
36Syna Elkánova, syna Joelova, syna Azariášova, syna Sofoniášova,
36The son of Elcana, the son of Johel, the son of Azarias, the son of Sophonias,
37Syna Tachatova, syna Assirova, syna Abiazafova, syna Chóre,
37The son of Thahath, the son of Asir, the son or Abiasaph, the son of Core,

39A bratr jeho Azaf, kterýž stával po pravici jeho. Azaf pak byl syn Berechiáše, syna Simova,

40Syna Michaelova, syna Baaseiášova, syna Malkiášova,
40The son of Michael, the son of Basaia, the son of Melchia.

41The son of Athanai, the son of Zara, the son of Adaia.

44Synové pak Merari, bratří jejich, stávali po levici: Etan, syn Kísi, syna Abdova, syna Malluchova,
44And the sons of Merari their brethren, on the left hand, Ethan the son of Cusi, the son of Abdi, the son of Meloch,
45Syna Chasabiášova, syna Amaziášova, syna Helkiášova,
45The son of Hasabia, the son of Amasai, the son of Helcias,
46Syna Amzova, syna Bánova, syna Semerova,
46The son of Amasai, the son of Boni, the son of Somer,
47Syna Moholi, syna Musi, syna Merari, syna Léví.
47The son of Moholi, the son of Mud, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.
48Bratří pak jejich Levítové jiní oddáni jsou ke všelikému přisluhování příbytku domu Božího.
48Their brethren also the Levites, who were appointed for all the ministry of the tabernacle of the house of the Lord.
49Ale Aron a synové jeho pálili na oltáři zápalu a na oltáři kadění, při všelikém přisluhování svatyně svatých, a k očišťování Izraele podlé všeho toho, jakož přikázal Mojžíš služebník Boží.
49But Aaron and his sons offered burnt offerings upon the altar of holocausts, and upon the altar of incense, for very work of the holy of holies: and to pray for Israel according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.
50Tito pak jsou synové Aronovi: Eleazar syn jeho, Fínes syn jeho, Abisua syn jeho,
50And these are the sons of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinees his son, Abisue his son,
51Bukki syn jeho, Uzi syn jeho, Zerachiáš syn jeho,
51Bocci his son, Ozi his son, Zarahia his son,
52Meraiot syn jeho, Amariáš syn jeho, Achitob syn jeho,
52Meraioth his son, Amarias his son, Achitob his son,
53Sádoch syn jeho, Achimaas syn jeho.
53Sadoc his son, Achimaas his son.
54A tato obydlé jejich, po příbytcích jejich, v mezech jejich, synů Aronových po čeledi Kahatských; nebo jejich byl los.
54And these are their dwelling places by the towns and confines, to wit, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Caathites: for they fell to them by lot.
55A protož dali jim Hebron v zemi Judské, a předměstí jeho vůkol něho.
55And they gave them Hebron in the land of Juda, and the suburbs thereof round about:
56Pole však městská a vsi jejich dali Kálefovi synu Jefonovu.
56But the fields of the city, and the villages to Caleb son of Jephone.
57Synům pak Aronovým dali z měst Judských města útočišťná: Hebron a Lebno a předměstí jeho, a Jeter i Estemo a předměstí jeho,
57And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities for refuge Hebron, and Lobna, and the suburbs thereof,
58A Holon i předměstí jeho, a Dabir i předměstí jeho,
58And Jether and Esthemo, with their suburbs, and Helon, and Dabir with their suburbs:
59Též Asan a předměstí jeho, a Betsemes a předměstí jeho.
59Asan also, and Bethsames, with their suburbs.
60Z pokolení pak Beniamin: Gaba a předměstí jeho, a Allemet i předměstí jeho, i Anatot a předměstí jeho, všech měst jejich třinácte měst po čeledech jejich.
60And out of the tribe of Benjamin: Gabee and its suburbs, Almath with its suburbs, Anathoth also with its suburbs: all their cities throughout their families were thirteen.
61Synům též Kahatovým ostatním z čeledi toho pokolení dáno v polovici pokolení Manassesova losem měst deset.
61And to the sons of Caath that remained of their kindred they gave out of the half tribe of Manasses ten cities in possession.
62Synům pak Gersonovým po čeledech jejich v pokolení Izachar a v pokolení Asser, a v pokolení Neftalím, a v pokolení Manassesovu v Bázan měst třináct.
62And to the sons of Gerson by their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Aser, and out of the tribe of Nephtali, and out of the tribe of Manasses in Basan, thirteen cities.
63Synům Merari po čeledech jejich v pokolení Ruben, a v pokolení Gád, a v pokolení Zabulon losem měst dvanáct.
63And to the sons of Merari by their families out of the tribe of Ruben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zabulon, they gave by lot twelve cities.
64Dali synové Izraelští Levítům ta města a předměstí jejich.
64And the children of Israel gave to the Levites the cities, and their suburbs.
65A dali je losem v pokolení synů Judových, a v pokolení synů Simeonových, a v pokolení synů Beniaminových, města ta, kteráž jmenovali ze jména.
65And they gave them by lot, out of the tribe of the sons of Juda, and out of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the sons of Benjamin, these cities which they called by their names.
66A kteříž byli z čeledi synů Kahat, (byla pak města a hranice jejich v pokolení Efraimovu),
66And to them that were of the kindred of the sons of Caath, and the cities in their borders were of the tribe of Ephraim.
67Těm dali města útočišťná: Sichem a předměstí jeho na hoře Efraim, a Gázer a předměstí jeho,
67And they gave the cities of refuge Sichem with its suburbs in mount Ephraim, and Gazer with its suburbs,
68A Jekmaam i předměstí jeho, a Betoron i předměstí jeho,
68Jecmaan also with its suburbs, and Beth-horon in like manner,
69Též i Aialon a předměstí jeho, a Getremmon s předměstím jeho.
69Helon also with its suburbs, and Gethremmon in like manner,
70A v polovici pokolení Manassesova: Aner a předměstí jeho, Balám a předměstí jeho, čeledem synů Kahat ostatním.
70And out of the half tribe of Manasses, Aner and its suburbs, Baalam and its suburbs: to wit, to them that were left of the family of the sons of Caath.
71Synům pak Gersonovým v čeledi polovice pokolení Manassesova dali Golan v Bázan s předměstím jeho, a Astarot i předměstí jeho.
71And to the sons of Gersom, out of the kindred of the half tribe of Manasses, Gaulon, in Basan, and its suburbs, and Astharoth with its suburbs.
72V pokolení pak Izachar: Kádes s předměstím jeho, Daberet a předměstí jeho,
72Out of the tribe of Issachar, Cedes and its suburbs, and Dabereth with its suburbs;
73Rámot také s předměstím jeho, a Anem i předměstí jeho.
73Ramoth also and its suburbs, and Anem with its suburbs.
74V pokolení pak Asser: Masal s předměstím jeho, a Abdon i předměstí jeho,
74And out of the tribe of Aser: Masal with its suburbs, and Abdon in like manner;
75Též Hukok s předměstím jeho, Rohob také i předměstí jeho.
75Hucac also and its suburbs, and Rohol with its suburbs.
76V pokolení pak Neftalímovu: Kádes v Galilei a předměstí jeho, Hamon a předměstí jeho, a Kariataim i předměstí jeho.
76And out of the tribe of Nephtali, Cedes in Galilee and its suburbs, Hamon with its suburbs, and Cariathaim, and its suburbs.
77Synům Merari ostatním v pokolení Zabulonovu dali Remmon s předměstím jeho, Tábor a předměstí jeho.
77And to the sons of Merari that remained: out of the tribe of Zabulon, Remmono and its suburbs, and Thabor with its suburbs.
78A za Jordánem u Jericha, k východní straně Jordánu, v pokolení Rubenovu: Bozor na poušti s předměstím jeho, a Jasa i předměstí jeho.
78Beyond the Jordan also over against Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, out of the tribe of Ruben, Bosor in the wilderness with its suburbs, and Jassa with its suburbs;
79Kedemot také s předměstím jeho, a Mefat i předměstí jeho.
79Cademoth also and its suburbs, and Mephaath with its suburbs;
80V pokolení pak Gád: Rámot v Galád s předměstím jeho, a Mahanaim i předměstí jeho,
80Moreover also out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Galaad and its suburbs, and Manaim with its suburbs;
81I Ezebon s předměstím jeho, a Jazer i předměstí jeho.
81Hesebon also with its suburbs, and Jazer with its suburbs.
