1行為完全、遵行耶和華律法的， 這人便為有福！
1Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the LORD’s law.
2遵守他的法度、一心尋求他的， 這人便為有福！
2Blessed are those who keep his statutes, who seek him with their whole heart.
3這人不做非義的事， 但遵行他的道。
3Yes, they do nothing wrong. They walk in his ways.
4耶和華啊，你曾將你的訓詞吩咐我們， 為要我們殷勤遵守。
4You have commanded your precepts, that we should fully obey them.
5但願我行事堅定， 得以遵守你的律例。
5Oh that my ways were steadfast to obey your statutes!
6我看重你的一切命令， 就不至於羞愧。
6Then I wouldn’t be disappointed, when I consider all of your commandments.
7我學了你公義的判語， 就要以正直的心稱謝你。
7I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart, when I learn your righteous judgments.
8我必守你的律例； 求你總不要丟棄我！
8I will observe your statutes. Don’t utterly forsake me.
9少年人用甚麼潔淨他的行為呢？ 是要遵行你的話！
9How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word.
10我一心尋求了你； 求你不要叫我偏離你的命令。
10With my whole heart I have sought you. Don’t let me wander from your commandments.
11我將你的話藏在心裏， 免得我得罪你。
11I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
12耶和華啊，你是應當稱頌的！ 求你將你的律例教訓我！
12Blessed are you, LORD. Teach me your statutes.
13我用嘴唇傳揚你口中的一切典章。
13With my lips, I have declared all the ordinances of your mouth.
14我喜悅你的法度， 如同喜悅一切的財物。
14I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches.
15我要默想你的訓詞， 看重你的道路。
15I will meditate on your precepts, and consider your ways.
16我要在你的律例中自樂； 我不忘記你的話。
16I will delight myself in your statutes. I will not forget your word.
17求你用厚恩待你的僕人，使我存活， 我就遵守你的話。
17Do good to your servant. I will live and I will obey your word.
18求你開我的眼睛， 使我看出你律法中的奇妙。
18Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things out of your law.
19我是在地上作寄居的； 求你不要向我隱瞞你的命令！
19I am a stranger on the earth. Don’t hide your commandments from me.
20我時常切慕你的典章， 甚至心碎。
20My soul is consumed with longing for your ordinances at all times.
21受咒詛、偏離你命令的驕傲人， 你已經責備他們。
21You have rebuked the proud who are cursed, who wander from your commandments.
22求你除掉我所受的羞辱和藐視， 因我遵守你的法度。
22Take reproach and contempt away from me, for I have kept your statutes.
23雖有首領坐着妄論我， 你僕人卻思想你的律例。
23Though princes sit and slander me, your servant will meditate on your statutes.
24你的法度是我所喜樂的， 是我的謀士。
24Indeed your statutes are my delight, and my counselors.
25我的性命幾乎歸於塵土； 求你照你的話將我救活！
25My soul is laid low in the dust. Revive me according to your word!
26我述說我所行的，你應允了我； 求你將你的律例教訓我！
26I declared my ways, and you answered me. Teach me your statutes.
27求你使我明白你的訓詞， 我就思想你的奇事。
27Let me understand the teaching of your precepts! Then I will meditate on your wondrous works.
28我的心因愁苦而消化； 求你照你的話使我堅立！
28My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word.
29求你使我離開奸詐的道， 開恩將你的律法賜給我！
29Keep me from the way of deceit. Grant me your law graciously!
30我揀選了忠信的道， 將你的典章擺在 我面前 。
30I have chosen the way of truth. I have set your ordinances before me.
31我持守你的法度； 耶和華啊，求你不要叫我羞愧！
31I cling to your statutes, LORD. Don’t let me be disappointed.
32你開廣我心的時候， 我就往你命令的道上直奔。
32I run in the path of your commandments, for you have set my heart free.
33耶和華啊，求你將你的律例指教我， 我必遵守到底！
33Teach me, LORD, the way of your statutes. I will keep them to the end.
34求你賜我悟性，我便遵守你的律法， 且要一心遵守。
34Give me understanding, and I will keep your law. Yes, I will obey it with my whole heart.
35求你叫我遵行你的命令， 因為這是我所喜樂的。
35Direct me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in them.
36求你使我的心趨向你的法度， 不趨向非義之財。
36Turn my heart toward your statutes, not toward selfish gain.
37求你叫我轉眼不看虛假， 又叫我在你的道中生活。
37Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things. Revive me in your ways.
38你向敬畏你的人所應許的話， 求你向僕人堅定！
38Fulfill your promise to your servant, that you may be feared.
39求你使我所怕的羞辱遠離我， 因你的典章本為美。
39Take away my disgrace that I dread, for your ordinances are good.
40我羨慕你的訓詞； 求你使我在你的公義上生活！
40Behold, I long for your precepts! Revive me in your righteousness.
41耶和華啊，願你照你的話，使你的慈愛， 就是你的救恩，臨到我身上，
41Let your loving kindness also come to me, LORD, your salvation, according to your word.
42我就有話回答那羞辱我的， 因我倚靠你的話。
42So I will have an answer for him who reproaches me, for I trust in your word.
43求你叫真理的話總不離開我口， 因我仰望你的典章。
43Don’t snatch the word of truth out of my mouth, for I put my hope in your ordinances.
44我要常守你的律法， 直到永永遠遠。
44So I will obey your law continually, forever and ever.
45我要自由而行， 因我素來考究你的訓詞。
45I will walk in liberty, for I have sought your precepts.
46我也要在君王面前論說你的法度， 並不至於羞愧。
46I will also speak of your statutes before kings, and will not be disappointed.
47我要在你的命令中自樂； 這命令素來是我所愛的。
47I will delight myself in your commandments, because I love them.
48我又要遵行你的命令， 這命令素來是我所愛的； 我也要思想你的律例。
48I reach out my hands for your commandments, which I love. I will meditate on your statutes.
49求你記念向你僕人 所應許 的話， 叫我有盼望。
49Remember your word to your servant, because you gave me hope.
50這話將我救活了； 我在患難中，因此得安慰。
50This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me.
51驕傲的人甚侮慢我， 我卻未曾偏離你的律法。
51The arrogant mock me excessively, but I don’t swerve from your law.
52耶和華啊，我記念你從古以來的典章， 就得了安慰。
52I remember your ordinances of old, LORD, and have comforted myself.
53我見惡人離棄你的律法， 就怒氣發作，猶如火燒。
53Indignation has taken hold on me, because of the wicked who forsake your law.
54我在世寄居， 素來以你的律例為詩歌。
54Your statutes have been my songs in the house where I live.
55耶和華啊，我夜間記念你的名， 遵守你的律法。
55I have remembered your name, LORD, in the night, and I obey your law.
56我所以如此， 是因我守你的訓詞。
56This is my way, that I keep your precepts.
57耶和華是我的福分； 我曾說，我要遵守你的言語。
57The LORD is my portion. I promised to obey your words.
58我一心求過你的恩； 願你照你的話憐憫我！
58I sought your favor with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.
59我思想我所行的道， 就轉步歸向你的法度。
59I considered my ways, and turned my steps to your statutes.
60我急忙遵守你的命令， 並不遲延。
60I will hurry, and not delay, to obey your commandments.
61惡人的繩索纏繞我， 我卻沒有忘記你的律法。
61The ropes of the wicked bind me, but I won’t forget your law.
62我因你公義的典章， 半夜必起來稱謝你。
62At midnight I will rise to give thanks to you, because of your righteous ordinances.
63凡敬畏你、守你訓詞的人， 我都與他作伴。
63I am a friend of all those who fear you, of those who observe your precepts.
64耶和華啊，你的慈愛遍滿大地； 求你將你的律例教訓我！
64The earth is full of your loving kindness, LORD. Teach me your statutes.
65耶和華啊，你向來是照你的話善待僕人。
65You have treated your servant well, according to your word, LORD.
66求你將精明和知識賜給我， 因我信了你的命令。
66Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments.
67我未受苦以先走迷了路， 現在卻遵守你的話。
67Before I was afflicted, I went astray; but now I observe your word.
68你本為善，所行的也善； 求你將你的律例教訓我！
68You are good, and do good. Teach me your statutes.
69驕傲人編造謊言攻擊我， 我卻要一心守你的訓詞。
69The proud have smeared a lie upon me. With my whole heart, I will keep your precepts.
70他們心蒙脂油， 我卻喜愛你的律法。
70Their heart is as callous as the fat, but I delight in your law.
71我受苦是與我有益， 為要使我學習你的律例。
71It is good for me that I have been afflicted, that I may learn your statutes.
72你口中的訓言與我有益， 勝於千萬的金銀。
72The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
73你的手製造我，建立我； 求你賜我悟性，可以學習你的命令！
73Your hands have made me and formed me. Give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments.
74敬畏你的人見我就要歡喜， 因我仰望你的話。
74Those who fear you will see me and be glad, because I have put my hope in your word.
75耶和華啊，我知道你的判語是公義的； 你使我受苦是以誠實待我。
75LORD, I know that your judgments are righteous, that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.
76求你照着 應許 僕人的話， 以慈愛安慰我。
76Please let your loving kindness be for my comfort, according to your word to your servant.
77願你的慈悲臨到我，使我存活， 因你的律法是我所喜愛的。
77Let your tender mercies come to me, that I may live; for your law is my delight.
78願驕傲人蒙羞，因為他們無理地傾覆我； 但我要思想你的訓詞。
78Let the proud be disappointed, for they have overthrown me wrongfully. I will meditate on your precepts.
79願敬畏你的人歸向我， 他們就知道你的法度。
79Let those who fear you turn to me. They will know your statutes.
80願我的心在你的律例上完全， 使我不致蒙羞。
80Let my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be disappointed.
81我心渴想你的救恩， 仰望你的應許。
81My soul faints for your salvation. I hope in your word.
82我因盼望你的應許眼睛失明，說： 你何時安慰我？
82My eyes fail for your word. I say, “When will you comfort me?”
83我好像煙薰的皮袋， 卻不忘記你的律例。
83For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke. I don’t forget your statutes.
84你僕人的年日有多少呢？ 你幾時向逼迫我的人施行審判呢？
84How many are the days of your servant? When will you execute judgment on those who persecute me?
85不從你律法的驕傲人為我掘了坑。
85The proud have dug pits for me, contrary to your law.
86你的命令盡都誠實； 他們無理地逼迫我，求你幫助我！
86All of your commandments are faithful. They persecute me wrongfully. Help me!
87他們幾乎把我從世上滅絕， 但我沒有離棄你的訓詞。
87They had almost wiped me from the earth, but I didn’t forsake your precepts.
88求你照你的慈愛將我救活， 我就遵守你口中的法度。
88Preserve my life according to your loving kindness, so I will obey the statutes of your mouth.
89耶和華啊，你的話安定在天， 直到永遠。
89LORD, your word is settled in heaven forever.
90你的誠實存到萬代； 你堅定了地，地就長存。
90Your faithfulness is to all generations. You have established the earth, and it remains.
91天地照你的安排存到今日； 萬物都是你的僕役。
91Your laws remain to this day, for all things serve you.
92我若不是喜愛你的律法， 早就在苦難中滅絕了！
92Unless your law had been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.
93我永不忘記你的訓詞， 因你用這訓詞將我救活了。
93I will never forget your precepts, for with them, you have revived me.
94我是屬你的，求你救我， 因我尋求了你的訓詞。
94I am yours. Save me, for I have sought your precepts.
95惡人等待我，要滅絕我， 我卻要揣摩你的法度。
95The wicked have waited for me, to destroy me. I will consider your statutes.
96我看萬事盡都有限， 惟有你的命令極其寬廣。
96I have seen a limit to all perfection, but your commands are boundless.
97我何等愛慕你的律法， 終日不住地思想。
97How I love your law! It is my meditation all day.
98你的命令常存在我心裏， 使我比仇敵有智慧。
98Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for your commandments are always with me.
99我比我的師傅更通達， 因我思想你的法度。
99I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation.
100我比年老的更明白， 因我守了你的訓詞。
100I understand more than the aged, because I have kept your precepts.
101我禁止我腳走一切的邪路， 為要遵守你的話。
101I have kept my feet from every evil way, that I might observe your word.
102我沒有偏離你的典章， 因為你教訓了我。
102I have not turned away from your ordinances, for you have taught me.
103你的言語在我上膛何等甘美， 在我口中比蜜更甜！
103How sweet are your promises to my taste, more than honey to my mouth!
104我藉着你的訓詞得以明白， 所以我恨一切的假道。
104Through your precepts, I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.
105你的話是我腳前的燈， 是我路上的光。
105Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.
106你公義的典章，我曾起誓遵守， 我必按誓而行。
106I have sworn, and have confirmed it, that I will obey your righteous ordinances.
107我甚是受苦； 耶和華啊，求你照你的話將我救活！
107I am afflicted very much. Revive me, LORD, according to your word.
108耶和華啊，求你悅納我口中的讚美為供物， 又將你的典章教訓我！
108Accept, I beg you, the willing offerings of my mouth. LORD, teach me your ordinances.
109我的性命常在危險之中， 我卻不忘記你的律法。
109My soul is continually in my hand, yet I won’t forget your law.
110惡人為我設下網羅， 我卻沒有偏離你的訓詞。
110The wicked have laid a snare for me, yet I haven’t gone astray from your precepts.
111我以你的法度為永遠的產業， 因這是我心中所喜愛的。
111I have taken your testimonies as a heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.
112我的心專向你的律例， 永遠遵行，一直到底。
112I have set my heart to perform your statutes forever, even to the end.
113心懷二意的人為我所恨； 但你的律法為我所愛。
113I hate double-minded men, but I love your law.
114你是我藏身之處，又是我的盾牌； 我甚仰望你的話語。
114You are my hiding place and my shield. I hope in your word.
115作惡的人哪，你們離開我吧！ 我好遵守我上帝的命令。
115Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.
116求你照你的話扶持我，使我存活， 也不叫我因失望而害羞。
116Uphold me according to your word, that I may live. Let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117求你扶持我，我便得救， 時常看重你的律例。
117Hold me up, and I will be safe, and will have respect for your statutes continually.
118凡偏離你律例的人，你都輕棄他們， 因為他們的詭詐必歸虛空。
118You reject all those who stray from your statutes, for their deceit is in vain.
119凡地上的惡人，你除掉他，好像除掉渣滓； 因此我愛你的法度。
119You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross. Therefore I love your testimonies.
120我因懼怕你，肉就發抖； 我也怕你的判語。
120My flesh trembles for fear of you. I am afraid of your judgments.
121我行過公平和公義， 求你不要撇下我給欺壓我的人！
121I have done what is just and righteous. Don’t leave me to my oppressors.
122求你為僕人作保，使我得好處， 不容驕傲人欺壓我！
122Ensure your servant’s well-being. Don’t let the proud oppress me.
123我因盼望你的救恩 和你公義的話眼睛失明。
123My eyes fail looking for your salvation, for your righteous word.
124求你照你的慈愛待僕人， 將你的律例教訓我。
124Deal with your servant according to your loving kindness. Teach me your statutes.
125我是你的僕人，求你賜我悟性， 使我得知你的法度。
125I am your servant. Give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies.
126這是耶和華降罰的時候， 因人廢了你的律法。
126It is time to act, LORD, for they break your law.
127所以，我愛你的命令勝於金子， 更勝於精金。
127Therefore I love your commandments more than gold, yes, more than pure gold.
128你一切的訓詞，在萬事上我都以為正直； 我卻恨惡一切假道。
128Therefore I consider all of your precepts to be right. I hate every false way.
129你的法度奇妙， 所以我一心謹守。
129Your testimonies are wonderful, therefore my soul keeps them.
130你的言語一解開就發出亮光， 使愚人通達。
130The entrance of your words gives light. It gives understanding to the simple.
131我張口而氣喘， 因我切慕你的命令。
131I opened my mouth wide and panted, for I longed for your commandments.
132求你轉向我，憐憫我， 好像你素常待那些愛你名的人。
132Turn to me, and have mercy on me, as you always do to those who love your name.
133求你用你的話使我腳步穩當， 不許甚麼罪孽轄制我。
133Establish my footsteps in your word. Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me.
134求你救我脫離人的欺壓， 我要遵守你的訓詞。
134Redeem me from the oppression of man, so I will observe your precepts.
135求你用臉光照僕人， 又將你的律例教訓我。
135Make your face shine on your servant. Teach me your statutes.
136我的眼淚下流成河， 因為他們不守你的律法。
136Streams of tears run down my eyes, because they don’t observe your law.
137耶和華啊，你是公義的； 你的判語也是正直的！
137You are righteous, LORD. Your judgments are upright.
138你所命定的法度是憑公義和至誠。
138You have commanded your statutes in righteousness. They are fully trustworthy.
139我心焦急，如同火燒， 因我敵人忘記你的言語。
139My zeal wears me out, because my enemies ignore your words.
140你的話極其精煉， 所以你的僕人喜愛。
140Your promises have been thoroughly tested, and your servant loves them.
141我微小，被人藐視， 卻不忘記你的訓詞。
141I am small and despised. I don’t forget your precepts.
142你的公義永遠長存； 你的律法盡都真實。
142Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness. Your law is truth.
143我遭遇患難愁苦， 你的命令卻是我所喜愛的。
143Trouble and anguish have taken hold of me. Your commandments are my delight.
144你的法度永遠是公義的； 求你賜我悟性，我就活了。
144Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding, that I may live.
145耶和華啊，我一心呼籲你； 求你應允我，我必謹守你的律例！
145I have called with my whole heart. Answer me, LORD! I will keep your statutes.
146我向你呼籲，求你救我！ 我要遵守你的法度。
146I have called to you. Save me! I will obey your statutes.
147我趁天未亮呼求； 我仰望了你的言語。
147I rise before dawn and cry for help. I put my hope in your words.
148我趁夜更未換將眼睜開， 為要思想你的話語。
148My eyes stay open through the night watches, that I might meditate on your word.
149求你照你的慈愛聽我的聲音； 耶和華啊，求你照你的典章將我救活！
149Hear my voice according to your loving kindness. Revive me, LORD, according to your ordinances.
150追求奸惡的人臨近了； 他們遠離你的律法。
150They draw near who follow after wickedness. They are far from your law.
151耶和華啊，你與我相近； 你一切的命令盡都真實！
151You are near, LORD. All your commandments are truth.
152我因 學 你的法度， 久已知道是你永遠立定的。
152Of old I have known from your testimonies, that you have founded them forever.
153求你看顧我的苦難，搭救我， 因我不忘記你的律法。
153Consider my affliction, and deliver me, for I don’t forget your law.
154求你為我辨屈，救贖我， 照你的話將我救活。
154Plead my cause, and redeem me! Revive me according to your promise.
155救恩遠離惡人， 因為他們不尋求你的律例。
155Salvation is far from the wicked, for they don’t seek your statutes.
156耶和華啊，你的慈悲本為大； 求你照你的典章將我救活。
156Great are your tender mercies, LORD. Revive me according to your ordinances.
157逼迫我的，抵擋我的，很多， 我卻沒有偏離你的法度。
157Many are my persecutors and my adversaries. I haven’t swerved from your testimonies.
158我看見奸惡的人就甚憎惡， 因為他們不遵守你的話。
158I look at the faithless with loathing, because they don’t observe your word.
159你看我怎樣愛你的訓詞！ 耶和華啊，求你照你的慈愛將我救活！
159Consider how I love your precepts. Revive me, LORD, according to your loving kindness.
160你話的總綱是真實； 你一切公義的典章是永遠長存。
160All of your words are truth. Every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever.
161首領無故地逼迫我， 但我的心畏懼你的言語。
161Princes have persecuted me without a cause, but my heart stands in awe of your words.
162我喜愛你的話， 好像人得了許多擄物。
162I rejoice at your word, as one who finds great plunder.
163謊話是我所恨惡所憎嫌的； 惟你的律法是我所愛的。
163I hate and abhor falsehood. I love your law.
164我因你公義的典章一天七次讚美你。
164Seven times a day, I praise you, because of your righteous ordinances.
165愛你律法的人有大平安， 甚麼都不能使他們絆腳。
165Those who love your law have great peace. Nothing causes them to stumble.
166耶和華啊，我仰望了你的救恩， 遵行了你的命令。
166I have hoped for your salvation, LORD. I have done your commandments.
167我心裏守了你的法度； 這法度我甚喜愛。
167My soul has observed your testimonies. I love them exceedingly.
168我遵守了你的訓詞和法度， 因我一切所行的都在你面前。
168I have obeyed your precepts and your testimonies, for all my ways are before you.
169耶和華啊，願我的呼籲達到你面前， 照你的話賜我悟性。
169Let my cry come before you, LORD. Give me understanding according to your word.
170願我的懇求達到你面前， 照你的話搭救我。
170Let my supplication come before you. Deliver me according to your word.
171願我的嘴發出讚美的話， 因為你將律例教訓我。
171Let my lips utter praise, for you teach me your statutes.
172願我的舌頭歌唱你的話， 因你一切的命令盡都公義。
172Let my tongue sing of your word, for all your commandments are righteousness.
173願你用手幫助我， 因我揀選了你的訓詞。
173Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.

174I have longed for your salvation, LORD. Your law is my delight.
