Bible Mutal (Kosraean)
1And as they were speaking to the people, the priests, and the officer of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them,
1Peter ac John srakna sramsram nu sin mwet uh ke kutu mwet tol, ac mwet se ma sifen mwet topang ke Tempul uh, ac kutu mwet Sadducee elos tuku.
2Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached in Jesus the resurrection from the dead:
2Elos toasr ke sripen mwet sap luo ah luti nu sin mwet uh lah Jesus el akmoulyeyukyak liki misa, mweyen ma inge mwe akpwayeye lah mwet misa uh ac sifil moulyak.
3And they laid hands upon them, and put them in hold till the next day; for it was now evening.
3Ouinge elos sruokoltal uh ac siseltalang nu in presin nu ke len tok ah, mweyen apkuran in fongeni.
4But many of them who had heard the word, believed; and the number of the men was made five thousand.
4Tusruktu pus sin mwet ma lohng luti laltal uh lulalfongi; ac pisen mwet ke u sac apkuran in sun tausin limekosr.
5And it came to pass on the morrow, that their princes, and ancients, and scribes, were gathered together in Jerusalem;
5In len se tok ah, mwet kol lun mwet Jew ac un mwet matu ac mwet luti Ma Sap elos fahsreni nu Jerusalem.
6And Annas the high priest, and Caiphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest.
6Elos osun nu sel Mwet Tol Fulat Annas, oayapa Caiaphas, John, Alexander ac kutu pac mwet in sou lun Mwet Tol Fulat.
7And setting them in the midst, they asked: By what power, or by what name, have you done this?
7Elos sap mwet sap luo ah in tu ye mutalos, na elos siyuk seltal, “Ma ya ku se lomtal an, ku inen su komtal orekmakin in oru ma inge uh?”
8Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said to them: Ye princes of the people, and ancients, hear:
8Peter el sessesla ke Ngun Mutal, ac el topuk nu selos ac fahk: “Mwet kol lun mwet uh, ac mwet matu:
9If we this day are examined concerning the good deed done to the infirm man, by what means he hath been made whole:
9kowos fin kusen siyuk nu sesr misenge ke orekma wo su orekla nu sin sie mwet ul, ac lah akkeyeyukla el fuka,
10Be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God hath raised from the dead, even by him this man standeth here before you whole.
10lela kowos nukewa in etu, ac mwet Israel nukewa in etu pac, lah mwet se tu ye motowos inge el kwela na pwaye ke sripen ku lun inen Jesus Christ lun Nazareth, su kowos tuh uniya fin sakseng, ac su God El akmoulyauk liki misa.
11This is the stone which was rejected by you the builders, which is become the head of the corner.
11Jesus pa Ma Simusla uh tuh kaskas kac, ma fahk mu, ‘Eot se ma kowos mwet musa uh pilesru Sikyak tuh pa yohk sripa oemeet uh.’
12Neither is there salvation in any other. For there is no other name under heaven given to men, whereby we must be saved.
12El mukena pa oasr ku lal in molela mwet uh. Fin faclu nufon, wangin sie ine saya su God El sang ku nu se in molikutla.”
13Now seeing the constancy of Peter and of John, understanding that they were illiterate and ignorant men, they wondered; and they knew them that they had been with Jesus.
13Mwet ke Un Mwet Pwapa Fulat arulana fwefela ke elos liye lupan pulaik lal Peter ac John, yokna ke elos liye lah eltal mwet na lusrongten ac tia wi lutlut. Na elos tufah akilenak lah mwet luo inge tuh welul Jesus meet.
14Seeing the man also who had been healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.
14Tusruk wangin ma elos ku in fahk, mweyen elos liye na mwet se ma akkeyeyukla ah tu yorol Peter ac John.
15But they commanded them to go aside out of the council; and they conferred among themselves,
15Na elos sap eltal in som liki nien pwapa fulat lalos, ac elos mutawauk in sramsram inmasrlolos sifacna.
16Saying: What shall we do to these men? for indeed a known miracle hath been done by them, to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem: it is manifest, and we cannot deny it.
16Elos asiyuki ac fahk, “Mea kut ac oru nu sin mwet inge uh? Mwet nukewa in acn Jerusalem etu ke mwenmen ma orek inge lah eltal pa oru uh, ac kut tia ku in lafu mu tia pwaye.
17But that it may be no farther spread among the people, let us threaten them that they speak no more in this name to any man.
17Tusruktu, kut ku in kai mwet inge in tia sifil kaskas nu sin kutena mwet ke inen Jesus, tuh in tia fahsrelik pweng se inge nu saya.”
18And calling them, they charged them not to speak at all, nor teach in the name of Jesus.
18Ouinge elos sifilpa pangnoltalak nu in lohm uh, ac fahk nu seltal eltal in tiana sifil kaskaskin, ku luti, ke inen Jesus.
19But Peter and John answering, said to them: If it be just in the sight of God, to hear you rather than God, judge ye.
19Na Peter ac John topkolos ac fahk, “Kowos in sifacna nunku lah pia ma ac wo sin God — in akos kowos, ku in akos God?
20For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.
20Kut tia ku in tia fahk ma kut sifacna liye ac lohng uh.”
21But they threatening, sent them away, not finding how they might punish them, because of the people; for all men glorified what had been done, in that which had come to pass.
21Na Un Mwet Pwapa Fulat sifilpa sang kas in kai yohk liki meet, ac fuhlelosla. Elos akilen lah elos tia ku in konauk pac sie sripa in kaeltal kac, mweyen mwet uh elos kaksakin God ke ma sikyak inge.
22For the man was above forty years old, in whom that miraculous cure had been wrought.
22Mwet se ma akkeyeyukla ke mwenmen se inge el matu liki yac angngaul.
23And being let go, they came to their own company, and related all that the chief priests and ancients had said to them.
23Tukunna aksukosokyeyukla Peter ac John, eltal folokla nu yurin mwet laltal uh, ac fahk nu selos ma mwet tol fulat ac mwet matu elos fahk nu seltal.
24Who having heard it, with one accord lifted up their voice to God, and said: Lord, thou art he that didst make heaven and earth, the sea, and all things that are in them.
24Ke un mwet lulalfongi elos lohng, elos nukewa tukeni ac pre nu sin God ac fahk, “Leum Fulat, su orala kusrao ac faclu ac meoa ac ma nukewa su oan loac!
25Who, by the Holy Ghost, by the mouth of our father David, thy servant, hast said: Why did the Gentiles rage, and the people meditate vain things?
25Kom tuh kaskas ke Ngun Mutal nu sel David, su papa matu tumasr ac mwet kulansap lom, ke el tuh fahk, ‘Efu ku mwet pegan elos kasrkusrak; Efu ku mwet uh orek pwapa lusrongten?
26The kings of the earth stood up, and the princes assembled together against the Lord and his Christ.
26Tokosra lun faclu elos akoelosla nu ke mweun, Ac mwet kol nukewa tukeni nu sie In lain Leum God ac Christ, mwet solla lal.’
27For of a truth there assembled together in this city against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel,
27Tuh pwayena lah Herod ac Pontius Pilate, wi mwet pegan ac mwet Israel uh, tuh tukeni in siti uh ac lainul Jesus, Mwet Kulansap mutal lom su kom oru tuh elan Christ.
28To do what thy hand and thy counsel decreed to be done.
28Elos tukeni nu sie in oru ma nukewa su kom nuna wotela mu ac sikyak, fal nu ke ku ac lungse lom.
29And now, Lord, behold their threatenings, and grant unto thy servants, that with all confidence they may speak thy word,
29Ac inge, O Leum God, porongo kas in aksangeng lalos, ac lela tuh kut, mwet kulansap lom, in fahkak kas lom ke pulaik.
30By stretching forth thy hand to cures, and signs, and wonders to be done by the name of thy holy Son Jesus.
30Asroela poum in akkeyala mas, ac lela tuh orekma usrnguk ac mwenmen in ku in orek ke inen Jesus, Mwet Kulansap mutal lom.”
31And when they had prayed, the place was moved wherein they were assembled; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spoke the word of God with confidence.
31Tukun tari pre lalos uh, na acn se elos toeni we ah kusrusryak. Elos nukewa sessesla ke Ngun Mutal, ac mutawauk in fahkak kas lun God ke pulaik.
32And the multitude of believers had but one heart and one soul: neither did any one say that aught of the things which he possessed, was his own; but all things were common unto them.
32Un mwet lulalfongi uh elos nunak se ac inse sefanna in ma nukewa. Wangin sie inmasrlolos fahk mu ma lal uh ma lal sifacna, a elos nukewa tukenina ke ma lalos nukewa.
33And with great power did the apostles give testimony of the resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord; and great grace was in them all.
33Ke ku lulap mwet sap elos fahkak kalem ke moulyak lun Leum Jesus, ac God El arulana akinsewowoyalos nukewa.
34For neither was there any one needy among them. For as many as were owners of lands or houses, sold them, and brought the price of the things they sold,
34Wangin sie mwet ke u sac oasr enenu la ke kutena ma. Elos su oasr acn ku lohm se, elos kukakunla ac use mani ma elos eis kac,
35And laid it down before the feet of the apostles. And distribution was made to every one, according as he had need.

36And Joseph, who, by the apostles, was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, by interpretation, The son of consolation,) a Levite, a Cyprian born,

37Having land, sold it, and brought the price, and laid it at the feet of the apostles.
