Bible Mutal (Kosraean)
1My spirit shall be wasted, my days shall be shortened, and only the grave remaineth for me.
1“Inge moul luk uh apkuran in safla. Arulana upa nu sik in momong; Wangin ma lula nu sik sayen kulyuk luk, su akoeyukla soaneyu.
2I have not sinned, and my eye abideth in bitterness.
2Nga liye lah mwet nukewa arulana aksruksrukeyu.
3Deliver me O Lord, and set me beside thee, and let any man’s hand fight against me.
3Nga kaskas pwayena, O God. Nunak munas, lulalfongi kas luk. Wangin mwet ac ku in iweyula fin tia kom.
4Thou hast set their heart far from understanding, therefore they shall not be exalted.
4Kom kaliya nunak lalos, pwanang elos tia ku in nunkauk kutena ma pwaye; Nimet lela elos in kutangyula inge.
5He promiseth a prey to his companions, and the eyes of his children shall fail.
5Soakas matu se fahk mu sie mwet fin kiapwela mwet kawuk lal ke sripen mani, Na tulik natul fah eis mwata ac keok kac.
6He hath made me as it were a byword of the people, and I am an example before them.
6Ac inge mwet uh orekmakin soakas se inge in lainyu; Elos tuku ac acni nu in mutuk.
7My eye is dim through indignation, and my limbs are brought as it were to nothing.
7Asor luk apkuranna in konela mutuk; Pouk ac niuk arulana minini oana lul uh.
8The just shall be astonished at this, and the innocent shall be raised up against the hypocrite.
8Mwet ma sifacna nunku mu elos suwos uh elos lut, Ac elos nukewa kasrkusrak ac fahk mu nga tia lulalfongi God.
9And the just man shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.
9Elos su sifacna pangon mu elos mwet suwoswos, Yokyokelikna nunkeya selos mu pwaye selos.
10Wherefore be you all converted, and come, and I shall not find among you any wise man.
10Tusruktu elos nukewa fin tuku ac tu ye mutuk, Nga lukun tia ku in konauk mu oasr siefanna selos lalmwetmet.
11My days have passed away, my thoughts are dissipated, tormenting my heart.
11“Len luk uh somla; ako luk uh tia orekla; Ac finsrak luk uh wanginla.
12They have turned night into day, and after darkness I hope for light again.
12A mwet kawuk luk uh fahk mu fong uh kalem; Elos fahk mu kalem uh apkuranme, Tusruk nga etu lah nga srakna muta in lohsr.
13If I wait hell is my house, and I have made my bed in darkness.
13Finsrak sefanna luk pa facl sin mwet misa, Yen su nga ac fah ona ac motul in lohsr uh.
14If I have said to rottenness: Thou art my father; to worms, my mother and my sister.
14Nga ac fah pangon kulyuk uh pa papa tumuk, Ac wet ma ac kangyula uh, Nga ac fah pangon mu nina kiuk ac tamtael luk.
15Where is now then my expectation, and who considereth my patience?
15Pia mwe finsrak luk uh? Su ku in liyauk lah oasr oya?
16All that I have shall go down into the deepest pit: thinkest thou that there at least I shall have rest?
16Finsrak uh ac fah tia ku in wiyu som Ke nga ac oatui nu in facl sin mwet misa.”
