1In his days Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon came up, and Joakim became his servant three years: then again he rebelled against him.
1約雅敬 年間， 巴比倫 王 尼布甲尼撒 上 到 猶大 ； 約雅敬 服事他三年，然後背叛他。
2And the Lord sent against him the rovers of the Chaldees, and the rovers of Syria, and the rovers of Moab, and the rovers of the children of Ammon: and he sent them against Juda, to destroy it, according to the word of the Lord, which he had spoken by his servants the prophets.
2耶和華使 迦勒底 軍、 亞蘭 軍、 摩押 軍，和 亞捫 人的軍來攻擊 約雅敬 ，毀滅 猶大 ，正如耶和華藉他僕人眾先知所說的。
3And this came by the word of the Lord against Juda, to remove them from before him for all the sins of Manasses which he did.
3這禍臨到 猶大 人，誠然是耶和華所命的，要將他們從自己面前趕出，是因 瑪拿西 所犯的一切罪；
4And for the innocent blood that he shed, filling Jerusalem with innocent blood: and therefore the Lord would not be appeased.
4又因他流無辜人的血，充滿了 耶路撒冷 ；耶和華決不肯赦免。
5But the rest of the acts of Joakim, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the words of the days of the kings of Juda? And Joakim slept with his fathers:
5約雅敬 其餘的事，凡他所行的都寫在 猶大 列王記上。
6And Joachin his son reigned in his stead.
6約雅敬 與他列祖同睡。他兒子 約雅斤 接續他作王。
7And the king of Egypt came not again any more out of his own country: for the king of Babylon had taken all that had belonged to the king of Egypt, from the river of Egypt, unto the river Euphrates.
7埃及 王不再從他國中出來；因為 巴比倫 王將 埃及 王所管之地，從 埃及 小河直到 幼發拉底河 都奪去了。
8Joachin was eighteen years old when he began to reign, a and he reigned three months in Jerusalem: the name of his mother was Nohesta the daughter of Elnathan of Jerusalem.
8約雅斤 登基的時候年十八歲，在 耶路撒冷 作王三個月。他母親名叫 尼護施她 ，是 耶路撒冷 人 以利拿單 的女兒。
9And he did evil before the Lord, according to all that his father had done.
9約雅斤 行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，效法他父親一切所行的。
10At that time the servants of Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon came up against Jerusalem, and the city was surrounded with their forts.
10那時， 巴比倫 王 尼布甲尼撒 的軍兵上到 耶路撒冷 ，圍困城。
11And Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon came to the city with his servants to assault it.
11當他軍兵圍困城的時候， 巴比倫 王 尼布甲尼撒 就親自來了。
12And Joachin king of Juda went out to the king of Babylon, he and his mother, and his servants, and his nobles, and his eunuchs: and the king of Babylon received him in the eighth year of his reign.
12猶大 王 約雅斤 和他母親、臣僕、首領、太監一同出城，投降 巴比倫 王； 巴比倫 王便拿住他。那時是 巴比倫 王第八年。
13And he brought out from thence all the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king’s house: and he cut in pieces all the vessels of gold which Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the Lord, according to the word of the Lord.
13巴比倫 王將耶和華殿和王宮裏的寶物都拿去了，將 以色列 王 所羅門 所造耶和華殿裏的金器都毀壞了，正如耶和華所說的；
14And he carried away all Jerusalem, and all the princes, and all the valiant men of the army, to the number of ten thousand into captivity: and every artificer and smith: and none were left, but the poor sort of the people of the land.
14又將 耶路撒冷 的眾民和眾首領，並所有大能的勇士，共一萬人，連一切木匠、鐵匠都擄了去；除了國中極貧窮的人以外，沒有剩下的；
15And he carried away Joachin into Babylon, and the king’s mother, and the king’s wives, and his eunuchs: and the judges of the land he carried into captivity from Jerusalem into Babylon.
15並將 約雅斤 和王母、后妃、太監，與國中的大官，都從 耶路撒冷 擄到 巴比倫 去了；
16And all the strong men, seven thousand, and the artificers, and the smiths a thousand, all that were valiant men and fit for war: and the king of Babylon led them captives into Babylon.
16又將一切勇士七千人和木匠、鐵匠一千人，都是能上陣的勇士，全擄到 巴比倫 去了。
17And he appointed Matthanias his uncle in his stead: and called his name Sedecias.
17巴比倫 王立 約雅斤 的叔叔 瑪探雅 代替他作王，給 瑪探雅 改名叫 西底家 。
18Sedecias was one and twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem: the name of his mother was Amital, the daughter of Jeremias of Lobna.
18西底家 登基的時候年二十一歲，在 耶路撒冷 作王十一年。他母親名叫 哈慕她 ，是 立拿 人 耶利米 的女兒。
19And he did evil before the Lord, according to all that Joakim had done.
19西底家 行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，是照 約雅敬 一切所行的。
20For the Lord was angry against Jerusalem and against Juda, till he cast them out from his face: and Sedecias revolted from the king of Babylon.
20因此耶和華的怒氣在 耶路撒冷 和 猶大 發作，以致將人民從自己面前趕出。
