1ပရောဖက် ဟဗက္ကုတ် ၏ ပဌနာ စကားတည်းဟူသောရှိဂျောနုတ် သီချင်း၊
1A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet. Upon Shigionoth.
2အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်သံကို ကြား ၍ ကြောက်ရွံ့ ပါပြီ။ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား ၊ ယခုနှစ် များအတွင်း တွင် အမှု တော်ကို ပြုပြင် တော်မူပါ။ ယခုနှစ် များအတွင်း တွင် ထင်ရှား စေတော်မူပါ ။ အမျက်ထွက် တော်မူသော်လည်းကရုဏာ တရားကို အောက်မေ့ တော်မူပါ။
2O LORD, I have heard the report of Thee, and am afraid; O LORD, revive Thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember compassion.
3ဘုရား သခင်သည် တေမန် မြို့မှ ၎င်း ၊ သန့်ရှင်း သော ဘုရားသည် ပါရန် တောင် မှ ၎င်း ကြွ တော်မူ၏။ ဘုန်း တော်သည် မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် ကို ဖုံးအုပ် လျက် ၊ မြေကြီး သည် ဂုဏ် အသရေတော်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ လျက် ရှိ၏။
3God cometh from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covereth the heavens, and the earth is full of His praise.
4အဆင်း အရောင်တော်သည် နေ ရောင်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၏။ လက် တော်မှ ရောင်ခြည် သည် ထွက် ၍ ၊ ဘုန်း အာနုဘော်တော်ကို ကွယ်ကာ လေ၏။
4And a brightness appeareth as the light; rays hath He at His side; and there is the hiding of His power.
5ရှေ့ တော်၌ ကာလနာ ဘေးသည် သွား ၍ ၊ ပူလောင် ခြင်းဘေးသည် ခြေ တော်ကို ခြံရံ လျက်ရှိ၏။
5Before him goeth the pestilence, and fiery bolts go forth at His feet.
6ရပ် ၍ မြေကြီး ကို တိုင်း တော်မူ၏။ ကြည့်ရှု ၍ လူမျိုး တို့ကို တုန်လှုပ် စေတော်မူ၏။ အစဉ် အမြဲတည် သော တောင် တို့သည် ကျိုးပဲ့ ၍၊ ထာဝရ ကုန်းရိုး တို့သည် ညွတ် ကြ၏။ ထာဝရ လမ်း တို့ကို ကြွတော်မူ၏။
6He standeth, and shaketh the earth, He beholdeth, and maketh the nations to tremble; and the everlasting mountains are dashed in pieces, the ancient hills do bow; His goings are as of old.
7ကုရှန် ပြည်၌ တဲ တို့သည် ဆင်းရဲ ခံခြင်း၊ မိဒျန် ပြည် ၌ ကုလားကာ တို့သည် လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်းကို ငါမြင် ၏။
7I see the tents of Cushan in affliction; the curtains of the land of Midian do tremble.
8အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကယ်တင် ရာ မြင်း ရထား တော်ကို စီး တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း ၊ မြစ် တို့ ကို အမျက်ထွက် တော်မူသလော။ မြစ် များတဘက် ၌ စိတ် ထတော်မူသလော။ ပင်လယ် ကို ရန်ငြိုး ဖွဲ့တော်မူသလော။
8Is it, O LORD, that against the rivers, is it that Thine anger is kindled against the rivers, or Thy wrath against the sea? that Thou dost ride upon Thy horses, upon Thy chariots of victory?
9ကိုယ်တော်သည် အမျိုး အနွယ်တော်တို့၌ ထား တော်မူသောသစ္စာ ဂတိရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ လေး လက်နက်တော်ကို ထုတ် ပြတော်မူ၏။ မြေကြီး ၌ မြစ် တို့ကို ပေါက် စေ တော်မူ၏။
9Thy bow is made quite bare; sworn are the rods of the word. Selah. Thou dost cleave the earth with rivers.
10တောင် တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို မြင် ၍ တုန်လှုပ် ကြပါ၏။ လျှံ သော ရေ သည် လွှမ်းမိုး ပါ၏။ ပင်လယ် သည် အော်ဟစ် ၍ လက် ကို ချီ ပါ၏။
10The mountains have seen Thee, and they tremble; the tempest of waters floweth over; the deep uttereth its voice, and lifteth up its hands on high.
11နေ နှင့်လ သည် မိမိတို့နေရာ ၌ ရပ် ၍ နေပါ၏။ သူတို့ အလင်း ၌ မြှား တော်တို့သည် သွား ၍၊ သူတို့ရောင်ခြည် ၌ လှံ တော်သည်လည်း လျှပ်စစ် ပြက်ပါ၏။
11The sun and moon stand still in their habitation; at the light of Thine arrows as they go, at the shining of Thy glittering spear.
12အမျက် တော်ထွက်လျက် တပြည်လုံး ချီ သွား၍၊ ဒေါသ စိတ်နှင့် လူ အမျိုးမျိုးတို့ကို နင်း နယ်တော်မူ၏။
12Thou marchest through the earth in indignation, Thou threshest the nations in anger.
13ကိုယ်တော် ၏လူ တို့ကို ကယ်တင် ခြင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် ပေးတော်မူ၍ ဘိသိက် ခံသောသူတို့ကို ကယ်တင် ခြင်းအလိုငှါ ထွက် ကြွတော်မူ၏။ အဓမ္မ လူ၏အိမ် ၌ ဦးခေါင်း ကို နှိပ်စက် ၍၊ မူလ အမြစ်ကို လည်ပင်း တိုင်အောင် ပယ်ရှင်း တော်မူ၏။
13Thou art come forth for the deliverance of Thy people, for the deliverance of Thine anointed; Thou woundest the head out of the house of the wicked, uncovering the foundation even unto the neck. Selah
14ဗိုလ် မင်းတို့၏ ဦးခေါင်း ကို မြှား တော်တို့နှင့် ထုတ်ချင်းခပ် ထိုးတော်မူ၏။ ထိုသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ကို လွင့် စေခြင်းငှါ လေပြင်း မုန်တိုင်းကဲ့သို့တိုက်ကြပါ၏။ ဆင်းရဲသား တို့ကို အမှတ်တမဲ့ ကိုက်စား မည့်အကြံရှိသကဲ့သို့ ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြပါ၏။
14Thou hast stricken through with his own rods the head of his rulers, that come as a whirlwind to scatter me; whose rejoicing is as to devour the poor secretly.
15ကိုယ်တော် သည် မြင်း တော်များကို စီး၍၊ ရေ ဟုန်းဟုန်း မြည်သော ပင်လယ် အလယ်သို့ ချီ သွားတော်မူ ၏။
15Thou hast trodden the sea with Thy horses, the foaming of mighty waters.
16ဗျာဒိတ်တော်သံ ကို ငါကြား သောအခါ ရင် ၌ လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်း၊ မေးခိုင် ခြင်း၊ အရိုး ဆွေးမြေ့ ခြင်း၊ တကိုယ်လုံး တုန်လှုပ် ခြင်းရှိ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အမှု ရောက် သောနေ့ ၊ လုပ်ကြံသောသူသည် ငါ၏လူမျိုး ကို တိုက် လာ သောနေ့တိုင်အောင်ငါသည် နေရစ် ရမည်။
16When I heard, mine inward parts trembled, my lips quivered at the voice; rottenness entereth into my bones, and I tremble where I stand; that I should wait for the day of trouble, when he cometh up against the people that he invadeth.
17သင်္ဘောသဖန်း ပင် မ ပွင့် ရ၊ စပျစ် ပင်မ သီး ရ၊ သံလွင် ပင်၏ကျေးဇူး ကို မြော်လင့်၍မ ခံရ၊ လယ် တို့သည် အသီးအနှံ ကို မ ပေး ရ၊ သိုးခြံ ၌ သိုး ကုန် ၍ တင်းကုပ် ၌ နွား မ ရှိရ။
17For though the fig-tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no food; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls;
18သို့သော်လည်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ငါဝမ်းမြောက် ၍၊ ငါ့ ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူသောဘုရား သခင်ကို အမှီပြု လျက် ရွှင်လန်း မည်။
18Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will exult in the God of my salvation.
19အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ ၏အစွမ်း သတ္တိဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။ ငါ့ ခြေ ကို သမင်ခြေ ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် စေ၍ ၊ ငါ ၏မြင့် ရာအရပ် ပေါ် မှာ ငါ့ ကို နေရာ ချတော်မူမည်။
19God, the Lord, is my strength, and He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and He maketh me to walk upon my high places. For the Leader. With my string-music.
