1Then sang Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam on that day, saying:
1那时， 底波拉 和 亚比挪庵 的儿子 巴拉 作歌，说：
2When men let grow their hair in Israel, when the people offer themselves willingly, bless ye the LORD.
2因为 以色列 中有军长率领， 百姓也甘心牺牲自己， 你们应当颂赞耶和华！
3Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, unto the LORD will I sing; I will sing praise to the LORD, the God of Israel.
3君王啊，要听！ 王子啊，要侧耳而听！ 我要向耶和华歌唱； 我要歌颂耶和华— 以色列 的 神。
4LORD, when Thou didst go forth out of Seir, when Thou didst march out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, the heavens also dropped, yea, the clouds dropped water.
4耶和华啊，你从 西珥 出来， 由 以东 地行走。 那时地震天漏， 云也落 雨 。
5The mountains quaked at the presence of the LORD, even yon Sinai at the presence of the LORD, the God of Israel.
5山见耶和华的面就震动， 西奈山 见耶和华— 以色列 神的面也是如此。
6In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways ceased, and the travellers walked through byways.

7The rulers ceased in Israel, they ceased, until that thou didst arise, Deborah, that thou didst arise a mother in Israel.

8They chose new gods; then was war in the gates; was there a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel?
8以色列 人选择新神， 争战的事就临到城门。 那时， 以色列 四万人中 岂能见盾牌枪矛呢？
9My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the LORD.
9我心倾向 以色列 的首领， 他们在民中甘心牺牲自己。 你们应当颂赞耶和华！
10Ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit on rich cloths, and ye that walk by the way, tell of it;
10骑白驴的、坐绣花毯子的、行路的， 你们都当传扬！
11Louder than the voice of archers, by the watering-troughs! there shall they rehearse the righteous acts of the LORD, even the righteous acts of His rulers in Israel. Then the people of the LORD went down to the gates.
11在远离弓箭响声打水之处， 人必述说耶和华公义的作为， 就是他治理 以色列 公义的作为。 那时耶和华的民下到城门。
12Awake, awake, Deborah; awake, awake, utter a song; arise, Barak, and lead thy captivity captive, thou son of Abinoam.
12底波拉 啊，兴起！兴起！ 你当兴起，兴起，唱歌。 亚比挪庵 的儿子 巴拉 啊，你当奋兴， 掳掠你的敌人。
13Then made He a remnant to have dominion over the nobles and the people; the LORD made me have dominion over the mighty.
13那时有余剩的贵胄和百姓一同下来； 耶和华降临，为我攻击勇士。
14Out of Ephraim came they whose root is in Amalek; after thee, Benjamin, among thy peoples; out of Machir came down governors, and out of Zebulun they that handle the marshal's staff.
14有根本在 亚玛力 人的地 ， 从 以法莲 下来 的； 便雅悯 在民中跟随你。 有掌权的从 玛吉 下来； 有持杖检点民数的从 西布伦 下来；
15And the princes of Issachar were with Deborah; as was Issachar, so was Barak; into the valley they rushed forth at his feet. Among the divisions of Reuben there were great resolves of heart.
15以萨迦 的首领与 底波拉 同来； 以萨迦 怎样， 巴拉 也怎样。 众人都跟随 巴拉 冲下平原； 在 吕便 的溪水旁有心中定大志的。
16Why sattest thou among the sheepfolds, to hear the pipings for the flocks? At the divisions of Reuben there were great searchings of heart.
16你为何坐在羊圈内 听群中吹笛的声音呢？ 在 吕便 的溪水旁有心中设大谋的。
17Gilead abode beyond the Jordan; and Dan, why doth he sojourn by the ships? Asher dwelt at the shore of the sea, and abideth by its bays.
17基列 人安居在 约旦河 外。 但 人为何等在船上？ 亚设 人在海口静坐， 在港口安居。
18Zebulun is a people that jeoparded their lives unto the death, and Naphtali, upon the high places of the field.
18西布伦 人是拚命敢死的； 拿弗他利 人在田野的高处也是如此。
19The kings came, they fought; then fought the kings of Canaan, in Taanach by the waters of Megiddo; they took no gain of money.
19君王都来争战。 那时 迦南 诸王在 米吉多 水旁的 他纳 争战， 却未得掳掠银钱。
20They fought from heaven, the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.
20星宿从天上争战， 从其轨道攻击 西西拉 。
21The brook Kishon swept them away, that ancient brook, the brook Kishon. O my soul, tread them down with strength.
21基顺 古河把敌人冲没； 我的灵啊，应当努力前行。
22Then did the horsehoofs stamp by reason of the prancings, the prancings of their mighty ones.
22那时壮马驰驱， 踢跳，奔腾。
23'Curse ye Meroz', said the angel of the LORD, 'Curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof, because they came not to the help of the LORD, to the help of the LORD against the mighty.'
23耶和华的使者说： 应当咒诅 米罗斯 ， 大大咒诅其中的居民； 因为他们不来帮助耶和华， 不来帮助耶和华攻击勇士。
24Blessed above women shall Jael be, the wife of Heber the Kenite, above women in the tent shall she be blessed.
24愿 基尼 人 希百 的妻 雅亿 比众妇人多得福气， 比住帐棚的妇人更蒙福祉。
25Water he asked, milk she gave him; in a lordly bowl she brought him curd.
25西西拉 求水， 雅亿 给他奶子， 用宝贵的盘子给他奶油。
26Her hand she put to the tent-pin, and her right hand to the workmen's hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sisera, she smote through his head, yea, she pierced and struck through his temples.
26雅亿 左手拿着帐棚的橛子， 右手拿着匠人的锤子， 击打 西西拉 ， 打伤他的头， 把他的鬓角打破穿通。
27At her feet he sunk, he fell, he lay; at her feet he sunk, he fell; where he sunk, there he fell down dead.
27西西拉 在她脚前曲身仆倒， 在她脚前曲身倒卧； 在那里曲身，就在那里死亡。
28Through the window she looked forth, and peered, the mother of Sisera, through the lattice: 'Why is his chariot so long in coming? Why tarry the wheels of his chariots?
28西西拉 的母亲从窗户里往外观看， 从窗棂中呼叫说： 他的战车为何耽延不来呢？ 他的车轮为何行得慢呢？
29The wisest of her princesses answer her, yea, she returneth answer to herself:
29聪明的宫女安慰她， 她也自言自语地说：
30'Are they not finding, are they not dividing the spoil? A damsel, two damsels to every man; to Sisera a spoil of dyed garments, a spoil of dyed garments of embroidery, two dyed garments of broidery for the neck of every spoiler?'
30他们莫非得财而分？ 每人得了一两个女子？ 西西拉 得了彩衣为掳物， 得绣花的彩衣为掠物。 这彩衣两面绣花， 乃是披在被掳之人颈项上的。
31So perish all Thine enemies, O LORD; but they that love Him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.
31耶和华啊， 愿你的仇敌都这样灭亡！ 愿爱你的人如日头出现，光辉烈烈！ 这样，国中太平四十年。
