1Contend with my opponents, O LORD; fight against those who fight against me.
1耶和華啊，與我相爭的，求你與他們相爭！ 與我相戰的，求你與他們相戰！
2Take up Your shield and buckler; arise and come to my aid.
2拿着大小的盾牌， 起來幫助我。
3Draw the spear and javelin against my pursuers; say to my soul: “I am your salvation.”
3抽出槍來，擋住那追趕我的； 求你對我的靈魂說：我是拯救你的。
4May those who seek my life be disgraced and put to shame; may those who plan to harm me be driven back and confounded.
4願那尋索我命的，蒙羞受辱！ 願那謀害我的，退後羞愧！
5May they be like chaff in the wind, as the angel of the LORD drives them away.
5願他們像風前的糠， 有耶和華的使者趕逐他們。
6May their path be dark and slick, as the angel of the LORD pursues.
6願他們的道路又暗又滑， 有耶和華的使者追趕他們。
7For without cause they laid their net for me; without reason they dug a pit for my soul.
7因他們無故地為我暗設網羅， 無故地挖坑，要害我的性命。
8May ruin befall them by surprise; may the net they hid ensnare them; may they fall into the hazard they created.
8願災禍忽然臨到他身上！ 願他暗設的網纏住自己！ 願他落在其中遭災禍！
9Then my soul will rejoice in the LORD and exult in His salvation.
9我的心必靠耶和華快樂， 靠他的救恩高興。
10All my bones will exclaim, “Who is like You, O LORD, who delivers the afflicted from the aggressor, the poor and needy from the robber?”
10我的骨頭都要說： 耶和華啊，誰能像你 救護困苦人脫離那比他強壯的， 救護困苦窮乏人脫離那搶奪他的？
11Hostile witnesses come forward; they make charges I know nothing about.
11凶惡的見證人起來， 盤問我所不知道的事。
12They repay me evil for good, to the bereavement of my soul.
12他們向我以惡報善， 使我的靈魂孤苦。
13Yet when they were ill, I put on sackcloth; I humbled myself with fasting, but my prayers returned unanswered.
13至於我，當他們有病的時候， 我便穿麻衣，禁食，刻苦己心； 我所求的都歸到自己的懷中。
14I paced about as for my friend or brother; I was bowed down with grief, like one mourning for his mother.
14我這樣行，好像他是我的朋友，我的弟兄； 我屈身悲哀，如同人為母親哀痛。
15But when I stumbled, they assembled in glee; they gathered together against me. Assailants I did not know slandered me without ceasing.
15我在患難中，他們卻歡喜，大家聚集。 我所不認識的那些下流人聚集攻擊我； 他們不住地把我撕裂。
16Like godless jesters at a feast, they gnashed their teeth at me.
16他們如同席上好嬉笑的狂妄人向我咬牙。
17How long, O Lord, will You look on? Rescue my soul from their ravages, my precious life from these lions.
17主啊，你看着不理要到幾時呢？ 求你救我的靈魂脫離他們的殘害！ 救我的生命脫離少壯獅子！
18Then I will give You thanks in the great assembly; I will praise You among many people.
18我在大會中要稱謝你， 在眾民中要讚美你。
19Let not my enemies gloat over me without cause, nor those who hate me without reason wink in malice.
19求你不容那無理與我為仇的向我誇耀！ 不容那無故恨我的向我擠眼！
20For they do not speak peace, but they devise deceitful schemes against those who live quietly in the land.
20因為他們不說和平話， 倒想出詭詐的言語害地上的安靜人。
21They gape at me and say, “Aha, aha! Our eyes have seen!”
21他們大大張口攻擊我，說： 阿哈，阿哈，我們的眼已經看見了！
22O LORD, You have seen it; be not silent. O Lord, be not far from me.
22耶和華啊，你已經看見了，求你不要閉口！ 主啊，求你不要遠離我！
23Awake and rise to my defense, to my cause, my God and my Lord!
23我的上帝我的主啊，求你奮興醒起， 判清我的事，伸明我的冤！
24Vindicate me by Your righteousness, O LORD my God, and do not let them gloat over me.
24耶和華－我的上帝啊，求你按你的公義判斷我， 不容他們向我誇耀！
25Let them not say in their hearts, “Aha, just what we wanted!” Let them not say, “We have swallowed him up!”
25不容他們心裏說：阿哈，遂我們的心願了！ 不容他們說：我們已經把他吞了！
26May those who gloat in my distress be ashamed and confounded; may those who exalt themselves over me be clothed in shame and reproach.
26願那喜歡我遭難的一同抱愧蒙羞！ 願那向我妄自尊大的披慚愧，蒙羞辱！
27May those who favor my vindication shout for joy and gladness; may they always say, “Exalted be the LORD who delights in His servant’s well-being.”
27願那喜悅我冤屈得伸的歡呼快樂； 願他們常說：當尊耶和華為大！ 耶和華喜悅他的僕人平安。
28Then my tongue will proclaim Your righteousness and Your praises all day long.
28我的舌頭要終日論說你的公義， 時常讚美你。
