1Unto the end, in verses, a psalm for David, for the octave.
1အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အမျက် တော်ထွက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အပြစ် တင်တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ ပြင်းစွာအမျက် ထွက်၍ ဆုံးမ တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
2O Lord, rebuke me not in thy indignation, nor chastise me in thy wrath.
2အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ခွန်အား နည်းလှပါ၏။ ကယ်မ သနားတော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အရိုး တို့သည် တုန်လှုပ် ကြပါ၏။ ကျန်းမာ ပကတိ ရှိစေတော်မူပါ။
3Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak: heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled.
3အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်သည် အလွန် တုန်လှုပ် ပါ ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အဘယ် မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံးနေတော်မူမည်နည်း။
4And my soul is troubled exceedingly: but thou, O Lord, how long?
4အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ တဖန်ကြွလာ ၍ အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်ကို ကယ် ယူတော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာ တော်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။
5Turn to me, O Lord, and deliver my soul: O save me for thy mercy’s sake.
5အကြောင်း မူကား၊ သေ လျက်နေစဉ်တွင် ကိုယ်တော် ကို အောက်မေ့ ခြင်းမ ရှိပါ။ မရဏာ နိုင်ငံတွင် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို အဘယ် သူချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်နည်း။
6For there is no one in death, that is mindful of thee: and who shall confess to thee in hell?
6အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ညည်းတွား ၍ ပင်ပန်း လှပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ခုတင် ကို ကိုယ် မျက်ရည် ၌ တညဉ့် လုံး မျှော ၍ ၊ အိပ်ရာ ကိုလည်း မွန်း စေပါ၏။
7I have laboured in my groanings, every night I will wash my bed: I will water my couch with my tears.
7ဝမ်းနည်း ခြင်းအားဖြင့် မျက်စိ ပျက် ၍၊ ရန်သူ များ ကြောင့် ပြာမှုန် လျက် ရှိပါ၏။
8My eye is troubled through indignation: I have grown old amongst all my enemies.
8မ တရားသဖြင့်ပြု သောသူအပေါင်း တို့၊ ငါ့ ထံ မှ ဖယ်သွား ကြ။ ငါ ငိုကြွေး သံ ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ကြား တော်မူ ၏။
9Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity: for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping.
9ငါ တောင်းပန် ခြင်းကို ထာဝရဘုရား ကြား တော်မူ ၏။ ငါ ပြုသော ပဌနာ စကားကို ထာဝရဘုရား နာယူ တော်မူ၏။
10The Lord hath heard my supplication: the Lord hath received my prayer.
10ငါ့ ရန်သူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ရှက်ကြောက် ၍ ဆုံးရှုံး ခြင်းရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။ ချက်ခြင်း ပြန်သွား ၍ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းသို့ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
11Let all my enemies be ashamed, and be very much troubled: let them be turned back, and be ashamed very speedily.
