1Singet dem HERRN ein neues Lied; singet dem HERRN alle Welt!
1O sing unto the LORD a new song; sing unto the LORD, all the earth.
2Singet dem HERRN und lobet seinen Namen; verkündiget von Tag zu Tage sein Heil!
2Sing unto the LORD, bless His name; proclaim His salvation from day to day.
3Erzählet unter den Heiden seine Ehre, unter allen Völkern seine Wunder.
3Declare His glory among the nations, His marvellous works among all the peoples.
4Denn der HERR ist groß und hoch zu loben, wunderbar über alle Götter.
4For great is the LORD, and highly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.
5Denn alle Götter der Völker sind Götzen; aber der HERR hat den Himmel gemacht.
5For all the gods of the peoples are things of nought; but the LORD made the heavens.
6Es stehet herrlich und prächtig vor ihm und gehet gewaltig und löblich zu in seinem Heiligtum.
6Honour and majesty are before Him; strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.
7Ihr Völker, bringet her dem HERRN, bringet her dem HERRN Ehre und Macht.
7Ascribe unto the LORD, ye kindreds of the peoples, ascribe unto the LORD glory and strength.
8Bringet her dem HERRN die Ehre seines Namens; bringet Geschenke und kommt in seine Vorhöfe!
8Ascribe unto the LORD the glory due unto His name; bring an offering, and come into His courts.
9Betet an den HERRN in heiligem Schmuck; es fürchte ihn alle Welt!
9O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness; tremble before Him, all the earth.
10Saget unter den Heiden, daß der HERR König sei und habe sein Reich, soweit die Welt ist, bereitet, daß es bleiben soll, und richtet die Völker recht.
10Say among the nations: 'The LORD reigneth.' The world also is established that it cannot be moved; He will judge the peoples with equity.
11Der Himmel freue sich, und die Erde sei fröhlich; das Meer brause und was darinnen ist;
11Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof;
12das Feld sei fröhlich und alles, was darauf ist; und lasset rühmen alle Bäume im Walde
12Let the field exult; and all that is therein; then shall all the trees of the wood sing for joy;
13vor dem HERRN; denn er kommt, denn er kommt, zu richten das Erdreich. Er wird den Erdboden richten mit Gerechtigkeit und die Völker mit seiner Wahrheit.
13Before the LORD, for He is come; for He is come to judge the earth; He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples in His faithfulness.
