1I will exalt You, O LORD, for You have lifted me up and have not allowed my foes to rejoice over me.
1耶和华啊，我要尊崇你， 因为你曾提拔我，不叫仇敌向我夸耀。
2O LORD my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me.
2耶和华—我的 神啊， 我曾呼求你，你医治了我。
3O LORD, You pulled me up from Sheol; You spared me from descending into the Pit.
3耶和华啊，你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来， 使我存活，不至于下坑。
4Sing to the LORD, O you His saints, and praise His holy name.
4耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他， 称赞他可记念的圣 名 。
5For His anger is fleeting, but His favor lasts a lifetime. Weeping may stay the night, but joy comes in the morning.
5因为，他的怒气不过是转眼之间； 他的恩典乃是一生之久。 一宿虽然有哭泣， 早晨便必欢呼。
6In prosperity I said, “I will never be shaken.”
6至于我，我凡事平顺，便说： 我永不动摇。
7O LORD, You favored me; You made my mountain stand strong. When You hid Your face, I was dismayed.
7耶和华啊，你曾施恩，叫我的 江 山稳固； 你掩了面，我就惊惶。
8To You, O LORD, I called, and I begged my Lord for mercy:
8耶和华啊，我曾求告你； 我向耶和华恳求， 说 ：
9“What gain is there in my bloodshed, in my descent to the Pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it proclaim Your faithfulness?
9我被害流血，下到坑中，有什么益处呢？ 尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实吗？
10Hear me, O LORD, and have mercy; O LORD, be my helper.”
10耶和华啊，求你应允我，怜恤我！ 耶和华啊，求你帮助我！
11You turned my mourning into dancing; You peeled off my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,
11你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞， 将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐，
12that my heart may sing Your praises and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks forever.
12好叫我的灵歌颂你，并不住声。 耶和华—我的 神啊，我要称谢你，直到永远！
