1Estes são os filhos de Israel: Rúben, Simeão, Levi, Judá, Issacar, Zebulom,
1And these are the sons of Israel: Ruben, Simeon, Levi, Juda, Issachar, and Zabulon,
2Dã, José, Benjamim, Naftali, Gade e Aser.
2Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Nephtali, Gad, and Aser.
3Os filhos de Judá: Er, Onã e Selá; estes três lhe nasceram da filha de Sua, a cananeia. Er, o primogênito de Judá, era mau aos olhos do SENHOR; e ele o matou.

4Tamar, sua nora, lhe deu à luz Perez e Zerá. Ao todo, os filhos de Judá foram cinco.

16e as irmãs deles foram Zeruia e Abigail. Os filhos de Zeruia: Abisai, Joabe e Asael, três.

17Abigail deu à luz Amasa; e o pai de Amasa foi Jeter, o ismaelita.

18Calebe, filho de Hezrom, gerou filhos de Azuba, sua mulher, e de Jeriote; e estes foram os filhos dela: Jeser, Sobabe e Ardom.

19Azuba morreu, e Calebe casou-se com Efrate, que lhe deu à luz Hur.

20Hur gerou Uri, e Uri gerou Bezalel.
20And Hur beget Uri: and Uri beget Bezeleel.
21Depois Hezrom coabitou com a filha de Maquir, pai de Gileade, a qual ele tomou por mulher quando tinha sessenta anos de idade; e ela lhe deu à luz Segube.
21And afterwards Hesron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Galaad, and took her to wife when he was threescore years old: and she bore him Segub.
22Segube gerou Jair, que teve vinte e três cidades na terra de Gileade.
22And Segub beget Jair, and he had three and twenty cities in the land of Galaad.
23Gesur e Arã tomaram deles as cidades de Jair, com Quenate e seus povoados, sessenta cidades ao todo. Todos estes foram os filhos de Maquir, pai de Gileade.
23And he took Gessur, and Aram the towns of Jair, and Canath, and the villages thereof, threescore cities. All these, the sons of Machir father of Galaad.
24Depois que Hezrom morreu em Calebe-Efrata, Abias, mulher de Hezrom, lhe deu à luz Asur, pai de Tecoa.
24And when Hesron was dead, Caleb went in to Ephrata. Hesron also had to wife Abia who bore him Ashur the father of Thecua.
25Os filhos de Jerameel, o primogênito de Hezrom, foram Rão, o primogênito, Buna, Orém, Ozém e Aías.

26Jerameel teve outra mulher, cujo nome era Atara. Ela foi a mãe de Onã.

27Os filhos de Rão, o primogênito de Jerameel, foram Maaz, Jamim e Équer.

32Os filhos de Jada, irmão de Samai: Jeter e Jônatas; e Jeter morreu sem filhos.

33Os filhos de Jônatas: Pelete e Zaza. Estes foram os filhos de Jerameel.
33But Jonathan beget Phaleth, and Ziza, These were the sons of Jerameel.

41e Salum gerou Jecamias, e Jecamias gerou Elisama.
41Sellum beget Icamia, and Icamia begot Elisama.
42Os filhos de Calebe, irmão de Jerameel, foram Mesa, seu primogênito, que foi o pai de Zife, e os filhos de Maressa, pai de Hebrom.
42Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerameel were Mesa his firstborn, who was the father of Siph: and the sons of Maresa father of Hebron.
43Os filhos de Hebrom: Corá, Tapua, Requém e Sema.

48Maaca, concubina de Calebe, deu à luz Seber e Tiraná.

50Estes foram os filhos de Calebe, filho de Hur, o primogênito de Efrata: Sobal, pai de Quiriate-Jearim,

51Salma, pai de Belém, e Harefe, pai de Bete-Gader.

55As famílias dos escribas que habitavam em Jabez: os tiratitas, os simeatitas e os sucatitas. Estes são os queneus que vieram de Hamate, pai da casa de Recabe.
