1Pre se inge ma lal Habakkuk, mwet palu:
1A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet. Upon Shigionoth.
2O LEUM GOD , nga lohng tari ke pungom, Ac nga arulana fwefela ke orekma lom. Sifilpa oru in pacl lasr uh Orekma usrnguk ma kom tuh oru meet ah. Pakoten nu sesr, finne pacl kom kasrkusrak.
2O LORD, I have heard the report of Thee, and am afraid; O LORD, revive Thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember compassion.
3God El ac sifilpa tuku Edom me; God mutal El tuku liki eol srisrik lun Paran, Wolana lal afunla inkusrao, Ac faclu sessesla ke kaksakinyal.
3God cometh from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covereth the heavens, and the earth is full of His praise.
4El tuku wi kalmen sarom; Kalem sarmelik liki inpaol, Yen ku lal wikla we.
4And a brightness appeareth as the light; rays hath He at His side; and there is the hiding of His power.
5El supu mas upa uh in fahsr meet lukel, Ac sapkin tuh misa in fahsr tokol.
5Before him goeth the pestilence, and fiery bolts go forth at His feet.
6Ke pacl se El tui, faclu kusrusr; Ke ngetang lal, mutunfacl uh rarrar. Fineol ma nuna oan oemeet me muliplipi, Ac eol srisrik su ac oan nwe tok tili, Aok eol srisrik yen El fahsr we in pacl oemeet ah.
6He standeth, and shaketh the earth, He beholdeth, and maketh the nations to tremble; and the everlasting mountains are dashed in pieces, the ancient hills do bow; His goings are as of old.
7Nga liye ke mwet Cushan elos sangeng, Ac ke mwet Midian elos rarrar.
7I see the tents of Cushan in affliction; the curtains of the land of Midian do tremble.
8LEUM GOD , ya infacl uh pa tuh oru kom kasrkusrakak ah? Ya meoa uh pa tuh oru kom foloyak ah? Kom kasrusr fin pukunyeng uh; Pukunyeng in paka uh pa chariot nutum Ke kom tuh use kutangla nu sin mwet lom.
8Is it, O LORD, that against the rivers, is it that Thine anger is kindled against the rivers, or Thy wrath against the sea? that Thou dost ride upon Thy horses, upon Thy chariots of victory?
9Kom akola in orekmakin mwe pisr nutum, Akola in pisrik sukan pisr nutum. Sarom lom foklalik faclu.
9Thy bow is made quite bare; sworn are the rods of the word. Selah. Thou dost cleave the earth with rivers.
10Pacl se ke eol uh tuh liye kom, elos rarrar; Kof uh kahkla inkusrao me. Kof ye faclu ngirngir, Ac noa kaclos pisryak nwe lucng.
10The mountains have seen Thee, and they tremble; the tempest of waters floweth over; the deep uttereth its voice, and lifteth up its hands on high.
11Ke usren mui lun pisr nutum Ac saromla lun osra saromrom nutum Faht uh ac malem uh tui, tia mukuikui.
11The sun and moon stand still in their habitation; at the light of Thine arrows as they go, at the shining of Thy glittering spear.
12Kom fahsr sasla fin faclu ke kasrkusrak, Kom futfutungya facl puspis ke folo lom.
12Thou marchest through the earth in indignation, Thou threshest the nations in anger.
13Kom illa in molela mwet lom, In molela tokosra lom su kom sulela. Kom uniya mwet kol lun mwet koluk Ac sukela mwet lal nukewa.
13Thou art come forth for the deliverance of Thy people, for the deliverance of Thine anointed; Thou woundest the head out of the house of the wicked, uncovering the foundation even unto the neck. Selah
14Mwe pisr nutum fakisya ac sasla ke mwet kol fulat lun un mwet mweun Ke elos tuku oana sie paka in liskutelik. Elos engnu oana mwet su akkeokye mwet sukasrup in lukma.
14Thou hast stricken through with his own rods the head of his rulers, that come as a whirlwind to scatter me; whose rejoicing is as to devour the poor secretly.
15Horse nutum uh futungya inkof uh, Oru inkof uh wiawala.
15Thou hast trodden the sea with Thy horses, the foaming of mighty waters.
16Nga lohng ma inge nukewa, ac nga rarrar; Ngoasrok rarak ke sangeng. Monuk ulla, Ac niuk tukulkul. Nga fah misla tupan pacl se Ke God El ac fah kalyei mwet ma mweuni kut uh.
16When I heard, mine inward parts trembled, my lips quivered at the voice; rottenness entereth into my bones, and I tremble where I stand; that I should wait for the day of trouble, when he cometh up against the people that he invadeth.
17Sak fig finne wangin fahko Ac wangin grape ke oa in grape uh, Sak olive finne tia fokla Ac ima uh finne tia isus fahko, Sheep nukewa finne misa Ac kalkal in cow uh pisala,
17For though the fig-tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no food; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls;
18Nga fah srakna insewowo ac engan Mweyen LEUM GOD El langoeyu.
18Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will exult in the God of my salvation.
19LEUM GOD Fulatlana El ase ku nu sik. El oru niuk in oakwuk oana soko deer, Ac karinginyu fineol uh.
19God, the Lord, is my strength, and He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and He maketh me to walk upon my high places. For the Leader. With my string-music.
