1Remember, O LORD, what is come upon us; behold, and see our reproach.
1အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၌ ရောက် သော အမှု ကိုအောက်မေ့ တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ခံရသောကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်းကိုကြည့်ရှု ၍ ဆင်ခြင် တော်မူပါ။
2Our inheritance is turned unto strangers, our houses unto aliens.
2အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ အမွေ ခံရာမြေသည် တပါး အမျိုးသားလက်သို့ ၎င်း ၊ နေရာအိမ် တို့သည်လည်း တကျွန်းတနိုင်ငံသား တို့လက်သို့ ၎င်း ရောက် ပါပြီ။
3We are become orphans and fatherless, our mothers are as widows.
3အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မိ ဘမရှိသော သူငယ်ဖြစ် ကြပါ ၏။ အဘ ဆုံး ပါပြီ။ အမိ သည်မုတ်ဆိုးမ ကဲ့သို့ နေရပါ၏။
4We have drunk our water for money; our wood cometh to us for price.
4ငွေ ပေးမှ ရေ ကို သောက် ရပါ၏။ ထင်း ကိုလည်း ဝယ် ရပါ၏။
5To our very necks we are pursued; we labour, and have no rest.
5ထမ်းဘိုးကိုအစဉ်ထမ်းရပါ၏။ မ ရပ် မနေဘဲ လုပ်ကိုင် ရပါ၏။
6We have given the hand to Egypt, and to Assyria, to have bread enough;
6စားစရာ ကိုရ ခြင်းငှါ အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်သား၊ အာရှုရိ ပြည်သားတို့၌ ကျွန် ခံရပါ၏။
7Our fathers have sinned, and are not; and we have borne their iniquities.
7ဘိုးဘေး တို့သည်ပြစ်မှား ၍ သေပြီးမှ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် သူ တို့ အပြစ် များကိုခံ ရပါ၏။
8Servants rule over us; there is none to deliver us out of their hand.
8သူ့ကျွန် တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ကို အုပ်စိုး ကြပါ၏။ သူ တို့လက် မှ အဘယ်သူမျှမကယ်မနှုတ်ပါ။
9We get our bread with the peril of our lives because of the sword of the wilderness.
9တော ၌ထား ဘေးနှင့် တွေ့၍ အသေခံ လျက် စားစရာ ကို ရှာရ ကြပါ၏။
10Our skin is hot like an oven because of the burning heat of famine.
10မွတ်သိပ် ခြင်းအရှိန် ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ အရေ သည် မီးဖို ကဲ့သို့ မည်း ပါ၏။
11They have ravished the women in Zion, the maidens in the cities of Judah.
11ဇိအုန် မြို့၌ မိန်းမ များကို၎င်း၊ ယုဒ မြို့ ရွာတို့၌ မိန်းမပျို များကို၎င်း အဓမ္မ ပြုကြပါ၏။
12Princes are hanged up by their hand; the faces of elders are not honoured.
12မှူးမတ် တို့ကို လက် ဖြင့် ဆွဲ ထားကြပါ၏။ အသက်ကြီး သူတို့ကိုလည်း မ ရိုသေ ကြပါ။
13The young men have borne the mill, and the children have stumbled under the wood.
13လူပျို တို့သည် ကြိတ်ဆုံ ကို ထမ်း ရကြပါ၏။ သူငယ် တို့သည်လည်း ထင်း အောက်မှာ လဲ ရကြပါ၏။
14The elders have ceased from the gate, the young men from their music.
14အသက်ကြီး သူတို့သည် မြို့တံခါးဝ ၌ ၎င်း ၊ လူပျို တို့သည် ပွဲ သဘင်၌ ၎င်း ကွယ်ပျောက် ကြပါ၏။
15The joy of our heart is ceased; our dance is turned into mourning.
15အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် နှလုံး ရွှင်လန်း ခြင်းပြတ် ၍၊ က ခြင်းအရာ၌ ညည်းတွား ခြင်း ရှိ ကြပါ၏။
16The crown is fallen from our head; woe unto us! for we have sinned.
16အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ဆောင်း သော သရဖူ သည်ကျ ပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ပြစ်မှား သောကြောင့် အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိကြပါ၏။
17For this our heart is faint, for these things our eyes are dim;
17ထိုကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည်စိတ် ပျက် ကြ ပါပြီ။ ထို အပြစ်ကြောင့် မျက်စိ တို့သည်လည်း မွဲ ကြပါ၏။
18For the mountain of Zion, which is desolate, the foxes walk upon it.
18လူဆိတ်ညံ လျက်ရှိသောဇိအုန် တောင် ပေါ်မှာ မြေခွေး တို့သည် သွား လာကြပါ၏။
19Thou, O LORD, art enthroned for ever, Thy throne is from generation to generation.
19အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် နိစ္စ အမြဲတည် တော်မူ၏။ ပလ္လင် တော်သည်လည်း ထာဝရ ပလ္လင် ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
20Wherefore dost Thou forget us for ever, and forsake us so long time?
20ကိုယ်တော်သည် အဘယ် ကြောင့်အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ကို အစဉ် မပြတ်မေ့လျော့ တော်မူသနည်း။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ကာလ ကြာမြင့် စွာ စွန့်ပစ် တော်မူသနည်း။
21Turn Thou us unto Thee, O LORD, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old.
21အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ကိုအထံ တော်သို့ လှည့် စေတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလျှင် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည်ပြန် ၍ လာကြပါမည်။ ရှေး ကာလကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ကာလ ကို အသစ် ပြုပြင်တော်မူပါ။
22Thou canst not have utterly rejected us, and be exceeding wroth against us!
22အကယ်၍ ကိုယ်တော်သည်အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ကို ရှင်းရှင်းပယ် တော်မူမည်လော။ ပြင်းစွာ အမျက်ထွက် တော်မူ မည်လော။
