1Lord, You have been our dwelling place through all generations.
1主啊，你世世代代作我们的居所。
2Before the mountains were born or You brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting You are God.
2诸山未曾生出， 地与世界你未曾造成， 从亘古到永远，你是 神。
3You return man to dust, saying, “Return, O sons of mortals.”
3你使人归于尘土，说： 你们世人要归回。
4For in Your sight a thousand years are but a day that passes, or a watch of the night.
4在你看来，千年如已过的昨日， 又如夜间的一更。
5You whisk them away in their sleep; they are like the new grass of the morning—
5你叫他们如水冲去； 他们如睡一觉。 早晨，他们如生长的草，
6in the morning it springs up new, but by evening it fades and withers.
6早晨发芽生长， 晚上割下枯干。
7For we are consumed by Your anger and terrified by Your wrath.
7我们因你的怒气而消灭， 因你的忿怒而惊惶。
8You have set our iniquities before You, our secret sins in the light of Your presence.
8你将我们的罪孽摆在你面前， 将我们的隐恶摆在你面光之中。
9For all our days decline in Your fury; we finish our years with a sigh.
9我们经过的日子都在你震怒之下； 我们度尽的年岁好像一声叹息。
10The length of our days is seventy years— or eighty if we are strong— yet their pride is but labor and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.
10我们一生的年日是七十岁， 若是强壮可到八十岁； 但其中所矜夸的不过是劳苦愁烦， 转眼成空，我们便如飞而去。
11Who knows the power of Your anger? Your wrath matches the fear You are due.
11谁晓得你怒气的权势？ 谁按着你该受的敬畏晓得你的忿怒呢？
12So teach us to number our days, that we may present a heart of wisdom.
12求你指教我们怎样数算自己的日子， 好叫我们得着智慧的心。
13Return, O LORD! How long will it be? Have compassion on Your servants.
13耶和华啊，我们要等到几时呢？ 求你转回，为你的仆人后悔。
14Satisfy us in the morning with Your loving devotion, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
14求你使我们早早饱得你的慈爱， 好叫我们一生一世欢呼喜乐。
15Make us glad for as many days as You have afflicted us, for as many years as we have seen evil.
15求你照着你使我们受苦的日子， 和我们遭难的年岁，叫我们喜乐。
16May Your work be shown to Your servants, and Your splendor to their children.
16愿你的作为向你仆人显现； 愿你的荣耀向他们子孙显明。
17May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; establish for us the work of our hands— yes, establish the work of our hands!
17愿主—我们 神的荣美归于我们身上。 愿你坚立我们手所做的工； 我们手所做的工，愿你坚立。
