1This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made He him;
1این است کتاب پیدایش آدم. در روزی که خدا آدم را آفرید، به شبیه خدا او راساخت.
2male and female created He them, and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
2نر و ماده ایشان را آفرید. و ایشان رابرکت داد و ایشان را «آدم» نام نهاد، در روزآفرینش ایشان.
3And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth.
3و آدم صد و سی سال بزیست، پس پسری به شبیه و بصورت خود آورد، و او را شیث نامید.
4And the days of Adam after he begot Seth were eight hundred years; and he begot sons and daughters.
4وایام آدم بعد از آوردن شیث، هشتصد سال بود، وپسران و دختران آورد.
5And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years; and he died.
5پس تمام ایام آدم که زیست، نهصد و سی سال بود که مرد.
6And Seth lived a hundred and five years, and begot Enosh.
6و شیث صد و پنج سال بزیست، و انوش را آورد.
7And Seth lived after he begot Enosh eight hundred and seven years, and begot sons and daughters.
7وشیث بعد از آوردن انوش، هشتصد و هفت سال بزیست و پسران و دختران آورد.
8And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years; and he died.
8و جمله ایام شیث، نهصد و دوازده سال بود که مرد.
9And Enosh lived ninety years, and begot Kenan.
9و انوش نود سال بزیست، و قینان را آورد.
10And Enosh lived after he begot Kenan eight hundred and fifteen years, and begot sons and daughters.
10و انوش بعداز آوردن قینان، هشتصد و پانزده سال زندگانی کرد و پسران و دختران آورد.
11And all the days of Enosh were nine hundred and five years; and he died.
11پس جمله ایام انوش نهصد و پنج سال بود که مرد.
12And Kenan lived seventy years, and begot Mahalalel.
12و قینان هفتاد سال بزیست، و مهللئیل را آورد.
13And Kenan lived after he begot Mahalalel eight hundred and forty years, and begot sons and daughters.
13و قینان بعد از آوردن مهللئیل، هشتصد و چهل سال زندگانی کرد و پسران و دختران آورد.
14And all the days of Kenan were nine hundred and ten years; and he died.
14و تمامی ایام قینان، نهصد و ده سال بود که مرد.
15And Mahalalel lived sixty and five years, and begot Jared.
15ومهللئیل، شصت و پنج سال بزیست، و یارد را آورد.
16And Mahalalel lived after he begot Jared eight hundred and thirty years, and begot sons and daughters.
16و مهللئیل بعد از آوردن یارد، هشتصد وسی سال زندگانی کرد و پسران و دختران آورد.
17And all the days of Mahalalel were eight hundred ninety and five years; and he died.
17پس همه ایام مهللئیل، هشتصد و نود و پنج سال بود که مرد.
18And Jared lived a hundred sixty and two years, and begot Enoch.
18و یارد صد و شصت و دو سال بزیست، و خنوخ را آورد.
19And Jared lived after he begot Enoch eight hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
19و یارد بعد از آوردن خنوخ، هشتصد سال زندگانی کرد و پسران ودختران آورد.
20And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years; and he died.
20و تمامی ایام یارد، نهصد وشصت و دو سال بود که مرد.
21And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begot Methuselah.
21و خنوخ شصت وپنج سال بزیست، و متوشالح را آورد.
22And Enoch walked with God after he begot Methuselah three hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
22و خنوخ بعد از آوردن متوشالح، سیصد سال با خدا راه می‌رفت و پسران و دختران آورد.
23And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years.
23و همه ایام خنوخ، سیصد و شصت و پنج سال بود.
24And Enoch walked with God, and he was not; for God took him.
24وخنوخ با خدا راه می‌رفت و نایاب شد، زیرا خدااو را برگرفت.
25And Methuselah lived a hundred eighty and seven years, and begot Lamech.
25و متوشالح صد و هشتاد و هفت سال بزیست، و لمک را آورد.
26And Methuselah lived after he begot Lamech seven hundred eighty and two years, and begot sons and daughters.
26و متوشالح بعداز آوردن لمک، هفتصد و هشتاد و دو سال زندگانی کرد و پسران و دختران آورد.
27And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years; and he died.
27پس جمله ایام متوشالح، نهصد و شصت و نه سال بودکه مرد.
28And Lamech lived a hundred eighty and two years, and begot a son.
28و لمک صد و هشتاد و دو سال بزیست، و پسری آورد.
29And he called his name Noah, saying: 'This same shall comfort us in our work and in the toil of our hands, which cometh from the ground which the LORD hath cursed.'
29و وی را نوح نام نهاده گفت: «این ما را تسلی خواهد داد از اعمال ما و ازمحنت دستهای ما از زمینی که خداوند آن راملعون کرد.»
30And Lamech lived after he begot Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begot sons and daughters.
30و لمک بعد از آوردن نوح، پانصدو نود و پنج سال زندگانی کرد و پسران و دختران آورد.
31And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years; and he died.
31پس تمام ایام لمک، هفتصد و هفتاد وهفت سال بود که مرد.
32And Noah was five hundred years old; and Noah begot Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
32و نوح پانصد ساله بود، پس نوح سام و حام و یافث را آورد.
