1论 埃及 的默示： 看哪，耶和华乘驾快云， 临到 埃及 。 埃及 的偶像在他面前战兢； 埃及 人的心在里面消化。
1The burden of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and cometh unto Egypt; and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at His presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt within it.
2我必激动 埃及 人攻击 埃及 人— 弟兄攻击弟兄， 邻舍攻击邻舍； 这城攻击那城， 这国攻击那国。
2And I will spur Egypt against Egypt; and they shall fight every one against his brother, and everyone against his neighbour; city against city, and kingdom against kingdom.
3埃及 人的心神必在里面耗尽； 我必败坏他们的谋略。 他们必求问偶像和念咒的、 交鬼的、行巫术的。
3And the spirit of Egypt shall be made empty within it; and I will make void the counsel thereof; and they shall seek unto the idols, and to the whisperers, and to the ghosts, and to the familiar spirits.
4我必将 埃及 人交在残忍主的手中； 强暴王必辖制他们。 这是主—万军之耶和华说的。
4And I will give over the Egyptians into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts.
5海中的水必绝尽， 河也消没干涸。
5And the waters shall fail from the sea, and the river shall be drained dry,
6江河要变臭； 埃及 的河水都必减少枯干。 苇子和芦荻都必衰残；
6And the rivers shall become foul; the streams of Egypt shall be minished and dried up; the reeds and flags shall wither.
7靠 尼罗河 旁的草田， 并沿 尼罗河 所种的田，都必枯干。 庄稼 被 风 吹去，归于无有。
7The mosses by the Nile, by the brink of the Nile, and all that is sown by the Nile, shall become dry, be driven away, and be no more.
8打鱼的必哀哭。 在 尼罗河 一切钓鱼的必悲伤； 在水上撒网的必都衰弱。
8The fishers also shall lament, and all they that cast angle into the Nile shall mourn, and they that spread nets upon the waters shall languish.
9用梳好的麻造物的 和织白布的都必羞愧；
9Moreover they that work in combed flax, and they that weave cotton, shall be ashamed.
10国柱必被打碎， 所有佣工的，心必愁烦。
10And her foundations shall be crushed, all they that make dams shall be grieved in soul.
11琐安 的首领极其愚昧； 法老大有智慧的谋士， 所筹划的成为愚谋。 你们怎敢对法老说： 我是智慧人的子孙， 我是古王的后裔？
11The princes of Zoan are utter fools; the wisest counsellors of Pharaoh are a senseless counsel; how can ye say unto Pharaoh: 'I am the son of the wise, the son of ancient kings'?
12你的智慧人在哪里呢？ 万军之耶和华向 埃及 所定的旨意， 他们可以知道，可以告诉你吧！
12Where are they, then, thy wise men? And let them tell thee now; and let them know what the LORD of hosts hath purposed concerning Egypt.
13琐安 的首领都变为愚昧； 挪弗 的首领都受了迷惑。 当 埃及 支派房角石的， 使 埃及 人走错了路。
13The princes of Zoan are become fools, the princes of Noph are deceived; they have caused Egypt to go astray, that are the corner-stone of her tribes.
14耶和华使乖谬的灵搀入 埃及 中间； 首领使 埃及 一切所做的都有差错， 好像醉酒之人呕吐的时候东倒西歪一样。
14The LORD hath mingled within her a spirit of dizziness; and they have caused Egypt to stagger in every work thereof, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit.
15埃及 中，无论是头与尾， 棕枝与芦苇，所做之工都不成就。
15Neither shall there be for Egypt any work, which head or tail, palm-branch or rush, may do.
16到那日， 埃及 人必像妇人一样，他们必因万军之耶和华在 埃及 以上所抡的手，战兢惧怕。
16In that day shall Egypt be like unto women; and it shall tremble and fear because of the shaking of the hand of the LORD of hosts, which He shaketh over it.
17犹大 地必使 埃及 惊恐，向谁提起 犹大 地，谁就惧怕。这是因万军之耶和华向 埃及 所定的旨意。
17And the land of Judah shall become a terror unto Egypt, whensoever one maketh mention thereof to it; it shall be afraid, because of the purpose of the LORD of hosts, which He purposeth against it.
18当那日， 埃及 地必有五城的人说 迦南 的方言，又指着万军之耶和华起誓。有一城必称为「灭亡城」。
18In that day there shall be five cities in the land of Egypt that speak the language of Canaan, and swear to the LORD of hosts; one shall be called The city of destruction.
19当那日，在 埃及 地中必有为耶和华筑的一座坛；在 埃及 的边界上必有为耶和华 立 的一根柱。
19In that day shall there be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar at the border thereof to the LORD.
20这都要在 埃及 地为万军之耶和华作记号和证据。 埃及 人因为受人的欺压哀求耶和华，他就差遣一位救主作护卫者，拯救他们。
20And it shall be for a sign and for a witness unto the LORD of hosts in the land of Egypt; for they shall cry unto the LORD because of the oppressors, and He will send them a saviour, and a defender, who will deliver them.
21耶和华必被 埃及 人所认识。在那日， 埃及 人必认识耶和华，也要献祭物和供物敬拜他，并向耶和华许愿还愿。
21And the LORD shall make Himself known to Egypt, and the Egyptians shall know the LORD in that day; yea, they shall worship with sacrifice and offering, and shall vow a vow unto the LORD, and shall perform it.
22耶和华必击打 埃及 ，又击打又医治， 埃及 人就归向耶和华。他必应允他们的祷告，医治他们。
22And the LORD will smite Egypt, smiting and healing; and they shall return unto the LORD, and He will be entreated of them, and will heal them.
23当那日，必有从 埃及 通 亚述 去的大道。 亚述 人要进入 埃及 ， 埃及 人也进入 亚述 ； 埃及 人要与 亚述 人一同敬拜 耶和华 。
23In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria; and the Egyptians shall worship with the Assyrians.
24当那日， 以色列 必与 埃及 、 亚述 三国一律，使地上的人得福；
24In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth;
25因为万军之耶和华赐福给他们，说：「 埃及 —我的百姓， 亚述 —我手的工作， 以色列 —我的产业，都有福了！」
25for that the LORD of hosts hath blessed him, saying: 'Blessed be Egypt My people and Assyria the work of My hands, and Israel Mine inheritance.'
