1And he said to his disciples: It is impossible that scandals should not come: but woe to him through whom they come.
1Сказал также Иисус ученикам: невозможно не придти соблазнам, но горе тому, через кого они приходят;
2It were better for him, that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should scandalize one of these little ones.
2лучше было бы ему, если бы мельничный жернов повесили ему на шею и бросили его в море, нежели чтобы он соблазнил одного из малых сих.
3Take heed to yourselves. If thy brother sin against thee, reprove him: and if he do penance, forgive him.
3Наблюдайте за собою. Если же согрешит против тебя брат твой, выговори ему; и если покается, прости ему;
4And if he sin against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day be converted unto thee, saying, I repent; forgive him.
4и если семь раз в день согрешит против тебя и семь раз в день обратится, и скажет: каюсь, - прости ему.
5And the apostles said to the Lord: Increase our faith.
5И сказали Апостолы Господу: умножь в нас веру.
6And the Lord said: If you had faith like to a grain of mustard seed, you might say to this mulberry tree, Be thou rooted up, and be thou transplanted into the sea: and it would obey you.
6Господь сказал: если бы вы имели веру с зерно горчичное и сказали смоковнице сей: исторгнись и пересадись в море, то она послушалась бы вас.
7But which of you having a servant ploughing, or feeding cattle, will say to him, when he is come from the field: Immediately go, sit down to meat:
7Кто из вас, имея раба пашущего или пасущего, по возвращении его с поля, скажет ему: пойди скорее, садись за стол?
8And will not rather say to him: Make ready my supper, and gird thyself, and serve me, whilst I eat and drink, and afterwards thou shalt eat and drink?
8Напротив, не скажет ли ему: приготовь мне поужинать и, подпоясавшись, служи мне, пока буду есть и пить, и потом ешь и пей сам?
9Doth he thank that servant, for doing the things which he commanded him?
9Станет ли он благодарить раба сего за то, что он исполнил приказание? Не думаю.
10I think not. So you also, when you shall have done all these things that are commanded you, say: We are unprofitable servants; we have done that which we ought to do.
10Так и вы, когда исполните все повеленное вам, говорите: мы рабы ничего не стоящие, потому что сделали, что должны были сделать.
11And it came to pass, as he was going to Jerusalem, he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
11Идя в Иерусалим, Он проходил между Самариею и Галилеею.
12And as he entered into a certain town, there met him ten men that were lepers, who stood afar off;
12И когда входил Он в одно селение, встретили Его десять человек прокаженных, которые остановились вдали
13And lifted up their voice, saying: Jesus, master, have mercy on us.
13и громким голосом говорили: Иисус Наставник! помилуй нас.
14Whom when he saw, he said: Go, shew yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass, as they went, they were made clean.
14Увидев их, Он сказал им: пойдите, покажитесь священникам. И когда они шли, очистились.
15And one of them, when he saw that he was made clean, went back, with a loud voice glorifying God.
15Один же из них, видя, что исцелен, возвратился, громким голосом прославляя Бога,
16And he fell on his face before his feet, giving thanks: and this was a Samaritan.
16и пал ниц к ногам Его, благодаря Его; и это был Самарянин.
17And Jesus answering, said, Were not ten made clean? and where are the nine?
17Тогда Иисус сказал: не десять ли очистились? где же девять?
18There is no one found to return and give glory to God, but this stranger.
18как они не возвратились воздать славу Богу, кроме сего иноплеменника?
19And he said to him: Arise, go thy way; for thy faith hath made thee whole.
19И сказал ему: встань, иди; вера твоя спасла тебя.
20And being asked by the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come? he answered them, and said: The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
20Быв же спрошен фарисеями, когда придет Царствие Божие, отвечал им: не придет Царствие Божие приметным образом,
21Neither shall they say: Behold here, or behold there. For lo, the kingdom of God is within you.
21и не скажут: вот, оно здесь, или: вот, там. Ибо вот, Царствие Божие внутрь вас есть.
22And he said to his disciples: The days will come, when you shall desire to see one day of the Son of man; and you shall not see it.
22Сказал также ученикам: придут дни, когда пожелаете видеть хотя один из дней Сына Человеческого, и не увидите;
23And they will say to you: See here, and see there. Go ye not after, nor follow them:
23и скажут вам: вот, здесь, или: вот, там, - не ходите и не гоняйтесь,
24For as the lightening that lighteneth from under heaven, shineth unto the parts that are under heaven, so shall the Son of man be in his day.
24ибо, как молния, сверкнувшая от одного края неба, блистает до другого края неба, так будет Сын Человеческий в день Свой.
25But first he must suffer many things, and be rejected by this generation.
25Но прежде надлежит Ему много пострадать и быть отвержену родом сим.
26And as it came to pass in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
26И как было во дни Ноя, так будет и во дни Сына Человеческого:
27They did eat and drink, they married wives, and were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark: and the flood came and destroyed them all.
27ели, пили, женились, выходили замуж, до того дня, как вошел Ной в ковчег, и пришел потоп и погубил всех.
28Likewise as it came to pass, in the days of Lot: they did eat and drink, they bought and sold, they planted and built.
28Так же, как было и во дни Лота: ели, пили, покупали, продавали, садили, строили;
29And in the day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
29но в день, в который Лот вышел из Содома, пролился с неба дождь огненный и серный и истребил всех;
30Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man shall be revealed.
30так будет и в тот день, когда Сын Человеческий явится.
31In that hour, he that shall be on the housetop, and his goods in the house, let him not go down to take them away: and he that shall be in the field, in like manner, let him not return back.
31В тот день, кто будет на кровле, а вещи его в доме, тот не сходи взять их; и кто будет на поле, также не обращайся назад.
32Remember Lot’s wife.
32Вспоминайте жену Лотову.
33Whosoever shall seek to save his life, shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose it, shall preserve it.
33Кто станет сберегать душу свою, тот погубит ее; а кто погубит ее, тот оживит ее.
34I say to you: in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
34Сказываю вам: в ту ночь будут двое на одной постели: один возьмется, а другой оставится;
35Two women shall be grinding together: the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left: two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be keft.
35две будут молоть вместе: одна возьмется, а другая оставится;
36They answering, say to him: Where, Lord?
36двое будут на поле: один возьмется, а другой оставится.
37Who said to them: Wheresoever the body shall be, thither will the eagles also be gathered together.
37На это сказали Ему: где, Господи? Он же сказал им: где труп; там соберутся и орлы.
