1Aw ka hinghaih, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek ah; kai ih takoh thungah kaomnawk boih, anih ih ciimcai ahmin to pakoeh oh.
1Bless the LORD, O my soul; all that is within me, bless His holy name.
2Aw ka hinghaih, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek ah, ang paek ih kahoih hmuennawk boih to pahnet hmah;
2Bless the LORD, O my soul, and do not forget all His kind deeds—
3Anih mah ni na zaehaihnawk to tahmen moe, na nathaihnawk boih to hoihsak,
3He who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases,
4amrohaih thung hoiah na hinghaih to akrang moe, amlunghaih hoi a palungnathaih hoiah na lu to ang khuk pae,
4who redeems your life from the Pit and crowns you with loving devotion and compassion,
5na tha oh lihaih to tahmu baktiah angthasak hanah, kahoih hmuen hoiah na koehhaih to akoepsak.
5who satisfies you with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6Angraeng loe pacaekthlaekhaih tongh kaminawk to katoeng ah lokcaek.
6The LORD executes righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
7Mosi khaeah angmah ih loklam to panoeksak moe, Israel caanawk khaeah a sak ih hmuennawk to panoeksak.
7He made known His ways to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel.
8Angraeng loe palungnathaih hoi amlunghaih to tawnh, palung sawk, anih loe palungnathaih hoiah koi.
8The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion.
9Anih loe zaehaih net poe mak ai; palung doeh phui poe mak ai.
9He will not always accuse us, nor harbor His anger forever.
10Anih loe aicae zaehaih baktiah lokcaek ai; a sakpazae o haih baktiah doeh pathok ai.
10He has not dealt with us according to our sins or repaid us according to our iniquities.
11Van loe long pongah sang kue baktih toengah, anih zii kaminawk hanah anih palungnathaih loe len parai.
11For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His loving devotion for those who fear Him.
12Ni angyae hoi niduem loe angthla parai baktih toengah, aicae zaehaih to kangthla ah ang takhoe pae ving boeh.
12As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13Ampa mah a caanawk tahmen baktih toengah, anih zii kaminawk loe Angraeng mah tahmen.
13As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.
14Aicae hae kawbangah maw a sak, tito anih mah panoek; aicae loe maiphu ah ni a oh o, tiah anih mah panoek.
14For He knows our frame; He is mindful that we are dust.
15Kami hinghaih aninawk loe qam baktih, lawk ih apawk baktiah ni oh.
15As for man, his days are like grass— he blooms like a flower of the field;
16Takhi song naah apawk loe anghmat boih, a ohhaih ahmuen mataeng doeh panoek thai ai boeh.
16when the wind passes over, it vanishes, and its place remembers it no more.
17Toe anih zithaih tawn kaminawk khaeah loe, Angraeng amlunghaih to dungzan hoi dungzan khoek to oh, a toenghaih loe a caanawk ih a caanawk patoeng khoek to oh,
17But from everlasting to everlasting the loving devotion of the LORD extends to those who fear Him, and His righteousness to their children’s children—
18a lokmaihaih aek ai kaminawk hoiah a paek ih loknawk pazui han panoek kaminawk loe to tiah om o tih.
18to those who keep His covenant and remember to obey His precepts.
19Angraeng loe angmah ih angraeng tangkhang to van ah caksak moe, a ukhaih prae mah pazawk boih.
19The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.
20Thacak moe, a thuih ih lok baktiah kasah, nangcae angmah ih vankaminawk, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek oh.
20Bless the LORD, all His angels mighty in strength who carry out His word, who hearken to the voice of His command.
21Anih koehhaih kasah, a toksah kaminawk boih, anih ih misatuh kaminawk boih, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek oh.
21Bless the LORD, all His hosts, you servants who do His will.
22A ukhaih prae thung ih ahmuen kruekah kaom a toksah kaminawk, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek oh; Aw ka hinghaih, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek ah.
22Bless the LORD, all His works in all places of His dominion. Bless the LORD, O my soul!
