1行为完全、遵行耶和华律法的， 这人便为有福！
1Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the LORD’s law.
2遵守他的法度、一心寻求他的， 这人便为有福！
2Blessed are those who keep his statutes, who seek him with their whole heart.
3这人不做非义的事， 但遵行他的道。
3Yes, they do nothing wrong. They walk in his ways.
4耶和华啊，你曾将你的训词吩咐我们， 为要我们殷勤遵守。
4You have commanded your precepts, that we should fully obey them.
5但愿我行事坚定， 得以遵守你的律例。
5Oh that my ways were steadfast to obey your statutes!
6我看重你的一切命令， 就不至于羞愧。
6Then I wouldn’t be disappointed, when I consider all of your commandments.
7我学了你公义的判语， 就要以正直的心称谢你。
7I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart, when I learn your righteous judgments.
8我必守你的律例； 求你总不要丢弃我！
8I will observe your statutes. Don’t utterly forsake me.
9少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢？ 是要遵行你的话！
9How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word.
10我一心寻求了你； 求你不要叫我偏离你的命令。
10With my whole heart I have sought you. Don’t let me wander from your commandments.
11我将你的话藏在心里， 免得我得罪你。
11I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
12耶和华啊，你是应当称颂的！ 求你将你的律例教训我！
12Blessed are you, LORD. Teach me your statutes.
13我用嘴唇传扬你口中的一切典章。
13With my lips, I have declared all the ordinances of your mouth.
14我喜悦你的法度， 如同喜悦一切的财物。
14I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches.
15我要默想你的训词， 看重你的道路。
15I will meditate on your precepts, and consider your ways.
16我要在你的律例中自乐； 我不忘记你的话。
16I will delight myself in your statutes. I will not forget your word.
17求你用厚恩待你的仆人，使我存活， 我就遵守你的话。
17Do good to your servant. I will live and I will obey your word.
18求你开我的眼睛， 使我看出你律法中的奇妙。
18Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things out of your law.
19我是在地上作寄居的； 求你不要向我隐瞒你的命令！
19I am a stranger on the earth. Don’t hide your commandments from me.
20我时常切慕你的典章， 甚至心碎。
20My soul is consumed with longing for your ordinances at all times.
21受咒诅、偏离你命令的骄傲人， 你已经责备他们。
21You have rebuked the proud who are cursed, who wander from your commandments.
22求你除掉我所受的羞辱和藐视， 因我遵守你的法度。
22Take reproach and contempt away from me, for I have kept your statutes.

23Though princes sit and slander me, your servant will meditate on your statutes.

24Indeed your statutes are my delight, and my counselors.
25我的性命几乎归于尘土； 求你照你的话将我救活！
25My soul is laid low in the dust. Revive me according to your word!
26我述说我所行的，你应允了我； 求你将你的律例教训我！
26I declared my ways, and you answered me. Teach me your statutes.
27求你使我明白你的训词， 我就思想你的奇事。
27Let me understand the teaching of your precepts! Then I will meditate on your wondrous works.
28我的心因愁苦而消化； 求你照你的话使我坚立！
28My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word.
29求你使我离开奸诈的道， 开恩将你的律法赐给我！
29Keep me from the way of deceit. Grant me your law graciously!
30我拣选了忠信的道， 将你的典章摆在 我面前 。
30I have chosen the way of truth. I have set your ordinances before me.
31我持守你的法度； 耶和华啊，求你不要叫我羞愧！
31I cling to your statutes, LORD. Don’t let me be disappointed.
32你开广我心的时候， 我就往你命令的道上直奔。
32I run in the path of your commandments, for you have set my heart free.
33耶和华啊，求你将你的律例指教我， 我必遵守到底！
33Teach me, LORD, the way of your statutes. I will keep them to the end.
34求你赐我悟性，我便遵守你的律法， 且要一心遵守。
34Give me understanding, and I will keep your law. Yes, I will obey it with my whole heart.
35求你叫我遵行你的命令， 因为这是我所喜乐的。
35Direct me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in them.
36求你使我的心趋向你的法度， 不趋向非义之财。
36Turn my heart toward your statutes, not toward selfish gain.
37求你叫我转眼不看虚假， 又叫我在你的道中生活。
37Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things. Revive me in your ways.
38你向敬畏你的人所应许的话， 求你向仆人坚定！
38Fulfill your promise to your servant, that you may be feared.
39求你使我所怕的羞辱远离我， 因你的典章本为美。
39Take away my disgrace that I dread, for your ordinances are good.
40我羡慕你的训词； 求你使我在你的公义上生活！
40Behold, I long for your precepts! Revive me in your righteousness.
41耶和华啊，愿你照你的话，使你的慈爱， 就是你的救恩，临到我身上，
41Let your loving kindness also come to me, LORD, your salvation, according to your word.
42我就有话回答那羞辱我的， 因我倚靠你的话。
42So I will have an answer for him who reproaches me, for I trust in your word.
43求你叫真理的话总不离开我口， 因我仰望你的典章。
43Don’t snatch the word of truth out of my mouth, for I put my hope in your ordinances.
44我要常守你的律法， 直到永永远远。
44So I will obey your law continually, forever and ever.
45我要自由而行， 因我素来考究你的训词。
45I will walk in liberty, for I have sought your precepts.
46我也要在君王面前论说你的法度， 并不至于羞愧。
46I will also speak of your statutes before kings, and will not be disappointed.
47我要在你的命令中自乐； 这命令素来是我所爱的。
47I will delight myself in your commandments, because I love them.
48我又要遵行你的命令， 这命令素来是我所爱的； 我也要思想你的律例。
48I reach out my hands for your commandments, which I love. I will meditate on your statutes.
49求你记念向你仆人 所应许 的话， 叫我有盼望。
49Remember your word to your servant, because you gave me hope.
50这话将我救活了； 我在患难中，因此得安慰。
50This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me.
51骄傲的人甚侮慢我， 我却未曾偏离你的律法。
51The arrogant mock me excessively, but I don’t swerve from your law.
52耶和华啊，我记念你从古以来的典章， 就得了安慰。
52I remember your ordinances of old, LORD, and have comforted myself.
53我见恶人离弃你的律法， 就怒气发作，犹如火烧。
53Indignation has taken hold on me, because of the wicked who forsake your law.
54我在世寄居， 素来以你的律例为诗歌。
54Your statutes have been my songs in the house where I live.
55耶和华啊，我夜间记念你的名， 遵守你的律法。
55I have remembered your name, LORD, in the night, and I obey your law.
56我所以如此， 是因我守你的训词。
56This is my way, that I keep your precepts.
57耶和华是我的福分； 我曾说，我要遵守你的言语。
57The LORD is my portion. I promised to obey your words.
58我一心求过你的恩； 愿你照你的话怜悯我！
58I sought your favor with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.
59我思想我所行的道， 就转步归向你的法度。
59I considered my ways, and turned my steps to your statutes.
60我急忙遵守你的命令， 并不迟延。
60I will hurry, and not delay, to obey your commandments.
61恶人的绳索缠绕我， 我却没有忘记你的律法。
61The ropes of the wicked bind me, but I won’t forget your law.
62我因你公义的典章， 半夜必起来称谢你。
62At midnight I will rise to give thanks to you, because of your righteous ordinances.
63凡敬畏你、守你训词的人， 我都与他作伴。
63I am a friend of all those who fear you, of those who observe your precepts.
64耶和华啊，你的慈爱遍满大地； 求你将你的律例教训我！
64The earth is full of your loving kindness, LORD. Teach me your statutes.
65耶和华啊，你向来是照你的话善待仆人。
65You have treated your servant well, according to your word, LORD.
66求你将精明和知识赐给我， 因我信了你的命令。
66Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments.
67我未受苦以先走迷了路， 现在却遵守你的话。
67Before I was afflicted, I went astray; but now I observe your word.
68你本为善，所行的也善； 求你将你的律例教训我！
68You are good, and do good. Teach me your statutes.
69骄傲人编造谎言攻击我， 我却要一心守你的训词。
69The proud have smeared a lie upon me. With my whole heart, I will keep your precepts.
70他们心蒙脂油， 我却喜爱你的律法。
70Their heart is as callous as the fat, but I delight in your law.
71我受苦是与我有益， 为要使我学习你的律例。
71It is good for me that I have been afflicted, that I may learn your statutes.
72你口中的训言与我有益， 胜于千万的金银。
72The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
73你的手制造我，建立我； 求你赐我悟性，可以学习你的命令！
73Your hands have made me and formed me. Give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments.
74敬畏你的人见我就要欢喜， 因我仰望你的话。
74Those who fear you will see me and be glad, because I have put my hope in your word.
75耶和华啊，我知道你的判语是公义的； 你使我受苦是以诚实待我。
75LORD, I know that your judgments are righteous, that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.
76求你照着 应许 仆人的话， 以慈爱安慰我。
76Please let your loving kindness be for my comfort, according to your word to your servant.
77愿你的慈悲临到我，使我存活， 因你的律法是我所喜爱的。
77Let your tender mercies come to me, that I may live; for your law is my delight.
78愿骄傲人蒙羞，因为他们无理地倾覆我； 但我要思想你的训词。
78Let the proud be disappointed, for they have overthrown me wrongfully. I will meditate on your precepts.
79愿敬畏你的人归向我， 他们就知道你的法度。
79Let those who fear you turn to me. They will know your statutes.
80愿我的心在你的律例上完全， 使我不致蒙羞。
80Let my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be disappointed.
81我心渴想你的救恩， 仰望你的应许。
81My soul faints for your salvation. I hope in your word.
82我因盼望你的应许眼睛失明，说： 你何时安慰我？
82My eyes fail for your word. I say, “When will you comfort me?”
83我好像烟薰的皮袋， 却不忘记你的律例。
83For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke. I don’t forget your statutes.
84你仆人的年日有多少呢？ 你几时向逼迫我的人施行审判呢？
84How many are the days of your servant? When will you execute judgment on those who persecute me?
85不从你律法的骄傲人为我掘了坑。
85The proud have dug pits for me, contrary to your law.
86你的命令尽都诚实； 他们无理地逼迫我，求你帮助我！
86All of your commandments are faithful. They persecute me wrongfully. Help me!
87他们几乎把我从世上灭绝， 但我没有离弃你的训词。
87They had almost wiped me from the earth, but I didn’t forsake your precepts.
88求你照你的慈爱将我救活， 我就遵守你口中的法度。
88Preserve my life according to your loving kindness, so I will obey the statutes of your mouth.
89耶和华啊，你的话安定在天， 直到永远。
89LORD, your word is settled in heaven forever.
90你的诚实存到万代； 你坚定了地，地就长存。
90Your faithfulness is to all generations. You have established the earth, and it remains.
91天地照你的安排存到今日； 万物都是你的仆役。
91Your laws remain to this day, for all things serve you.
92我若不是喜爱你的律法， 早就在苦难中灭绝了！
92Unless your law had been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.
93我永不忘记你的训词， 因你用这训词将我救活了。
93I will never forget your precepts, for with them, you have revived me.
94我是属你的，求你救我， 因我寻求了你的训词。
94I am yours. Save me, for I have sought your precepts.
95恶人等待我，要灭绝我， 我却要揣摩你的法度。
95The wicked have waited for me, to destroy me. I will consider your statutes.

97How I love your law! It is my meditation all day.

99I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation.

101I have kept my feet from every evil way, that I might observe your word.

103How sweet are your promises to my taste, more than honey to my mouth!

104Through your precepts, I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.
105你的话是我脚前的灯， 是我路上的光。
105Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.
106你公义的典章，我曾起誓遵守， 我必按誓而行。
106I have sworn, and have confirmed it, that I will obey your righteous ordinances.
107我甚是受苦； 耶和华啊，求你照你的话将我救活！
107I am afflicted very much. Revive me, LORD, according to your word.

108Accept, I beg you, the willing offerings of my mouth. LORD, teach me your ordinances.
109我的性命常在危险之中， 我却不忘记你的律法。
109My soul is continually in my hand, yet I won’t forget your law.
110恶人为我设下网罗， 我却没有偏离你的训词。
110The wicked have laid a snare for me, yet I haven’t gone astray from your precepts.
111我以你的法度为永远的产业， 因这是我心中所喜爱的。
111I have taken your testimonies as a heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.

113I hate double-minded men, but I love your law.

118凡偏离你律例的人，你都轻弃他们， 因为他们的诡诈必归虚空。
118You reject all those who stray from your statutes, for their deceit is in vain.
119凡地上的恶人，你除掉他，好像除掉渣滓； 因此我爱你的法度。
119You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross. Therefore I love your testimonies.
120我因惧怕你，肉就发抖； 我也怕你的判语。
120My flesh trembles for fear of you. I am afraid of your judgments.
121我行过公平和公义， 求你不要撇下我给欺压我的人！
121I have done what is just and righteous. Don’t leave me to my oppressors.
122求你为仆人作保，使我得好处， 不容骄傲人欺压我！
122Ensure your servant’s well-being. Don’t let the proud oppress me.
123我因盼望你的救恩 和你公义的话眼睛失明。
123My eyes fail looking for your salvation, for your righteous word.
124求你照你的慈爱待仆人， 将你的律例教训我。
124Deal with your servant according to your loving kindness. Teach me your statutes.
125我是你的仆人，求你赐我悟性， 使我得知你的法度。
125I am your servant. Give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies.

126It is time to act, LORD, for they break your law.

128你一切的训词，在万事上我都以为正直； 我却恨恶一切假道。
128Therefore I consider all of your precepts to be right. I hate every false way.

137You are righteous, LORD. Your judgments are upright.

139My zeal wears me out, because my enemies ignore your words.

140Your promises have been thoroughly tested, and your servant loves them.
141我微小，被人藐视， 却不忘记你的训词。
141I am small and despised. I don’t forget your precepts.
142你的公义永远长存； 你的律法尽都真实。
142Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness. Your law is truth.
143我遭遇患难愁苦， 你的命令却是我所喜爱的。
143Trouble and anguish have taken hold of me. Your commandments are my delight.

144Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding, that I may live.

150追求奸恶的人临近了； 他们远离你的律法。
150They draw near who follow after wickedness. They are far from your law.
151耶和华啊，你与我相近； 你一切的命令尽都真实！
151You are near, LORD. All your commandments are truth.
152我因 学 你的法度， 久已知道是你永远立定的。
152Of old I have known from your testimonies, that you have founded them forever.
153求你看顾我的苦难，搭救我， 因我不忘记你的律法。
153Consider my affliction, and deliver me, for I don’t forget your law.
154求你为我辨屈，救赎我， 照你的话将我救活。
154Plead my cause, and redeem me! Revive me according to your promise.
155救恩远离恶人， 因为他们不寻求你的律例。
155Salvation is far from the wicked, for they don’t seek your statutes.

158I look at the faithless with loathing, because they don’t observe your word.

159Consider how I love your precepts. Revive me, LORD, according to your loving kindness.
160你话的总纲是真实； 你一切公义的典章是永远长存。
160All of your words are truth. Every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever.
161首领无故地逼迫我， 但我的心畏惧你的言语。
161Princes have persecuted me without a cause, but my heart stands in awe of your words.
162我喜爱你的话， 好像人得了许多掳物。
162I rejoice at your word, as one who finds great plunder.
163谎话是我所恨恶所憎嫌的； 惟你的律法是我所爱的。
163I hate and abhor falsehood. I love your law.
164我因你公义的典章一天七次赞美你。
164Seven times a day, I praise you, because of your righteous ordinances.
165爱你律法的人有大平安， 什么都不能使他们绊脚。
165Those who love your law have great peace. Nothing causes them to stumble.
166耶和华啊，我仰望了你的救恩， 遵行了你的命令。
166I have hoped for your salvation, LORD. I have done your commandments.
167我心里守了你的法度； 这法度我甚喜爱。
167My soul has observed your testimonies. I love them exceedingly.
168我遵守了你的训词和法度， 因我一切所行的都在你面前。
168I have obeyed your precepts and your testimonies, for all my ways are before you.
169耶和华啊，愿我的呼吁达到你面前， 照你的话赐我悟性。
169Let my cry come before you, LORD. Give me understanding according to your word.
170愿我的恳求达到你面前， 照你的话搭救我。
170Let my supplication come before you. Deliver me according to your word.
171愿我的嘴发出赞美的话， 因为你将律例教训我。
