Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
Berean Standard Bible
1KOMAIL ari dadaurata en Krijtuj a kotin kamaioda kitail, komail ari kalaka pein komail, pwe komail der pur on ni omail kanaudok.
1It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not be encumbered once more by a yoke of slavery.
2Kilan, nai Pauluj indai on komail, ma komail pan ian jirkomjaij, nan Krijtuj jota pan katepai on komail.
2Take notice: I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all.
3I pil kadede on aramaj karoj, me pan jirkomjaijela, i en kapwaiada kapun pokon.
3Again I testify to every man who gets himself circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law.
4Komail, me men pun kila kapun o, muei janer Krijtuj o pup wei janer mak.
4You who are trying to be justified by the law have been severed from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
5A kit kin auiaui ren Nen ki pojon kaporopor en pun.
5But by faith we eagerly await through the Spirit the hope of righteousness.
6Pwe ren Krijtuj Iejuj jirkomjaij de jojirkomjaij jota meakot, pwe pojon ta, me kin janjaleki dodok en limpok.
6For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. All that matters is faith, expressed through love.
7Komail taner mau, ij me karompwa komail, pwe ender peiki on melel?
7You were running so well. Who has obstructed you from obeying the truth?
8I jon en kaweid jota kin tapi jan me molipe komail er.
8Such persuasion does not come from the One who calls you.
9Kalap kij kin kamutala dolepa karoj;
9A little leaven works through the whole batch of dough.
10I kaporoporeki ren Kaun o me komail jota pan wia eu lamalam toror. A me kin kapin komail da, pan lodi on kapun o, jota lipilipil ij i.
10I am confident in the Lord that you will take no other view. The one who is troubling you will bear the judgment, whoever he may be.
11A nai, ri ai kan, ma i poden padaki duen jirkomjaij, menda I kankaneranirla? Pwe ma iduen, a jolar men kamakar pan lopu.
11Now, brothers, if I am still preaching circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been abolished.
12I men irail me kin kawe komail la, ren pil kawela pein irail.
12As for those who are agitating you, I wish they would proceed to emasculate themselves!
13A ri ai kan, komail paeker on maio, komail der men maio, pwe tiak en pali uduk en pwaida, a komail papa amen amen ni limpok.
13For you, brothers, were called to freedom; but do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh. Rather, serve one another in love.
14Pwe kapun pon kapwai pan majan ta ieu: Koe en pok on men imp om due pein uk.
14The entire law is fulfilled in a single decree: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
15A ma komail pakolok kaokaoe amen o amen, kalaka, pwe komail de momela.
15But if you keep on biting and devouring one another, watch out, or you will be consumed by one another.
16A nai inda: Aluki Nen komail ap jota pan kapwaiada inon jued en uduk.
16So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
17Pwe uduk kin inon ion me toror jan Nen, a Nen kin kotin inon ion toror jan uduk, a ira paronaron pena, iei me komail jota wia kida, me komail kin men wia.
17For the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other, so that you do not do what you want.
18A ma Nen pan kotin kalua komail, komail jota mimi pan kapun.
18But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19Wiawia kan en uduk me janjal. Ietakan: Nenek, jamin, monepil,
19The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery;
20Poni on ani mal, wun ani, kailuk, akatat, luak, makar, akamai, kamauouo, padak likam.
20idolatry and sorcery; hatred, discord, jealousy, and rage; rivalries, divisions, factions,
21Peirin, kamom joko, kaped en mana ape. Iran mepukat i padaki on komail er maj o, me irail, me kin kapwaiada mepukat, jota pan jojoki wein Kot.
21and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22A iet akan wa en Nen: Limpok, peren, popol, kanonama. kadek, kamau, pojon, opampap liki jan me jued.
22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23Jota kapun pan mepukat.
23gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
24A me japwilim en Krijtuj, kalopuelar uduk ianaki tiak jued o inon jued akan.
24Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
25Ma kitail memaureki Nen, kitail en pil alualuki Nen o.
25Since we live by the Spirit, let us walk in step with the Spirit.
26Kitail der inon ion wau ren aramaj, o der kamoronada on amen amen, o der peipeirin amen amen.
26Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying one another.
