1Hallelujah. Happy is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in His commandments.
1هَلِّلُويَا. طُوبَى لِلرَّجُلِ ٱلْمُتَّقِي ٱلرَّبِّ، ٱلْمَسْرُورِ جِدًّا بِوَصَايَاهُ.
2His seed shall be mighty upon earth; the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
2نَسْلُهُ يَكُونُ قَوِيًّا فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ. جِيلُ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمِينَ يُبَارَكُ.
3Wealth and riches are in his house; and his merit endureth for ever.
3رَغْدٌ وَغِنًى فِي بَيْتِهِ، وَبِرُّهُ قَائِمٌ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ.
4Unto the upright He shineth as a light in the darkness, gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
4نُورٌ أَشْرَقَ فِي ٱلظُّلْمَةِ لِلْمُسْتَقِيمِينَ. هُوَ حَنَّانٌ وَرَحِيمٌ وَصِدِّيقٌ.
5Well is it with the man that dealeth graciously and lendeth, that ordereth his affairs rightfully.
5سَعِيدٌ هُوَ ٱلرَّجُلُ ٱلَّذِي يَتَرَأَّفُ وَيُقْرِضُ. يُدَبِّرُ أُمُورَهُ بِٱلْحَقِّ.
6For he shall never be moved; the righteous shall be had in everlasting remembrance.
6لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَتَزَعْزَعُ إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ. ٱلصِّدِّيقُ يَكُونُ لِذِكْرٍ أَبَدِيٍّ.
7He shall not be afraid of evil tidings; his heart is stedfast, trusting in the LORD.
7لَا يَخْشَى مِنْ خَبَرِ سُوءٍ. قَلْبُهُ ثَابِتٌ مُتَّكِلًا عَلَى ٱلرَّبِّ.
8His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he gaze upon his adversaries.
8قَلْبُهُ مُمَكَّنٌ فَلَا يَخَافُ حَتَّى يَرَى بِمُضَايِقِيهِ.
9He hath scattered abroad, he hath given to the needy; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted in honour.
9فَرَّقَ أَعْطَى ٱلْمَسَاكِينَ. بِرُّهُ قَائِمٌ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ. قَرْنُهُ يَنْتَصِبُ بِٱلْمَجْدِ.
10The wicked shall see it, and be vexed; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away; the desire of the wicked shall perish.
10ٱلشِّرِّيرُ يَرَى فَيَغْضَبُ. يُحَرِّقُ أَسْنَانَهُ وَيَذُوبُ. شَهْوَةُ ٱلشِّرِّيرِ تَبِيدُ.
