1And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven, as it were for half an hour.
1เมื่อลูกแกะเปิดตราดวงที่เจ็ด ก็เกิดความเงียบในสวรรค์ประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง
2And I saw seven angels standing in the presence of God; and there were given to them seven trumpets.
2ผมเห็นทูตทั้งเจ็ดที่ยืนอยู่ต่อหน้าพระเจ้า และมีผู้มอบแตรเจ็ดคันให้พวกเขา
3And another angel came, and stood before the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given to him much incense, that he should offer of the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar, which is before the throne of God.
3ทูตอีกตนหนึ่งมาและยืนอยู่เหนือแท่นบูชา มีกระถางกำยานทองคำ มีผู้ให้เครื่องหอมจำนวนมากแก่เขา เพื่อเขาจะเพิ่มเครื่องหอมนั้นเข้าไปพร้อมกับคำอธิษฐานของผู้บริสุทธิ์ทุกคน บนแท่นบูชาทองคำที่อยู่ต่อหน้าบัลลังก์
4And the smoke of the incense of the prayers of the saints ascended up before God from the hand of the angel.
4ควันของเครื่องหอม พร้อมกับคำอธิษฐานของผู้บริสุทธิ์ ลอยขึ้นไปต่อหน้าพระเจ้าจากมือของทูต
5And the angel took the censer, and filled it with the fire of the altar, and cast it on the earth, and there were thunders and voices and lightnings, and a great earthquake.
5ทูตหยิบกระถางกำยาน เติมไฟจากแท่นบูชาลงไป แล้วโยนมันลงบนแผ่นดินโลก จากนั้นก็เกิดฟ้าร้อง เสียงต่าง ๆ สายฟ้า และแผ่นดินไหว
6And the seven angels, who had the seven trumpets, prepared themselves to sound the trumpet.
6ทูตทั้งเจ็ดที่มีแตรทั้งเจ็ดเตรียมตัวจะเป่า
7And the first angel sounded the trumpet, and there followed hail and fire, mingled with blood, and it was cast on the earth, and the third part of the earth was burnt up, and the third part of the trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
7ทูตตนแรกเป่าแตร แล้วมีลูกเห็บและไฟปนกับเลือดตามมา และถูกโยนลงบนแผ่นดินโลก หนึ่งในสามของแผ่นดินโลกถูกไฟเผาไหม้ หนึ่งในสามของต้นไม้ถูกไฟเผาไหม้ และหญ้าเขียวทั้งหมดถูกไฟเผาไหม้
8And the second angel sounded the trumpet: and as it were a great mountain, burning with fire, was cast into the sea, and the third part of the sea became blood:
8ทูตตนที่สองเป่าแตร แล้วสิ่งหนึ่งเหมือนภูเขาใหญ่ที่กำลังลุกไหม้ถูกโยนลงในทะเล หนึ่งในสามของทะเลกลายเป็นเลือด
9And the third part of those creatures died, which had life in the sea, and the third part of the ships was destroyed.
9สิ่งมีชีวิตในทะเลหนึ่งในสามตาย และเรือหนึ่งในสามถูกทำลาย
10And the third angel sounded the trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, burning as it were a torch, and it fell on the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters:
10ทูตตนที่สามเป่าแตร แล้วดาวใหญ่ดวงหนึ่งตกจากท้องฟ้า ลุกไหม้เหมือนคบเพลิง มันตกลงบนแม่น้ำหนึ่งในสาม และบนบรรดาน้ำพุ
11And the name of the star is called Wormwood. And the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
11ดาวดวงนั้นชื่อว่า “วอร์มวูด” น้ำหนึ่งในสามกลายเป็นวอร์มวูด ผู้คนจำนวนมากตายเพราะน้ำเหล่านั้น เพราะน้ำเหล่านั้นกลายเป็นน้ำขม
12And the fourth angel sounded the trumpet, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars, so that the third part of them was darkened, and the day did not shine for a third part of it, and the night in like manner.
12ทูตตนที่สี่เป่าแตร แล้วหนึ่งในสามของดวงอาทิตย์ถูกกระทบ เช่นเดียวกับหนึ่งในสามของดวงจันทร์ และหนึ่งในสามของดวงดาว ทำให้หนึ่งในสามของสิ่งเหล่านั้นมืดลง กลางวันจึงไม่ส่องสว่างเป็นเวลาหนึ่งในสาม และกลางคืนก็เป็นเช่นเดียวกัน
13And I beheld, and heard the voice of one eagle flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice: Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth: by reason of the rest of the voices of the three angels, who are yet to sound the trumpet.
13ผมเห็นและได้ยินนกอินทรี ตัวหนึ่งบินอยู่กลางฟ้า กล่าวด้วยเสียงดังว่า “วิบัติ! วิบัติ! วิบัติจะเกิดแก่คนที่อาศัยอยู่บนแผ่นดินโลก เพราะเสียงแตรครั้งต่อ ๆ ไปของทูตอีกสามตน ซึ่งยังจะต้องเป่า!”
