1耶和华要怜恤 雅各 ，必再拣选 以色列 ，将他们安置在本地。寄居的必与他们联合，紧贴 雅各 家。
1For the LORD will have compassion on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land; and the stranger shall join himself with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.
2外邦人必将他们带回本土； 以色列 家必在耶和华的地上得外邦人为仆婢，也要掳掠先前掳掠他们的，辖制先前欺压他们的。
2And the peoples shall take them, and bring them to their place; and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and for handmaids; and they shall take them captive, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.
3当耶和华使你脱离愁苦、烦恼，并人勉强你做的苦工，得享安息的日子，
3And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy travail, and from thy trouble, and from the hard service wherein thou wast made to serve,
4你必题这诗歌论 巴比伦 王说： 欺压人的何竟息灭？ 强暴的何竟止息？
4that thou shalt take up this parable against the king of Babylon, and say: How hath the oppressor ceased! the exactress of gold ceased!
5耶和华折断了恶人的杖， 辖制人的圭，
5The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, the sceptre of the rulers,
6就是在忿怒中连连攻击众民的， 在怒气中辖制列国， 行逼迫无人阻止的。
6That smote the peoples in wrath with an incessant stroke, that ruled the nations in anger, with a persecution that none restrained.
7现在全地得安息，享平静； 人皆发声欢呼。
7The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet; they break forth into singing.
8松树和 黎巴嫩 的香柏树 都因你欢乐， 说 ： 自从你仆倒， 再无人上来砍伐我们。
8Yea, the cypresses rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon: 'Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us.'
9你下到阴间， 阴间就因你震动来迎接你， 又因你惊动在世曾为首领的阴魂， 并使那曾为列国君王的， 都离位站起。
9The nether-world from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming; the shades are stirred up for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; all the kings of the nations are raised up from their thrones.
10他们都要发言对你说： 你也变为软弱像我们一样吗？ 你也成了我们的样子吗？
10All they do answer and say unto thee: 'Art thou also become weak as we? Art thou become like unto us?
11你的威势和你琴瑟的声音都下到阴间。 你下铺的是虫，上盖的是蛆。
11Thy pomp is brought down to the nether-world, and the noise of thy psalteries; the maggot is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.'
12明亮之星，早晨之子啊， 你何竟从天坠落？ 你这攻败列国的何竟被砍倒在地上？
12How art thou fallen from heaven, O day-star, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, that didst cast lots over the nations!
13你心里曾说： 我要升到天上； 我要高举我的宝座在 神众星以上； 我要坐在聚会的山上，在北方的极处。
13And thou saidst in thy heart: 'I will ascend into heaven, above the stars of God will I exalt my throne, and I will sit upon the mount of meeting, in the uttermost parts of the north;
14我要升到高云之上； 我要与至上者同等。
14I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High.'
15然而，你必坠落阴间， 到坑中极深之处。
15Yet thou shalt be brought down to the nether-world, to the uttermost parts of the pit.
16凡看见你的都要定睛看你， 留意看你， 说 ： 使大地战抖， 使列国震动，
16They that saw thee do narrowly look upon thee, they gaze earnestly at thee: 'Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
17使世界如同荒野， 使城邑倾覆， 不释放被掳的人归家， 是这个人吗？
17That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?'
18列国的君王 俱各在自己阴宅的荣耀中安睡。
18All the kings of the nations, all of them, sleep in glory, every one in his own house.
19惟独你被抛弃， 不得入你的坟墓， 好像可憎的枝子， 以被杀的人为衣， 就是被刀刺透， 坠落坑中石头那里的； 你又像被践踏的尸首一样。
19But thou art cast forth away from thy grave like an abhorred offshoot, in the raiment of the slain, that are thrust through with the sword, that go down to the pavement of the pit, as a carcass trodden under foot.
20你不得与君王同葬； 因为你败坏你的国，杀戮你的民。 恶人后裔的名，必永不提说。
20Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, thou hast slain thy people; the seed of evil-doers shall not be named for ever.
21先人既有罪孽， 就要预备杀戮他的子孙， 免得他们兴起来，得了遍地， 在世上修满城邑。
21Prepare ye slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they rise not up, and possess the earth, and fill the face of the world with cities.
22万军之耶和华说： 我必兴起攻击他们， 将 巴比伦 的名号和所余剩的人， 连子带孙一并剪除。 这是耶和华说的。
22And I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon name and remnant, and offshoot and offspring, saith the LORD.
23我必使 巴比伦 为箭猪所得， 又变为水池； 我要用灭亡的扫帚扫净它。 这是万军之耶和华说的。
23I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water; and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts.
24万军之耶和华起誓说： 我怎样思想，必照样成就； 我怎样定意，必照样成立，
24The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying: Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand,
25就是在我地上打折 亚述 人， 在我山上将他践踏。 他加的轭必离开 以色列 人； 他加的重担必离开他们的肩头。
25That I will break Asshur in My land, and upon My mountains tread him under foot; then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulder.
26这是向全地所定的旨意； 这是向万国所伸出的手。
26This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth; and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.
27万军之耶和华既然定意，谁能废弃呢？ 他的手已经伸出，谁能转回呢？
27For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? And His hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?
28亚哈斯 王崩的那年，就有以下的默示：
28In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden.
29非利士 全地啊， 不要因击打你的杖折断就喜乐。 因为从蛇的根必生出毒蛇； 它所生的是火焰的飞龙。
29Rejoice not, O Philistia, all of thee, because the rod that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a basilisk, and his fruit shall be a flying serpent.
30贫寒人的长子必有所食； 穷乏人必安然躺卧。 我必以饥荒治死你的根； 你所余剩的人必被杀戮。
30And the first-born of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety; and I will kill thy root with famine, and thy remnant shall be slain.
31门哪，应当哀号！ 城啊，应当呼喊！ 非利士 全地啊，你都消化了！ 因为有烟从北方出来， 他行伍中并无乱队的。
31Howl, O gate; cry, O city; melt away, O Philistia, all of thee; for there cometh a smoke out of the north, and there is no straggler in his ranks.
32可怎样回答外邦的使者呢？ 必说：耶和华建立了 锡安 ； 他百姓中的困苦人必投奔在其中。
32What then shall one answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD hath founded Zion, and in her shall the afflicted of His people take refuge.
