1У двайцятому ж роцї нашої неволї, на початку року, десятого дня в місяцї, а чотирнайцятого року по збуренню міста, того самого дня спочила на менї рука (сила) Господня та й повів він мене туди.
1In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day, the hand of the LORD was upon me, and He brought me thither.
2У Божих видивах перенїс він мене в Ізраїлську землю й поставив на дуже високій горі; з полуденнього боку виднїлось на нїй щось таке, наче будівля якого міста.
2In the visions of God brought He me into the land of Israel, and set me down upon a very high mountain, whereon was as it were the frame of a city on the south.
3Привів же він мене туди, й я дивлюсь, аж ось, чоловік із виду, наче блискуча мідь. У руцї в його була лняна поворозка й тичина до міряння, а стояв він коло воріт.
3And He brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.
4І промовив той чоловік до мене: Сину чоловічий! дивись очима твоїми, й слухай ушима твоїми, та й бери собі до серця все те, що я буду тобі показувати; тебе бо на те й приведено сюди, щоб я се показав тобі; а все, що бачити меш, звісти домові Ізрайлевому.
4And the man said unto me: 'Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thy heart upon all that I shall show thee, for to the intent that I might show them unto thee art thou brought thither; declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.'
5І ось, знадвору храму — мур навкруги; в руцї ж у того чоловіка мірильна жердка завдовжки шість локот із долонею до локтя; і виміряв він у тій будівлї одну жердку завширшки, а одну жердку заввишки.
5And behold a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the man's hand a measuring reed of six cubits long, of a cubit and a hand-breadth each; so he measured the breadth of the building, one reed, and the height, one reed.
6Тодї пійшов до ворот, що переднім боком стояли на схід сонця, і підійшов угору по сходах, та й виміряв поріг у брамі на одну жердку завширшки, та й в другому порозї одна тичина завширшки.
6Then came he unto the gate which looketh toward the east, and went up the steps thereof; and he measured the jamb of the gate, one reed broad, and the other jamb, one reed broad.
7І в кожній боковій коморі одна тичина заввишки а одна завширшки, а між коморами пять локот, та й в порозї воріт коло передньої сьвітлицї в воротях із середини — одна жердка;
7And every cell was one reed long, and one reed broad; and the space between the cells was five cubits; and the jambs of the gate by the porch of the gate within were one reed.
8І виміряв передню сьвітлицю в брамі з середини на одну жердку,
8He measured also the porch of the gate toward the house, one reed.
9А в присїнку коло брами виміряв вісїм локот, стовпи ж його на два ліктї, а сїни в воротях — виходом у середину.
9Then measured he the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and the posts thereof, two cubits; and the porch of the gate was inward.
10А бокових комор у воротях на схід сонця було три по одному боцї, а три по другому боцї; всї три були однієї міри, а так само й стовпи з обох боків однієї міри.
10And the cells of the gate eastward were three on this side, and three on that side; they three were of one measure; and the posts had one measure on this side and on that side.
11І виміряв ширину ввіходу в ворота на десять локот, а довжину воріт на тринайцять локот.
11And he measured the breadth of the entry of the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits;
12А перед коморами був передїл, один локіть завширшки по однім боцї й один локіть по другім боцї; сама ж комора мірою шість локот по однім і шість локот по другім боцї.
12and a border before the cells, one cubit on this side, and a border, one cubit on that side; and the cells, six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.
13Опісля виміряв ворота від криші однієї комори до другої двайцять і пять локот ширини; двері проти дверей.
13And he measured the gate from the roof of the one cell to the roof of the other, a breadth of five and twenty cubits; door against door.
14А в стовпах налїчив шістьдесять локот, у кожному стовпі коло двору й воріт,
14He made also posts of threescore cubits; even unto the posts of the court in the gates round about.
15І від переднього боку ввіходу в ворота до переднього боку з середини воріт — пятьдесять локот.
15And from the forefront of the gate of the entrance unto the forefront of the inner porch of the gate were fifty cubits.
16І були вікна з кратами в бокових коморах і в їх стовпах навпроти середини в воротях навкруги, а на стовпах були пальми.
16And there were narrow windows to the cells and to their posts within the gate round about, and likewise to the arches; and windows were round about inward; and upon each post were palm-trees.
17Тодї привів мене на переднє подвіррє, а там були сьвітлицї, й камяний поміст навкруги двору; трийцять сьвітлиць на тому помостї.
17Then brought he me into the outer court, and, lo, there were chambers and a pavement, made for the court round about; thirty chambers were upon the pavement.
18І був сей поміст по боках воріт, після ширини воріт, тілько був сей поміст нижше.
18And the pavement was by the side of the gates, corresponding unto the length of the gates, even the lower pavement.
19І виміряв ширину від нижніх воріт до краю середнього подвірря сто локот на всхід і на північ.
19Then he measured the breadth from the forefront of the lower gate unto the forefront of the inner court without, a hundred cubits, eastward as also northward.
20Він виміряв іще довжину й ширину воріт знадвірнього двору, оберненого до півночі,
20And the gate of the outer court that looked toward the north, he measured the length thereof and the breadth thereof.
21І на узбочі сьвітлицї при них, три по однім боцї й три по другім боцї; й стовпи їх і передїли їх були тієї ж міри, як і в першій брамі — завдовжки пятьдесять локот і завширшки двайцять і пять локот.
21And the cells thereof were three on this side and three on that side; and the posts thereof and the arches thereof were after the measure of the first gate; the length thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.
22Вікна їх і передїли їх і пальми їх тієї ж міри, як у брами, що обернена на схід сонця; й входилось до них сїмма сходами, й перед ними передїли.
22And the windows thereof, and the arches thereof, and the palm-trees thereof, were after the measure of the gate that looketh toward the east; and it was ascended by seven steps; and the arches thereof were before them.
23І в середнє подвіррє є ворота навпроти воріт північніх й восточніх, а наміряв од воріт до воріт сто локот.
23And there was a gate to the inner court over against the other gate, northward as also eastward; and he measured from gate to gate a hundred cubits.
24І повів мене на полуднє, а там ворота полуденні; й виміряв у стовпах і передїлах таку ж міру.
24And he led me toward the south, and behold a gate toward the south; and he measured the posts thereof, and the arches thereof according to these measures.
25І вікна в їх і в переддвіррях їх такі самі, як і ті вікна — завдовжки пятьдесять локот, а завширшки двайцять і пять локот.
25And there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about, like those windows; the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.
26Підхід до них на сїм сходів, і переддвірки поперед ними й пальмові окраси — одна по сїм боцї а одна по тім боцї на стовпах.
26And there were seven steps to go up to it, and the arches thereof were before them; and it had palm-trees, one on this side, and another on that side, upon the posts thereof.
27І в середнє подвіррє була полудення брама; і наміряв од воріт до воріт полуденніх сто локот.
27And there was a gate to the inner court toward the south; and he measured from gate to gate toward the south a hundred cubits.
28І привів мене через полуденні ворота в середнє подвіррє, і наміряв у полуденній брамі ту ж саму міру.
28Then he brought me to the inner court by the south gate; and he measured the south gate according to these measures;
29І бокові сьвітлицї їх і стовпи й придвірря їх — тієї ж міри, й вікна в їх і в придвіррях були навкруги; всього довжини пятьдесять локот, а ширини двайцять і пять локот.
29and the cells thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures; and there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about; it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.
30Переддвірки були навкруги завдовжки в двайцять і пять локот, а завширшки в пять локот.
30And there were arches round about, five and twenty cubits long, and five cubits broad.
31І переддвірки були в їх на знадвірній двір, і пальми були на їх стовпах; підходу до них на вісїм сходів.
31And the arches thereof were toward the outer court; and palm-trees were upon the posts thereof; and the going up to it had eight steps.
32І повів мене східніми воротами на середній двір; і наміряв у сїй брамі ту ж саму міру.
32And he brought me into the inner court toward the east; and he measured the gate according to these measures;
33І бокові сьвітлицї їх і стовпи їх і переддвірки їх були тієї ж самої міри; й вікна в їх і в їх коморах були навкруги; довжина пятьдесять локот, а ширина двайцять і пять локот.
33and the cells thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures; and there were windows therein and in the arches thereof round about; it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.
34Переддвірки в їх були на крайній двір, й пальми на стовпах їх по сїм і по тім боцї; підходу до них на пять сходів.
34And the arches thereof were toward the outer court; and palm-trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side; and the going up to it had eight steps.
35Тодї повів мене до північніх воріт та й наміряв у них ту ж саму міру.
35And he brought me to the north gate; and he measured it according to these measures;
36Бокові сьвітлицї при них, стовпи їх і вікна в їх були навкруги; усього довжини пятьдесять локот, а ширини двайцять і пять локот.
36the cells thereof, the posts thereof, and the arches thereof; and there were windows therein round about; the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.
37Переддвірки в них були на крайнє подвіррє, й пальми на стовпах у них по сїм і по тім боцї. Підходу до них пять сходів.
37And the posts thereof were toward the outer court; and palm-trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side; and the going up to it had eight steps.
38Була також сьвітлиця з увіходом до неї у ворітніх стовпів; там обмивано жертви на всепаленнє.
38And a chamber with the entry thereof was by the posts at the gates; there was the burnt-offering to be washed.
39А в переддвірку в брамі два столи, по сїм боцї й два по тім боцї, щоб заколювати на них жертви всепалення та жертви за гріх й провинні жертви.
39And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt-offering and the sin-offering and the guilt-offering.
40І в надвірньому боцї коло ввіходу в ворота півночні було два столи, й по тім боцї коло переддвірря в брамі два столи.
40And on the one side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the gate toward the north, were two tables; and on the other side of the porch of the gate were two tables.
41Чотири столи по сїй руцї й чотири столи по тій руцї по боках воріт: усїх вісїм столів, що на них заколювано жертви.
41Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate; eight tables, whereupon to slay the sacrifices.
42І чотири столи на пораннє коло всепалення були з тесаного каменя, завдовжки півтора ліктя і завширшки півтора ліктя, а заввишки один лікоть; на їх кладено знаряддя до заколювання всепальної жертви й инших жертов
42Moreover there were four tables for the burnt-offering, of hewn stone, a cubit and a half long, and a cubit and a half broad, and one cubit high, whereupon to lay the instruments wherewith the burnt-offering and the sacrifice are slain.
43І гаки на одну долоню приправлені до стїн у будівлї навкруги, а на столах кладено жертівне мясиво.
43And the slabs, a handbreadth long, were fastened within round about; and upon the tables was to be the flesh of the offering.
44З надвору середньої брами були сьвітлицї про сьпіваків; на середньому подвіррі, з боку північніх воріт, одна обернена передом на південь, а друга, з боку полуденніх воріт, обернена передом на північ.
44And without the inner gate were chambers for the guard in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate, and their prospect was toward the south; one at the side of the east gate having the prospect toward the north.
45І сказав він менї: Ся сьвітлиця, що передом на полудне, — про сьвященників, що чувають, стережучи храму;
45And he said unto me: 'This chamber, whose prospect is toward the south, is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the house.
46А сьвітлиця, що передом на північ, — про сьвященників, що пильнують служби коло жертівника; се сини Садокові, що самі одні зміж синів Левієвих приступають перед Господа, щоб йому служити.
46And the chamber whose prospect is toward the north is for the priests, the keepers of the charge of the altar; these are the sons of Zadok, who from among the sons of Levi come near to the LORD to minister unto Him.'
47І наміряв у подвіррі сто локот довжини й сто локот ширини, було бо чотирокутнє, а перед храмом стояв жертівник.
47And he measured the court, a hundred cubits long, and a hundred cubits broad, foursquare; and the altar was before the house.
48І привів мене до сїней храмових, і наміряв у сїнних стовпах пять локот по сїм боцї й пять локот по тім боцї, а в брамі три ліктї ширини по сїм боцї й три ліктї по тім боцї.
48Then he brought me to the porch of the house, and measured each post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side; and the breadth of the gate was three cubits on this side, and three cubits on that side.
49Завдовжки сїни двайцять локот, а завширшки одинайцять локот, а входилось у них пятьма сходами; й були стовпи на причілках, один правобіч, а другий лївобіч.
49The length of the porch was twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits; and it was by steps that it was ascended; and there were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side.
