1ငါ့ ကိုမစ ခြင်း အကြောင်းသည် ပေါ်ထွက် ရသော တောင် ရိုးသို့ ငါ မျှော် ကြည့်၏။
1IO alzo gli occhi a' monti, Per vedere onde mi verrà aiuto.
2ကောင်းကင် နှင့် မြေကြီး ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသောထာဝရဘုရား ထံ တော်မှ၊ ငါ့ ကို မစ ခြင်းအကြောင်းသည် ပေါ်ထွက်ရ၏။
2Il mio aiuto verrà dal Signore Che ha fatto il cielo e la terra.
3သင် ၏ ခြေ ကို ချော် စေခြင်းငှါ အခွင့်ပေး တော် မ မူ။ သင့် ကို စောင့် သောသူသည် အိပ် တော်မ မူ။
3Egli non permetterà che il tuo piè vacilli; Il tuo Guardiano non sonnecchia.
4အကယ် စင်စစ်ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို စောင့် သောသူသည် ငိုက်မျဉ်း အိပ်ပျော် ခြင်း ရှိတော်မ မူ။
4Ecco, il Guardiano d'Israele Non sonnecchia, e non dorme.
5ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင့် ကို စောင့် တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင် ၏လက်ျာ ဘက်၌ ရှိသောသင် ခိုလှုံရာ အရိပ် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
5Il Signore è quel che ti guarda; Il Signore è la tua ombra, egli è alla tua man destra.
6နေ့ အချိန်၌ နေ အားဖြင့်၎င်း၊ ညဉ့် အချိန်၌ လ အားဖြင့် ၎င်း အထိ အခိုက်မ ရှိရာ။
6Di giorno il sole non ti ferirà, Nè la luna di notte.
7ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မ ကောင်းသောအမှုအရာ အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ကွယ်ကာ ၍၊ သင် ၏အသက် ကို စောင့် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
7Il Signore ti guarderà d'ogni male; Egli guarderà l'anima tua.
8ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင် ၏ ထွက် ခြင်းနှင့် ဝင် ခြင်းတို့ကို ယခု မှစ၍ အစဉ် အပြတ် စောင့် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
8Il Signore guarderà la tua uscita e la tua entrata, Da ora, e fino in eterno.
