1And they brought in the ark of God, and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it, and they offered burnt-offerings and peace-offerings before God.
1И кад донесоше ковчег Божји, наместише га усред шатора, који му разапе Давид; и принесоше жртве паљенице и жртве захвалне пред Богом.
2And when David had made an end of offering the burnt-offering and the peace-offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD.
2Потом принесавши Давид жртве паљенице и жртве захвалне, благослови народ у име Господње.
3And he dealt to every one of Israel, both man and woman, to every one a loaf of bread, and a cake made in a pan, and a sweet cake.
3И раздаде свим Израиљцима, и људима и женама, сваком по један хлеб и комад меса и врч вина.
4And he appointed certain of the Levites to minister before the ark of the LORD, and to celebrate and to thank and praise the LORD, the God of Israel:
4Потом постави пред ковчегом Господњим слуге међу Левитима да помињу и славе и хвале Господа Бога Израиљевог:
5Asaph the chief, and second to him Zechariah, Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, with psalteries and with harps; and Asaph with cymbals, sounding aloud;
5Асафа поглавара, а другог за њим Захарију, и Јеила и Семирамота и Јехила и Мататију и Елијава и Венају и Овид-Едома; и Јеило удараше у псалтире и гусле, а Асаф у кимвале,
6and Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests with trumpets continually, before the ark of the covenant of God.
6а Венаја и Јазило свештеници беху једнако с трубама пред ковчегом завета Господњег.
7Then on that day did David first ordain to give thanks unto the LORD, by the hand of Asaph and his brethren.
7У тај дан нареди Давид први пут да хвале Господа Асаф и браћа његова:
8O give thanks unto the LORD, call upon His name; make known His doings among the peoples.
8Хвалите Господа; гласите име Његово; јављајте по народима дела Његова.
9Sing unto Him, sing praises unto Him; speak ye of all His marvellous works.
9Певајте му, славите Га, казујте сва чудеса Његова.
10Glory ye in His holy name; let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.
10Хвалите се светим именом Његовим; нека се весели срце оних који траже Господа.
11Seek ye the LORD and His strength; seek His face continually.
11Тражите Господа и силу Његову; тражите лице Његово без престанка.
12Remember His marvellous works that He hath done, His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth;
12Памтите чудеса Његова, која је учинио, знаке Његове и судове уста Његових.
13O ye seed of Israel His servant, ye children of Jacob, His chosen ones.
13Семе Израиљево слуге су Његове, синови Јаковљеви изабрани Његови.
14He is the LORD our God; His judgments are in all the earth.
14Он је Господ Бог наш, по свој су земљи судови Његови.
15Remember His covenant for ever, the word which He commanded to a thousand generations;
15Памтите увек завет Његов, реч коју је дао на хиљаду колена.
16The covenant which He made with Abraham, and His oath unto Isaac;
16Шта је заветовао Авраму и за шта се клео Исаку,
17And He established it unto Jacob for a statute, to Israel for an everlasting covenant;
17То је поставио Јакову за закон и Израиљу за завет вечни,
18Saying: 'Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance.'
18Говорећи: Теби ћу дати земљу хананску у наследни део.
19When ye were but a few men in number, yea, very few, and sojourners in it,
19Тада вас беше мало на број, беше вас мало, и бејасте дошљаци.
20And when they went about from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people,
20Иђаху од народа до народа, и из једног царства к другом племену.
21He suffered no man to do them wrong, yea, for their sake He reproved kings:
21Не даде никоме да им науди, и караше за њих цареве:
22'Touch not Mine anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm.'
22Не дирајте у помазанике моје и пророцима мојим не чините зла.
23Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; proclaim His salvation from day to day.
23Певај Господу, сва земљо! Јављајте од дана на дан спасење Његово.
24Declare His glory among the nations, His marvellous works among all the peoples.
24Казујте по народима славу Његову, по свим племенима чудеса Његова.
25For great is the LORD, and highly to be praised; He also is to be feared above all gods.
25Јер је велик Господ и ваља Га хвалити веома; страшнији је од свих богова.
26For all the gods of the peoples are things of nought; but the LORD made the heavens.
26Јер су сви Богови у народа ништа; а Господ је небеса створио.
27Honour and majesty are before Him; strength and gladness are in His place.
27Слава је и величанство пред Њим, сила и радост у стану Његовом.
28Ascribe unto the LORD, ye kindreds of the peoples, ascribe unto the LORD glory and strength.
28Дајте Господу, племена народна, дајте Господу славу и част.
29Ascribe unto the LORD the glory due unto His name; bring an offering, and come before Him; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.
29Дајте Господу славу према имену Његовом, носите даре и идите преда Њ, поклоните се Господу и светој красоти.
30Tremble before Him, all the earth; the world also is established that it cannot be moved.
30Стрепи пред Њим, сва земљо; зато је васиљена тврда и неће се поместити.
31Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; and let them say among the nations: 'The LORD reigneth.'
31Нек се веселе небеса и земља се радује; и нека говоре по народима: Господ царује.
32Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; let the field exult, and all that is therein;
32Нека пљеска море и шта је у њему; нека скаче поље и све што је на њему.
33Then shall the trees of the wood sing for joy, before the LORD, for He is come to judge the earth.
33Тада нека се радују дрвета шумска пред Господом, јер иде да суди земљи.
34O give thanks unto the LORD; for He is good; for His mercy endureth for ever.
34Хвалите Господа, јер је добар, јер је довека милост Његова.
35And say ye: 'Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us together and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks unto Thy holy name, that we may triumph in Thy praise.'
35И реците: Спаси нас, Боже спасења нашег, и скупи нас и избави нас од народа да славимо свето име Твоје, да се хвалимо Твојом славом.
36Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting. And all the people said: 'Amen,' and praised the LORD.
36Благословен Господ Бог Израиљев од века и до века. Тада сав народ рече: Амин; и хвалише Господа.
37So he left there, before the ark of the covenant of the LORD, Asaph and his brethren, to minister before the ark continually, as every day's work required;
37И остави онде пред ковчегом завета Господњег Асафа и браћу његову да служе пред ковчегом без престанка као што треба од дана на дан,
38and Obed-edom with their brethren, threescore and eight; Obed-edom also the son of Jedithun and Hosah to be door-keepers;
38и Овид-Едома и браћу његову, шездесет и осам, Овид-Едома сина Једутуновог и Осу, да буду вратари;
39and Zadok the priest, and his brethren the priests, before the tabernacle of the LORD in the high place that was at Gibeon,
39а Садока свештеника и браћу његову свештенике пред шатором Господњим на висини у Гаваону,
40to offer burnt-offerings unto the LORD upon the altar of burnt-offering continually morning and evening, even according to all that is written in the Law of the LORD, which He commanded unto Israel;
40да приносе жртве паљенице Господу на олтару за жртве паљенице без престанка јутром и вечером, и да чине све што је написано у закону Господњем што је заповедио Израиљу,
41and with them Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest that were chosen, who were mentioned by name, to give thanks to the LORD, because His mercy endureth for ever;
41и с њима Емана и Једутуна и друге изабране, који бише поименце именовани да хвале Господа, јер је довека милост Његова,
42and with them Heman and Jeduthun, to sound aloud with trumpets and cymbals, and with instruments for the songs of God; and the sons of Jeduthun to be at the gate.
42с њима Емана и Једутуна, да трубе у трубе и ударају у кимвале и у друге справе музичке Богу; а синове Једутунове да буду вратари.
43And all the people departed every man to his house; and David returned to bless his house.
43Потом се разиђе сав народ, свак својој кући, а Давид се врати да благослови дом свој.
