1POI la seconda sorte fu tratta per Simeone, per la tribù de' figliuoli di Simeone, secondo le lor nazioni; e la loro eredità fu per mezzo l'eredità dei figliuoli di Giuda.
1And the second lot came forth to Simeon, even for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was within the inheritance of the children of Judah.
2Ed ebbero nella loro eredità Beer-seba, e Seba e Molada; e Hasar-sual,
2And they had in their inheritance Beer-sheba, or Sheba, and Moladah,
3e Bala, ed Esem; ed Eltolad, e Betul,
3And Hazar-shual, and Balah, and Azem,
4e Horma; e Siclag,
4And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,
5e Bet-marcabot, e Hasar-susa;
5And Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
6e Bet-lebaot, e Saruhem; tredici città, con le lor villate;
6And Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages:
7poi Ain, e Rimmon, ed Eter, e Asan; quattro città, con le lor villate;
7Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages:
8e tutte le villate ch' erano d'intorno a queste città, fino a Baalat-beer, che è Rama meridionale. Questa fu l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli di Simeone, secondo le lor nazioni.
8And all the villages that were round about these cities to Baalath-beer, Ramath of the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.
9L'eredità de' figliuoli di Simeone fu tolta della parte de' figliuoli di Giuda; perciocchè la parte de' figliuoli di Giuda era troppo grande per loro; perciò i figliuoli di Simeone ebbero la loro eredità per mezzo l'eredità di essi.
9Out of the portion of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon: for the part of the children of Judah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of them.
10POI la terza sorte fu tratta per li figliuoli di Zabulon, secondo le lor nazioni; e il confine della loro eredità fu infino a Sarid.
10¶ And the third lot came up for the children of Zebulun according to their families: and the border of their inheritance was unto Sarid:
11E il lor confine saliva verso il mare, fino a Mareala; e si scontrava in Dabbeset, e giungeva al torrente, che è dirincontro a Iocneam.
11And their border went up toward the sea, and Maralah, and reached to Dabbasheth, and reached to the river that is before Jokneam;
12E da Sarid si volgeva verso il Levante, a' confini di Chislot-tabor; e si stendeva verso Dabrat, e saliva in Iafia;
12And turned from Sarid eastward toward the sunrising unto the border of Chisloth-tabor, and then goeth out to Daberath, and goeth up to Japhia,
13e di là passava verso il Levante in Ghitta-hefer, e Itta-casin; poi, girando verso Nea, si stendeva fino a Rimmon;
13And from thence passeth on along on the east to Gittah-hepher, to Ittah-kazin, and goeth out to Remmon-methoar to Neah;
14poi quel confine si volgeva dal Settentrione verso Hannaton, e faceva capo alla valle d'Iftael;
14And the border compasseth it on the north side to Hannathon: and the outgoings thereof are in the valley of Jiphthah-el:
15e comprendeva Cattat, e Nahalal, e Simron, e Ideala, e Betlehem; dodici città, con le lor villate.
15And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-lehem: twelve cities with their villages.
16Questa fu l'eredità de' figliuoli di Zabulon, secondo le lor nazioni, cioè: queste città, con le lor villate.
16This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.
17LA quarta sorte fu tratta per Issacar, per li figliuoli d'Issacar, secondo le lor nazioni.
17¶ And the fourth lot came out to Issachar, for the children of Issachar according to their families.
18E della lor contrada fu Izreel, e Chesullot, e Sunem;
18And their border was toward Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
19e Hafaraim, e Sion, e Anaharat;
19And Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,
20e Rabbit, e Chision, ed Ebes;
20And Rabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,
21e Remet, ed Ed-gannim, ed En-hadda, e Bet-passes.
21And Remeth, and En-gannim, and En-haddah, and Beth-pazzez;
22E il lor confine si scontrava in Tabor, e in Sahasim, e in Bet-semes; e faceva capo al Giordano: e v'erano sedici città, con le lor villate.
22And the coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth-shemesh; and the outgoings of their border were at Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.
23Questa fu l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli d'Issacar, secondo le lor nazioni, cioè: queste città, con le lor villate.
23This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their villages.
24POI la quinta sorte fu tratta per la tribù de' figliuoli di Aser, secondo le lor nazioni.
24¶ And the fifth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.
25E della lor contrada fu Helcat, e Hali, e Beten,
25And their border was Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,
26e Acsaf; e Alammelec, e Amead, e Miseal; e il lor confine si scontrava in Carmel, verso il mare e in Sihor-libnat.
26And Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal; and reacheth to Carmel westward, and to Shihor-libnath;
27Poi ritornava verso il Levante in Bet-dagon, e si scontrava in Zabulon, e nella valle d'Iftael, verso il Settentrione, e in Bet-emec, e in Neiel, e faceva capo a Cabul, dalla man sinistra;
27And turneth toward the sunrising to Beth-dagon, and reacheth to Zebulun, and to the valley of Jiphthah-el toward the north side of Beth-emek, and Neiel, and goeth out to Cabul on the left hand,
28e comprendeva Ebron, e Rehob, e Hammon, e Cana, fino a Sidon, la gran città .
28And Hebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, even unto great Zidon;
29Poi questo confine si volgeva verso Rama infino a Tiro, città forte; e di là si rivolgeva verso Hosa, e faceva capo al mare, dalla costa di Aczib;
29And then the coast turneth to Ramah, and to the strong city Tyre; and the coast turneth to Hosah; and the outgoings thereof are at the sea from the coast to Achzib:
30e comprendeva Umma, e Afec, e Rehob; ventidue città, con le lor villate.
30Ummah also, and Aphek, and Rehob: twenty and two cities with their villages.
31Questa fu l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli di Aser, secondo le lor nazioni, cioè: queste città con le lor villate.
31This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.
32LA sesta sorte fu tratta per li figliuoli di Neftali, secondo le lor nazioni.
32¶ The sixth lot came out to the children of Naphtali, even for the children of Naphtali according to their families.
33E il lor confine fu da Helef, e da Allon fino in Saanannim; e da Adaminecheb, e Iabneel, fino a Laccum; e faceva capo al Giordano.
33And their coast was from Heleph, from Allon to Zaanannim, and Adami, Nekeb, and Jabneel, unto Lakum; and the outgoings thereof were at Jordan:
34E questo confine si volgeva dall'Occidente verso Asnot-tabor, e di là procedeva fino a Huccoc; e dal Mezzodì si scontrava in Zabulon, e dall'Occidente in Aser; e da Giuda il Giordano era dal Levante.
34And then the coast turneth westward to Aznoth-tabor, and goeth out from thence to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the south side, and reacheth to Asher on the west side, and to Judah upon Jordan toward the sunrising.
35E le città forti erano Siddim, e Ser, e Hammat, e Raccat, e Chinneret; e Adama, e Rama, e Hasor;
35And the fenced cities are Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,
36e Chedes, ed Edrei,
36And Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,
37ed En-hasor; e Ireon, e Migda-el,
37And Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-hazor,
38e Horem, e Bet-anat, e Bet-semes; diciannove città, con le lor villate.
38And Iron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh; nineteen cities with their villages.
39Questa fu l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli di Neftali, secondo le lor nazioni, cioè: queste città, con le lor villate.
39This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families, the cities and their villages.
40LA settima sorte fu tratta per la tribù de' figliuoli di Dan, secondo le lor nazioni.
40¶ And the seventh lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.
41E della contrada della loro eredità fu Sorea, ed Estaol, e Irsemes;
41And the coast of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,
42e Saalabbim, e Aialon, e Itla; ed Elon,
42And Shaalabbin, and Ajalon, and Jethlah,
43e Timnata, ed Ecron;
43And Elon, and Thimnathah, and Ekron,
44ed Elteche, e Ghibbeton, e Baalat;
44And Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalath,
45e Iud, e Bene-berac, e Gat-rimmon;
45And Jehud, and Bene-berak, and Gath-rimmon,
46e Meiarcon, e Raccon, con la contrada che è dirimpetto a Iafo.
46And Me-jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border before Japho.
47Ora, a' figliuoli di Dan scaddero i confini troppo piccoli per loro; e però salirono, e combatterono Lesem, e la presero, e la misero a fil di spada, e la possedettero, e abitarono in essa, e le posero nome Dan, del nome di Dan, lor padre.
47And the coast of the children of Dan went out too little for them: therefore the children of Dan went up to fight against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.
48Questa fu l'eredità della tribù de' figliuoli di Dan, secondo le lor nazioni, cioè: queste città, con le lor villate.
48This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.
49ORA, dopo che i figliuoli d'Israele ebber finito di prender la possessione del paese, secondo i suoi confini, diedero eredità a Giosuè, figliuolo di Nun, per mezzo loro.
49¶ When they had made an end of dividing the land for inheritance by their coasts, the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun among them:
50Secondo il comandamento del Signore, gli diedero la città ch'egli chiese, cioè: Timnat-sera, nel monte di Efraim; ed egli riedificò la città, e abitò in essa.
50According to the word of the LORD they gave him the city which he asked, even Timnath-serah in mount Ephraim: and he built the city, and dwelt therein.
51Queste sono le eredità, le quali il Sacerdote Eleazaro, e Giosuè, figliuolo di Nun, e i capi delle nazioni paterne delle tribù de' figliuoli d'Israele, spartirono a sorte, in Silo, davanti al Signore, all'entrata del Tabernacolo della convenenza; e così finirono di spartire il paese.
51These are the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, divided for an inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the LORD , at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. So they made an end of dividing the country.
