1「人子啊，你要對 以色列 山發預言說： 以色列 山哪，要聽耶和華的話。
1And thou son of man, prophesy to the mountains of Israel, and say: Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord:
2主耶和華如此說：因仇敵說：『阿哈！這永久的山岡都歸我們為業了！』
2Thus saith the Lord God: Because the enemy hath said of you: Aha, the everlasting heights are given to us for an inheritance.
3所以要發預言說，主耶和華如此說：因為敵人使你荒涼，四圍吞吃，好叫你歸與其餘的外邦人為業，並且多嘴多舌的人提起你來，百姓也說你有臭名。
3Therefore prophesy, and say: Thus saith the Lord God: Because you have been desolate, and trodden under foot on every side, and made an inheritance to the rest of the nations, and are become the subject of the talk, and the reproach of the people:
4故此， 以色列 山要聽主耶和華的話。大山小岡、水溝山谷、荒廢之地、被棄之城，為四圍其餘的外邦人所佔據、所譏刺的，
4Therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God: Thus saith the Lord God to the mountains, and to the hills, to the brooks, and to the valleys, and to desolate places, and ruinous walls, and to the cities that are forsaken, that are spoiled, and derided by the rest of the nations round about.
5主耶和華對你們如此說：我真發憤恨如火，責備那其餘的外邦人和 以東 的眾人。他們快樂滿懷，心存恨惡，將我的地歸自己為業，又看為被棄的掠物。
5Therefore thus saith the Lord God: In the fire of my zeal I have spoken of the rest of the nations, and of all Edom, who have taken my land to themselves, for an inheritance with joy, and with all the heart, and with the mind: and have cast it out to lay it waste.
6所以，你要指着 以色列 地說預言，對大山小岡、水溝山谷說，主耶和華如此說：我發憤恨和忿怒說，因你們曾受外邦人的羞辱，
6Prophesy therefore concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains, and to the hills, to the ridges, and to the valleys: Thus saith the Lord God: Behold I have spoken in my zeal, and in my indignation, because you have borne the shame of the Gentiles.
7所以我起誓說：你們四圍的外邦人總要擔當自己的羞辱。這是主耶和華說的。
7Therefore thus saith the Lord God: I have lifted up my hand, that the Gentiles who are round about you, shall themselves bear their shame.
8「 以色列 山哪，你必發枝條，為我的民 以色列 結果子，因為他們快要來到。
8But as for you, O mountains of Israel, shoot ye forth your branches, and yield your fruit to my people of Israel: for they are at hand to come.
9看哪，我是幫助你的，也必向你轉意，使你得以耕種。
9For lo I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you shall be ploughed and sown.
10我必使 以色列 全家的人數在你上面增多，城邑有人居住，荒場再被建造。
10And I will multiply men upon you, and all the house of Israel: and the cities shall be inhabited, and the ruinous places shall be repaired.
11我必使人和牲畜在你上面加增；他們必生養眾多。我要使你照舊有人居住，並要賜福與你比先前更多，你就知道我是耶和華。
11And I will make you abound with men and with beasts: and they shall be multiplied, and increased: and I will settle you as from the beginning, and will give you greater gifts, than you had from the beginning: and you shall know that I am the Lord.
12我必使人，就是我的民 以色列 ，行在你上面。他們必得你為業；你也不再使他們喪子。
12And I will bring men upon you, my people Israel, and they shall possess thee for their inheritance: and thou shalt be their inheritance, and shalt no more henceforth be without them.
13主耶和華如此說：因為人對你說：『你是吞吃人的，又使國民喪子』，
13Thus saith the Lord God: Because they say of you: Thou art a devourer of men, and one that suffocatest thy nation:
14所以主耶和華說：你必不再吞吃人，也不再使國民喪子。
14Therefore thou shalt devour men no more, nor destroy thy nation any more, saith the Lord God:
15我使你不再聽見各國的羞辱，不再受萬民的辱罵，也不再使國民絆跌。這是主耶和華說的。」
15Neither will I cause men to hear in thee the shame of the nations any more, nor shalt thou bear the reproach of the people, nor lose thy nation any more, saith the Lord God.
16耶和華的話又臨到我說：
16And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
17「人子啊， 以色列 家住在本地的時候，在行動作為上玷污那地。他們的行為在我面前，好像正在經期的婦人那樣污穢。
17Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it with their ways, and with their doings: their way was before me like the uncleanness of a menstruous woman.
18所以我因他們在那地上流人的血，又因他們以偶像玷污那地，就把我的忿怒傾在他們身上。
18And I poured out my indignation upon them for the blood which they had shed upon the land, and with their idols they defiled it.
19我將他們分散在列國，四散在列邦，按他們的行動作為懲罰他們。
19And I scattered them among the nations, and they are dispersed through the countries: I have judged them according to their ways, and their devices.
20他們到了所去的列國，就使我的聖名被褻瀆；因為人談論他們說，這是耶和華的民，是從耶和華的地出來的。
20And when they entered among the nations whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when it was said of them: This is the people of the Lord, and they are come forth out of his land.
21我卻顧惜我的聖名，就是 以色列 家在所到的列國中所褻瀆的。
21And I have regarded my own holy name, which the house of Israel hath profaned among the nations to which they went in.
22「所以，你要對 以色列 家說，主耶和華如此說： 以色列 家啊，我行這事不是為你們，乃是為我的聖名，就是在你們到的列國中所褻瀆的。
22Therefore thou shalt say to the house of Israel: Thus saith the Lord God: It is not for your sake that I will do this, O house of Israel, but for my holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations whither you went.
23我要使我的大名顯為聖；這名在列國中已被褻瀆，就是你們在他們中間所褻瀆的。我在他們眼前，在你們身上顯為聖的時候，他們就知道我是耶和華。這是主耶和華說的。
23And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the Gentiles, which you have profaned in the midst of them: that the Gentiles may know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord of hosts, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.
24我必從各國收取你們，從列邦聚集你們，引導你們歸回本地。
24For I will take you from among the Gentiles, and will gather you together out of all the countries, and will bring you into your own land.
25我必用清水灑在你們身上，你們就潔淨了。我要潔淨你們，使你們脫離一切的污穢，棄掉一切的偶像。
25And I will pour upon you clean water, and you shall be cleansed from all your filthiness, and I will cleanse you from all your idols.
26我也要賜給你們一個新心，將新靈放在你們裏面，又從你們的肉體中除掉石心，賜給你們肉心。
26And I will give you a new heart, and put a new spirit within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and will give you a heart of flesh.
27我必將我的靈放在你們裏面，使你們順從我的律例，謹守遵行我的典章。
27And I will put my spirit in the midst of you: and I will cause you to walk in my commandments, and to keep my judgments, and do them.
28你們必住在我所賜給你們列祖之地。你們要作我的子民，我要作你們的上帝。
28And you shall dwell in the land which I gave to your fathers, and you shall be my people, and I will be your God.
29我必救你們脫離一切的污穢，也必命五穀豐登，不使你們遭遇饑荒。
29And I will save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for corn, and will multiply it, and will lay no famine upon you.
30我必使樹木多結果子，田地多出土產，好叫你們不再因饑荒受外邦人的譏誚。
30And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the held, that you bear no more the reproach of famine among the nations.
31那時，你們必追想你們的惡行和你們不善的作為，就因你們的罪孽和可憎的事厭惡自己。
31And you shall remember your wicked ways, and your doings that were not good: and your iniquities, and your wicked deeds shall displease you.
32主耶和華說：你們要知道，我這樣行不是為你們。 以色列 家啊，當為自己的行為抱愧蒙羞。
32It is not for your sakes that I will do this, saith the Lord God, be it known to you: be confounded, and ashamed at your own ways, O house of Israel.
33「主耶和華如此說：我潔淨你們，使你們脫離一切罪孽的日子，必使城邑有人居住，荒場再被建造。
33Thus saith the Lord God: In the day that I shall cleanse you from all your iniquities, and shall cause the cities to be inhabited, and shall repair the ruinous places,
34過路的人雖看為荒廢之地，現今這荒廢之地仍得耕種。
34And the desolate land shall be tilled, which before was waste in the sight of all that passed by,
35他們必說：『這先前為荒廢之地，現在成如 伊甸園 ；這荒廢淒涼、毀壞的城邑現在堅固有人居住。』
35They shall say: This land that was untilled is become as a garden of pleasure: and the cities that were abandoned, and desolate, and destroyed, are peopled and fenced.
36那時，在你們四圍其餘的外邦人必知道我－耶和華修造那毀壞之處，培植那荒廢之地。我－耶和華說過，也必成就。
36And the nations, that shall be left round about you, shall know that I the Lord have built up what was destroyed, and planted what was desolate, that I the Lord have spoken and done it.
37「主耶和華如此說：我要加增 以色列 家的人數，多如羊群。他們必為這事向我求問，我要給他們成就。
37Thus saith the Lord God: Moreover in this shall the house of Israel find me, that I will do it for them: I will multiply them as a flock of men,
38耶路撒冷 在守節作祭物所獻的羊群怎樣多，照樣，荒涼的城邑必被人群充滿。他們就知道我是耶和華。」
38As a holy dock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts: so shall the waste cities be full of flocks of men: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
