Psalm 55

Bible Mutal (Kosraean)
World English Bible
1Lohng pre luk, O God; Nikmet forla liki mwe siyuk luk!
1Listen to my prayer, God. Don’t hide yourself from my supplication.
2Porongeyu ac topukyu, Tuh nga arulana totola ke fosrnga luk.
2Attend to me, and answer me. I am restless in my complaint, and moan
3Nga arulana sangeng ke kas in aksangeng lun mwet lokoalok luk; Nga keok ke mwet koluk uh akfosrngayeyu. Elos use mwe ongoiya nu fuk; Elos srungayu ac kasrkusrak sik.
3because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked. For they bring suffering on me. In anger they hold a grudge against me.
4Nga arulana sangeng, Ac mwe fosrnga lun misa toanyuwi.
4My heart is severely pained within me. The terrors of death have fallen on me.
5Nga arulana sangeng ac rarrar; Nga tuninfong na pwaye.
5Fearfulness and trembling have come on me. Horror has overwhelmed me.
6Nga ke tuh in oasr posohksok keik oana wule. Nga lukun sohkla ac suk nien mongla.
6I said, “Oh that I had wings like a dove! Then I would fly away, and be at rest.
7Nga lukun sohkla nu yen loesla Ac oru nien muta luk yen mwesis.
7Behold, then I would wander far off. I would lodge in the wilderness.” Selah.
8Nga lukun sulaklak ac konauk nien wikla luk Liki eng upa ac paka.
8“I would hurry to a shelter from the stormy wind and storm.”
9O Leum, akfohsyauk sramsram lun mwet lokoalok luk! Nga liye mwet uh oru ma sulallal ac alein yohk in siti uh —
9Confuse them, Lord, and confound their language, for I have seen violence and strife in the city.
10Raunela ke len ac fong. Ma koluk lulap ac mwe lokoalok oasr yen nukewa in siti sac.
10Day and night they prowl around on its walls. Malice and abuse are also within her.
11Oasr ma musalla in acn nukewa; Inkanek uh sessesla ke mwe akkeok ac ma kikiap.
11Destructive forces are within her. Threats and lies don’t depart from her streets.
12Fin mwet lokoalok se luk pa aksruksrukyeyu, Nga ac ku in muteng; Fin mwet lainyu se pa tungak nu sik uh, Nga ac ku in wikla lukel.
12For it was not an enemy who insulted me, then I could have endured it. Neither was it he who hated me who raised himself up against me, then I would have hidden myself from him.
13Tuh pa kom pa oru — mwet na wiuk se, Mwet na nga etu se, ac kawuk na wowo luk.
13But it was you, a man like me, my companion, and my familiar friend.
14Kut arulana sukosok in sramsram nu sin sie sin sie Ac kut tukeni alu in Tempul.
14We took sweet fellowship together. We walked in God’s house with company.
15Finsrak tuh mwet lokoalok luk in misa meet liki pacl fal lalos; Finsrak elos in moulna som nu infulan misa! Tuh ma koluk oasr in lohm selos ac insialos.
15Let death come suddenly on them. Let them go down alive into Sheol. For wickedness is among them, in their dwelling.
16A funu nga, nga pang nu sin LEUM GOD in suk kasru, Ac El ac fah moliyula.
16As for me, I will call on God. The LORD will save me.
17Ke lotutang, infulwen len, ac eku Pusren torkaskas ac sasao luk sowak nu yorol Ac El ac lohng pusrek.
17Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice.

18He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me, although there are many who oppose me.
19God, su nuna leum ke mutawauk me, El ac fah lohngyu ac kutangla mwet lokoalok luk, Mweyen elos srangesr ekulla ouiyen moul lalos, Ac elos tia sangeng sel.
19God, who is enthroned forever, will hear and answer them. Selah. They never change and don’t fear God.
20Mwet se ma kasreyu meet, el forla lain mwet kawuk lal; Ac el kunausla wulela lal.
20He raises his hands against his friends. He has violated his covenant.
21Meet, sramsram lal fwel oana kiris, Tusruktu yohk srunga insial; Kas lal musresre oana kaki in akmusra, Tusruktu fakfuk oana cutlass.
21His mouth was smooth as butter, but his heart was war. His words were softer than oil, yet they were drawn swords.
22Filiya mwe fosrnga lom yurin LEUM GOD , Ac El ac fah loangekom; Tuh El tiana lela mwet suwoswos in kutangyukla.
22Cast your burden on the LORD and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
23A kom, O God, fah use mwet akmas ac mwet kikiap nu inkulyuk lalos Meet liki na elos sun infulwen moul lalos. A funu nga, nga ac lulalfongi kom na.
23But you, God, will bring them down into the pit of destruction. Bloodthirsty and deceitful men shall not live out half their days, but I will trust in you.
