6And the sons of Gomer: Ascenez, and Riphath, and Thogorma.
7Καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰωϋὰν, Ἑλισὰ, καὶ Θαρσὶς, Κίτιοι, καὶ Ῥόδιοι.
7And the sons of Javan: Elisa and Tharsis, Cethim and Dodanim.
8Καὶ υἱοὶ Χὰμ, Χοὺς, καὶ Μεσραῒμ, Φοὺδ, καὶ Χαναάν.
8The sons of Cham: Chus, and Mesrai, and Phut, and Chaanan.
9Καὶ υἱοὶ Χοὺς, Σαβὰ, καὶ Εὐιλὰ, καὶ Σαβαθὰ, καὶ Ῥεγμὰ, καὶ Σεβεθαχά· καὶ υἱοὶ Ῥεγμὰ, Σαβὰ, καὶ Δαδάν.
9And the sons of Chus: Saba, and Hevila, Sabatha, and Regma, and Sabathaca. And the sons of Regma: Saba, and Dadan.
10Καὶ Χοὺς ἐγέννησε τὸν Νεβρώδ· οὗτος ἤρξατο εἶναι γίγας κυνηγὸς ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς.
10Now Chus begot Nemrod: he began to be mighty upon earth.

27Abram, this is Abraham.
28Υἱοὶ δὲ Ἁβραὰμ, Ἰσαὰκ, καὶ Ἰσμαήλ.
28And the sons of Abraham, Isaac and Ismahel.
29Αὗται δὲ αἱ γενέσεις αὐτῶν· πρωτότοκος Ἰσμαὴλ, Ναβαιὼθ, καὶ Κηδὰρ, Ναβδεὴλ, Μασσὰμ,
29And these are the generations of them. The firstborn of Ismahel, Nabajoth, then Cedar, and Adbeel, and Mabsam,
30Μασμὰ, Ἰδουμὰ, Μασσὴ, Χονδὰν, Θαιμὰν,
30And Masma, and Duma, Massa, Hadad, and Thema,
31Ἰεττοὺρ, Ναφὲς, Κεδμά· οὗτοι υἱοὶ Ἰσμαήλ.
31Jetur, Naphis, Cedma: these are the sons of Ismahel.
32Καὶ υἱοὶ Χεττούρας παλλακῆς Ἁβραάμ· καὶ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ τὸν Ζεμβρὰμ, Ἰεξὰν, Μαδιὰμ, Μαδὰμ, Σοβὰκ, Σωέ· καὶ υἱοὶ Ἰεξὰν, Δαιδὰν, καὶ Σαβαΐ.
32And the sons of Cetura, Abraham’s concubine, whom she bore: Zamran, Jecsan, Madan, Madian, Jesboc, and Sue. And the sons of Jecsan, Saba, and Dadan. And the sons of Dadan: Assurim, and Latussim, and Laomin.
33Καὶ υἱοὶ Μαδιὰμ, Γεφὰρ, καὶ Ὀφὲρ, καὶ Ἐνὼχ, καὶ Ἀβιδὰ, καὶ Ἐλδαδά· πάντες οὗτοι υἱοὶ Χεττούρας.
33And the sons of Madian: Epha, and Epher, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaa. All these are the sons of Cetura.
34Καὶ ἐγέννησεν Ἁβραὰμ τὸν Ἰσαάκ· καὶ υἱοὶ Ἰσαὰκ, Ἰακὼβ, καὶ Ἡσαῦ.
34And Abraham beget Isaac: and his sons were Esau and Israel.
35Υἱοὶ Ἡσαῦ, Ἐλιφὰζ, καὶ Ῥαγουὴλ, καὶ Ἰεοὺλ, καὶ Ἰεγλὸμ, καὶ Κορέ.
35The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Rahuel, Jehus, Ihelom, and Core.
36Υἱοὶ Ἐλιφὰζ, Θαιμὰν, καὶ Ὠμὰρ, Σωφὰρ, καὶ Γοωθὰμ, καὶ Κενὲζ, καὶ Θαμνὰ, καὶ Ἀμαλήκ.
36The sons of Eliphaz: Theman, Omar, Sephi, Gathan, Cenez, and by Thamna, Amalec.
37Καὶ υἱοὶ Ῥαγουὴλ, Ναχὲς, Ζαρὲ, Σομὲ, καὶ Μοζέ.
37The sons of Rahuel: Nahath, Zara, Samma, Meza.
38Υἱοὶ Σηῒρ, Λωτὰν, Σωβὰλ, Σεβεγὼν, Ἀνὰ, Δησὼν, Ὠσὰρ, καὶ Δισάν.
38The sons of Seir: Lotan. Sobal, Sebeen, Ana, Dison, Eser, Disan.
39Καὶ υἱοὶ Λωτὰν, Χοῤῥὶ, καὶ Αἰμὰν· ἀδελφὴ δὲ Λωτὰν Θαμνά. Υἱοὶ Σωβὰλ, Ἀλὼν, Μαχανὰθ, Ταιβὴλ, Σωφὶ, καὶ Ὠνὰν·
39The sons of Lotan: Hori, Homam. And the sister of Lotan was Thamna.
40υἱοὶ δὲ Σεβεγὼν, Ἀῒθ, καὶ Σωνάν.
40The sons of Sobal: Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Sephi and Onam. The sons of Sebeon: Aia, and Ana. The son of Ana: Dison.
41Υἱοὶ Σωνὰν. Δαισών· υἱοὶ δὲ Δαισὼν, Ἐμερὼν, καὶ Ἀσεβὼν, καὶ Ἰεθρὰμ, καὶ Χαῤῥάν.
41The sons of Dison: Hamram, and Eseban, and Jethran, and Charan.
42Καὶ υἱοὶ Ὡσὰρ, Βαλαὰμ, καὶ Ζουκὰμ, καὶ Ἀκάν· υἱοὶ Δισὰν, Ὢς καὶ Ἀράν.
42The sons of Eser: Balaan, and Zavan, and Jacan. The sons of Disan: Hus and Aran.
43Καὶ οὗτοι οἱ βασιλεῖς αὐτῶν· Βαλὰκ υἱὸς Βεὼρ, καὶ ὄνομα τῇ πόλει αὐτοῦ Δενναβά.
43Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before there was a king over the children of Israel: Bale the son of Beer: and the name of his city was Denaba.
44Καὶ ἀπέθανε Βαλὰκ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντʼ αὐτοῦ Ἰωβὰβ υἱὸς Ζαρὰ ἐκ Βοσόῤῥας.
44And Bale died, and Jobab the son of Zare of Bosra, reigned in his stead.
45Καὶ ἀπέθανεν Ἰωβὰβ καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντʼ αὐτοῦ Ἁσὸμ ἐκ γῆς Θαιμανών.
45And when Jobab also was dead, Husam of the land of the Themanites reigned in his stead.
46Καὶ ἀπέθανεν Ἁσόμ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντʼ αὐτοῦ Ἀδὰδ υἱὸς Βαρὰδ, ὁ πατάξας Μαδιὰμ ἐν τῷ πεδίῳ Μωὰβ· καὶ ὄνομα τῇ πόλει αὐτοῦ Γεθαίμ.
46And Husam also died, and Adad the son of Badad reigned in his stead, and he defeated the Madianites in the land of Moab: and the name of his city was Avith.
47Καὶ ἀπέθανεν Ἁδὰδ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντʼ αὐτοῦ Σεβλὰ ἐκ Μασεκκάς.
47And when Adad also was dead, Semla of Masreca reigned in his stead.
48Καὶ ἀπέθανε Σεβλὰ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντʼ αὐτοῦ Σαοὺλ ἐκ Ῥωβὼθ τῆς παρὰ ποταμόν.
48Semla also died, and Saul of Rohoboth, which is near the river, reigned in his stead.
49Καὶ ἀπέθανε Σαοὺλ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντʼ αὐτοῦ Βαλαεννὼρ υἱὸς Ἀχωβώρ.
49And when Saul was dead, Balanan the son of Achobor reigned in his stead.
50Καὶ ἀπέθανε Βαλαεννὼρ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντʼ αὐτοῦ Ἀδὰδ υἱὸς Βαρὰδ, καὶ ὄνομα τῇ πόλει αὐτοῦ, Φογώρ.
50He also died, and Adad reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Phau, and his wife was called Meetabel the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezaab.
51Ἡγεμόνες Ἐδώμ· ἡγεμὼν Θαμνὰ, ἡγεμὼν Γωλαδὰ, ἡγεμὼν Ἰεθὲρ,
51And after the death of Adad, there began to be dukes in Edom instead of kings: duke Thamna, duke Alva, duke Jetheth,
52ἡγεμὼν Ἐλιβαμὰς, ἡγεμὼν Ἠλὰς, ἡγεμὼν Φινὼν,
52Duke Oolibama, duke Ela, duke Phinon,
53ἡγεμὼν Κενέζ, ἡγεμὼν Θαιμὰν, ἡγεμὼν Βαβσὰρ,
53Duke Cenez, duke Theman, duke Mabsar,
54ἡγεμὼν Μαγεδιὴλ, ἡγεμὼν Ζαφωΐν· οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες Ἐδώμ.
54Duke Magdiel, duke Hiram. These are the dukes of Edom.
