1At that time, saith the LORD, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be My people.
1耶和华说：「那时，我必作 以色列 各家的 神；他们必作我的子民。」
2Thus saith the LORD: The people that were left of the sword have found grace in the wilderness, even Israel, when I go to cause him to rest.
2耶和华如此说： 脱离刀剑的就是 以色列 人。 我使他享安息的时候， 他曾在旷野蒙恩。
3'From afar the LORD appeared unto me.' 'Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love; therefore with affection have I drawn thee.
3古时耶和华向 以色列 显现， 说 ： 我以永远的爱爱你， 因此我以慈爱吸引你。
4Again will I build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel; again shalt thou be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry.
4以色列 的民哪， 我要再建立你，你就被建立； 你必再以击鼓为美， 与欢乐的人一同跳舞而出；
5Again shalt thou plant vineyards upon the mountains of Samaria; the planters shall plant, and shall have the use thereof.
5又必在 撒马利亚 的山上栽种葡萄园， 栽种的人要享用 所结的果子 。
6For there shall be a day, that the watchmen shall call upon the mount Ephraim: arise ye, and let us go up to Zion, unto the LORD our God.'
6日子必到， 以法莲 山上守望的人必呼叫说： 起来吧！我们可以上 锡安 ， 到耶和华—我们的 神那里去。
7For thus saith the LORD: Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout at the head of the nations; announce ye, praise ye, and say: 'O LORD, save Thy people, The remnant of Israel.'
7耶和华如此说： 你们当为 雅各 欢乐歌唱， 因万国中为首的欢呼。 当传扬颂赞说： 耶和华啊， 求你拯救你的百姓 以色列 所剩下的人。
8Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the uttermost parts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together; a great company shall they return hither.
8我必将他们从北方领来， 从地极招聚； 同着他们来的有瞎子、瘸子、孕妇、产妇； 他们必成为大帮回到这里来。
9They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them; I will cause them to walk by rivers of waters, in a straight way wherein they shall not stumble; for I am become a father to Israel, and Ephraim is My first-born.
9他们要哭泣而来。 我要照他们恳求的引导他们， 使他们在河水旁走正直的路， 在其上不致绊跌； 因为我是 以色列 的父， 以法莲 是我的长子。
10Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say: 'He that scattered Israel doth gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.'
10列国啊，要听耶和华的话， 传扬在远处的海岛说： 赶散 以色列 的必招聚他， 又看守他，好像牧人看守羊群。
11For the LORD hath ransomed Jacob, and He redeemeth him from the hand of him that is stronger than he.
11因耶和华救赎了 雅各 ， 救赎他脱离比他更强之人的手。
12And they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow unto the goodness of the LORD, to the corn, and to the wine, and to the oil, and to the young of the flock and of the herd; and their soul shall be as a watered garden, and they shall not pine any more at all.
12他们要来到 锡安 的高处歌唱， 又流归耶和华施恩 之地 ， 就是有五谷、新酒，和油， 并羊羔、牛犊 之地 。 他们的心必像浇灌的园子； 他们也不再有一点愁烦。
13Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old together; for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.
13那时，处女必欢乐跳舞； 年少的、年老的，也必一同欢乐； 因为我要使他们的悲哀变为欢喜， 并要安慰他们，使他们的愁烦转为快乐。
14And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and My people shall be satisfied with My goodness, saith the LORD.
14我必以肥油使祭司的心满足； 我的百姓也要因我的恩惠知足。 这是耶和华说的。
15Thus saith the LORD: A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children; she refuseth to be comforted for her children, because they are not.
15耶和华如此说： 在 拉玛 听见号咷痛哭的声音， 是 拉结 哭她儿女，不肯受安慰， 因为他们都不在了。
16Thus saith the LORD: Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears; for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the LORD; and they shall come back from the land of the enemy.
16耶和华如此说： 你禁止声音不要哀哭， 禁止眼目不要流泪， 因你所做之工必有赏赐； 他们必从敌国归回。 这是耶和华说的。
17And there is hope for thy future, saith the LORD; and thy children shall return to their own border.
17耶和华说：你末后必有指望； 你的儿女必回到自己的境界。
18I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself: 'Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a calf untrained; turn thou me, and I shall be turned, for Thou art the LORD my God.
18我听见 以法莲 为自己悲叹说： 你责罚我，我便受责罚， 像不惯 负轭 的牛犊一样。 求你使我回转，我便回转， 因为你是耶和华—我的 神。
19Surely after that I was turned, I repented, and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh; I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.'
19我回转以后就真正懊悔； 受教以后就拍腿 叹息 ； 我因担当幼年的凌辱就抱愧蒙羞。
20Is Ephraim a darling son unto Me? Is he a child that is dandled? For as often as I speak of him, I do earnestly remember him still; Therefore My heart yearneth for him, I will surely have compassion upon him, saith the LORD.
20耶和华说： 以法莲 是我的爱子吗？ 是可喜悦的孩子吗？ 我每逢责备他，仍深顾念他； 所以我的心肠恋慕他； 我必要怜悯他。
21Set thee up waymarks, make thee guide-posts; set thy heart toward the high-way, even the way by which thou wentest; Return, O virgin of Israel, return to these thy cities.
21以色列 民哪， 你当为自己设立指路碑， 竖起引路柱。 你要留心向大路， 就是你所去的原路； 你当回转，回转到你这些城邑。
22How long wilt thou turn away coyly, O thou backsliding daughter? For the LORD hath created a new thing in the earth: a woman shall court a man.
22背道的民哪， 你反来复去要到几时呢？ 耶和华在地上造了一件新事， 就是女子护卫男子。
23Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: Yet again shall they use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall turn their captivity: 'The LORD bless thee, O habitation of righteousness, O mountain of holiness.'
23万军之耶和华— 以色列 的 神如此说：「我使被掳之人归回的时候，他们在 犹大 地和其中的城邑必再这样说： 公义的居所啊， 圣山哪，愿耶和华赐福给你。
24And Judah and all the cities thereof shall dwell therein together: the husbandmen, and they that go forth with flocks.
24犹大 和属 犹大 城邑的人，农夫和放羊的人，要一同住在其中。
25For I have satiated the weary soul, and every pining soul have I replenished.
25疲乏的人，我使他饱饫；愁烦的人，我使他知足。」
26Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me.
26先知说 ：「我醒了，觉着睡得香甜！」
27Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.
27耶和华说：「日子将到，我要把人的种和牲畜的种播种在 以色列 家和 犹大 家。
28And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them to pluck up and to break down, and to overthrow and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them to build and to plant, saith the LORD.
28我先前怎样留意将他们拔出、拆毁、毁坏、倾覆、苦害，也必照样留意将他们建立、栽植。这是耶和华说的。
29In those days they shall say no more: 'The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge.'
29当那些日子，人不再说： 父亲吃了酸葡萄， 儿子的牙酸倒了。
30But every one shall die for his own iniquity; every man that eateth the sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on edge.
30但各人必因自己的罪死亡；凡吃酸葡萄的，自己的牙必酸倒。」
31Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah;
31耶和华说：「日子将到，我要与 以色列 家和 犹大 家另立新约，
32not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; forasmuch as they broke My covenant, although I was a lord over them, saith the LORD.
32不像我拉着他们祖宗的手，领他们出 埃及 地的时候，与他们所立的约。我虽作他们的丈夫，他们却背了我的约。这是耶和华说的。」
33But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the LORD, I will put My law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people;
33耶和华说：「那些日子以后，我与 以色列 家所立的约乃是这样：我要将我的律法放在他们里面，写在他们心上。我要作他们的 神，他们要作我的子民。
34and they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying: 'Know the LORD'; for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD; for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more.
34他们各人不再教导自己的邻舍和自己的弟兄说：『你该认识耶和华』，因为他们从最小的到至大的都必认识我。我要赦免他们的罪孽，不再记念他们的罪恶。这是耶和华说的。」
35Thus saith the LORD, Who giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, who stirreth up the sea, that the waves thereof roar, the LORD of hosts is His name:
35那使太阳白日发光， 使星月有定例，黑夜发亮， 又搅动大海，使海中波浪匉訇的， 万军之耶和华是他的名。 他如此说：
36If these ordinances depart from before Me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before Me for ever.
36这些定例若能在我面前废掉， 以色列 的后裔也就在我面前断绝， 永远不再成国。 这是耶和华说的。
37Thus saith the LORD: If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, then will I also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.
37耶和华如此说： 若能量度上天， 寻察下地的根基， 我就因 以色列 后裔一切所行的弃绝他们。 这是耶和华说的。
38Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the city shall be built to the LORD from the tower of Hananel unto the gate of the corner.
38耶和华说：「日子将到，这城必为耶和华建造，从 哈楠业 楼直到 角门 。
39And the measuring line shall yet go out straight forward unto the hill Gareb, and shall turn about unto Goah.
39准绳要往外量出，直到 迦立山 ，又转到 歌亚 。
40And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto the LORD; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever.
40抛尸的全谷和倒灰之处，并一切田地，直到 汲沦溪 ，又直到东方 马门 的拐角，都要归耶和华为圣，不再拔出，不再倾覆，直到永远。」
