King James Version with Apocrypha
Kralice Bible (1613)
1The earth is the LORD’s , and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
1Žalm Davidův. Hospodinova jest země, a plnost její, okršlek země, i ti, kteříž obývají na něm.
2For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
2Nebo on ji na moři založil, a na řekách upevnil ji.
3Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD ? or who shall stand in his holy place?
3Kdo vstoupí na horu Hospodinovu? A kdo stane na místě svatém jeho?
4He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
4Ten, kdož jest rukou nevinných, a srdce čistého, kdož neobrací duše své k marnosti, a nepřisahá lstivě.
5He shall receive the blessing from the LORD , and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
5Ten přijme požehnání od Hospodina, a spravedlnost od Boha spasitele svého.
6This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.
6Toť jest národ hledajících jeho, hledajících tváři tvé, ó Bože Jákobův. Sélah.
7Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
7Pozdvihnětež, ó brány, svrchků svých, pozdvihnětež se vrata věčná, aby vjíti mohl král slávy.
8Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
8Kdož jest to ten král slávy? Hospodin silný a mocný, Hospodin udatný válečník.
9Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
9Pozdvihnětež, ó brány, svrchků svých, pozdvihněte se vrata věčná, aby vjíti mohl král slávy.
10Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
10Kdož jest to ten král slávy? Hospodin zástupů, onť jest král slávy. Sélah.
