1Jen estas la libro de naskoj de Adam. Kiam Dio kreis la homon, Li faris lin laŭ la bildo de Dio;
1This is the book of the generation of Adam. In the day that God created man, he made him to the likeness of God.
2kiel viron kaj virinon Li kreis ilin, kaj Li benis ilin kaj donis al ili la nomon Homo en la tago de ilia naskiĝo.
2He created them male and female; and blessed them: and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
3Kaj Adam vivis cent tridek jarojn, kaj al li naskiĝis filo laŭ lia bildo kaj simileco, kaj li donis al li la nomon Set.
3And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begot a son to his own image and likeness, and called his name Seth.
4Kaj Adam vivis, post kiam naskiĝis al li Set, okcent jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filoj kaj filinoj.
4And the days of Adam, after he begot Seth, were eight hundred years: and he begot sons and daughters.
5Kaj la tuta vivo, kiun travivis Adam, estis naŭcent tridek jaroj, kaj li mortis.
5And all the time that Adam lived came to nine hundred and thirty years, and he died.
6Kaj Set vivis cent kvin jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li Enoŝ.
6Seth also lived a hundred and five years, and begot Enos.
7Kaj Set vivis, post kiam naskiĝis al li Enoŝ, okcent sep jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filoj kaj filinoj.
7And Seth lived after he begot Enos, eight hundred and seven years, and begot sons and daughters.
8Kaj la tuta vivo de Set estis naŭcent dek du jaroj, kaj li mortis.
8And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years, and he died.
9Kaj Enoŝ vivis naŭdek jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li Kenan.
9And Enos lived ninety years, and begot Cainan.
10Kaj Enoŝ vivis, post kiam naskiĝis al li Kenan, okcent dek kvin jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filoj kaj filinoj.
10After whose birth he lived eight hundred and fifteen years, and begot sons and daughters.
11Kaj la tuta vivo de Enoŝ estis naŭcent kvin jaroj, kaj li mortis.
11And all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years, and he died.
12Kaj Kenan vivis sepdek jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li Mahalalel.
12And Cainan lived seventy years, and begot Malaleel.
13Kaj Kenan vivis, post kiam naskiĝis al li Mahalalel, okcent kvardek jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filoj kaj filinoj.
13And Cainan lived after he begot Malaleel, eight hundred and forty years, and begot sons and daughters.
14Kaj la tuta vivo de Kenan estis naŭcent dek jaroj, kaj li mortis.
14And all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years, and he died.
15Kaj Mahalalel vivis sesdek kvin jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li Jared.
15And Malaleel lived sixty-five years, and begot Jared.
16Kaj Mahalalel vivis, post kiam naskiĝis al li Jared, okcent tridek jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filoj kaj filinoj.
16And Malaleel lived after he begot Jared, eight hundred and thirty years, and begot sons and daughters.
17Kaj la tuta vivo de Mahalalel estis okcent naŭdek kvin jaroj, kaj li mortis.
17And all the days of Malaleel were eight hundred and ninety-five years, and he died.
18Kaj Jared vivis cent sesdek du jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li Ĥanoĥ.
18And Jared lived a hundred and sixty-two years, and begot Henoch.
19Kaj Jared vivis, post kiam naskiĝis al li Ĥanoĥ, okcent jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filoj kaj filinoj.
19And Jared lived after he begot Henoch, eight hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
20Kaj la tuta vivo de Jared estis naŭcent sesdek du jaroj, kaj li mortis.
20And all the days of Jared were nine hundred and sixty-two years, and he died.
21Kaj Ĥanoĥ vivis sesdek kvin jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li Metuŝelaĥ.
21And Henoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Mathusala.
22Kaj Ĥanoĥ iradis kun Dio, post kiam naskiĝis al li Metuŝelaĥ, tricent jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filoj kaj filinoj.
22And Henoch walked with God: and lived after he begot Mathusala, three hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
23Kaj la tuta vivo de Ĥanoĥ estis tricent sesdek kvin jaroj.
23And all the days of Henoch were three hundred and sixty-five years.
24Kaj Ĥanoĥ iradis kun Dio; kaj li malaperis, ĉar Dio lin prenis.
24And he walked with God, and was seen no more: because God took him.
25Kaj Metuŝelaĥ vivis cent okdek sep jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li Lemeĥ.
25And Mathusala lived a hundred and eighty-seven years, and begot Lamech.
26Kaj Metuŝelaĥ vivis, post kiam naskiĝis al li Lemeĥ, sepcent okdek du jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filoj kaj filinoj.
26And Mathusala lived after he begot Lamech, seven hundred and eighty-two years, and begot sons and daughters.
27Kaj la tuta vivo de Metuŝelaĥ estis naŭcent sesdek naŭ jaroj, kaj li mortis.
27And all the days of Mathusala were nine hundred and sixty-nine years, and he died.
28Kaj Lemeĥ vivis cent okdek du jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filo.
28And Lamech lived a hundred and eighty-two years, and begot a son.
29Kaj li donis al li la nomon Noa, dirante: Ĉi tiu konsolos nin en niaj faroj kaj en la laboroj de niaj manoj sur la tero, kiun la Eternulo malbenis.
29And he called his name Noe, saying: This same shall comfort us from the works and labours of our hands on the earth, which the Lord hath cursed.
30Kaj Lemeĥ vivis, post kiam naskiĝis al li Noa, kvincent naŭdek kvin jarojn, kaj naskiĝis al li filoj kaj filinoj.
30And Lamech lived after he begot Noe, five hundred and ninety-five years, and begot sons and daughters.
31Kaj la tuta vivo de Lemeĥ estis sepcent sepdek sep jaroj, kaj li mortis.
31And all the days of Lamech came to seven hundred and seventy-seven years, and he died.
32Kaj Noa havis la aĝon de kvincent jaroj, kaj al Noa naskiĝis Ŝem, Ĥam, kaj Jafet.
32And Noe, when he was five hundred years old, begot Sem, Cham, and Japheth.
